Fixing email issue
So, I was trying to log into the Preloved site, but my email was causing some trouble. It turns out, it got all messed up after a silly virus update on my iPad. I reached out to them for help, and this really kind person called Sally assisted me. We exchanged a bunch of emails because I struggle with tech stuff, but she was so understanding and patient. Eventually, we decided to switch to a different email address, and another fantastic person named Holly sorted it out for me. Now, everything is sorted and back to normal all thanks to these wonderful ladies. A big thank you to Sally and Holly for coming to the rescue!
Customer support experience
Recently, I had a bit of a problem with an ad that got stuck in the review queue on the platform. It's not something that's happened to me before, even though I've been using the service for years. But, the support I got from Holly was top-notch. She sorted out my issue quickly and was really helpful the whole way through. I was trying to post an ad on this website, you know? But it wasn't going through, it just kept on saying "under review" for ages. I was getting so annoyed because I really wanted to sell my stuff. So, I messaged the customer service team there and asked them why my ad wasn't going up. And you won't believe it, Megan from customer services sorted it out super quickly! She told me that my ad was finally live. Yay, thanks Megan!

I put an ad on this platform not long ago, and there's a guy in the office called Tommy who was really helpful. He approved my ad straight away.
