New shoes
I've recently got myself a pair of new shoes and they are absolutely fantastic! I'm not usually one to shop online but this time around it was a real success. I managed to find the perfect pair and ordering them was a breeze. There was no hassle at all. The customer service was excellent, everyone was so lovely and helpful. Plus, the pricing was just spot on, didn't cost me an arm and a leg. The delivery was also super quick, my shoes arrived in no time at all. All in all, it was a really great experience and I couldn't be happier with my new shoes!
Beautiful dresses
The dresses from this company are really lovely. I was so pleased with the quality and design of the dress I bought. Ordering was easy and I didn't struggle to use the website. Though I did mess up and got the wrong size at first. I'd bought the same dress in a medium from another company before, but it didn't fit right. So this time I went for a large from this company. Unfortunately, I didn't realise my mistake until it was too late to send back the medium dress. Even with that hiccup, I'm super happy with the new dress I got.
Dress
At first, I wasn't sure about buying anything from this company because I didn't know much about them. But I thought, why not give it a go and ordered a dress. And you know what? I was really impressed when the dress arrived. The material is great and the stitching is really well done. It was even better than I expected, and now I know I'll be shopping there again. The size was spot on too, which can be tricky when you're buying clothes online. All in all, I'm really happy with what I got.
First time ordering a garment online
As a new customer at this online shop, I was really impressed by the quality of the item I ordered. The material and the way it was made were even better than I was expecting. But, I was a bit let down when I found out that the item was the wrong size for me. Even though that was a bit of a disappointment, I did like how easy and simple the website was to use when placing my order. Oh my gosh, my new clothes finally arrived after waiting for a whole 14 days and I am absolutely buzzing with excitement! The material is incredibly soft, and the fit and style are spot on. I was a bit concerned because I'm quite tall at 1.83m, but everything fits like a dream. I can't wait to show off my new outfits this summer!
Jumpsuit, pants, and top
I recently bought a jumpsuit, pants, and a top from ADOR and was happy with my order at first. However, I needed to exchange the jumpsuit and pants for a different size, so I tried to contact their customer service team. I've reached out three times now for a return label, but I still haven't heard back from them. The lack of communication and help from their customer service has left me feeling let down and hesitant to order from ADOR again, even though I liked their products. It's really important for a company to have good customer service to make sure their customers have a good shopping experience.
Patterns and Pricing
I was really impressed by all the different patterns they had at that shop. It was nice to see something a bit more unusual than the usual paisley, colour block, and flowery designs that a lot of other brands have. The website was easy to use and looked nice, which made shopping and looking around fun. I also thought the prices were fair and reasonable for what you got. Overall, I had a great experience with that shop and would definitely suggest it to anyone wanting unique patterns and good prices.

I absolutely adore clothes, and ASOS has the most fabulous styles, don't they? Whenever I put on their clothes, I feel like I'm strutting down a runway as a model, and everyone is always complimenting me on how great I look. Awesome shoes
These shoes are absolutely amazing! I wore them to school and everyone was asking me, "Where did you get those awesome shoes?!" They make me feel really cool and stylish. The quality is top-notch and they are so comfortable to wear all day long. I just can't get enough of them!

I bought some dresses and it was really simple, just like the review said. But the dresses didn't mention if the belts were included or not. I really hope they are, as I enjoy coordinating belts with my outfits!
Dress purchase
I'm really let down by the dress I bought online. It came with a big hole burnt into it, so I can't even wear it! Not only that, but the other stuff I got was nothing like the pictures and videos. The clothes didn't fit well at all - they had huge shoulder pads and badly made trousers. I'm a size 10-12 normally, so I thought they'd fit, but they were a total letdown. I'd definitely advise against buying from these Instagram and Facebook clothing stores - it looks like they use dodgy photos and videos to fool people.
Late order, no refund
I placed an order more than a month ago, but I still haven't got it. The customer service team insists it's the delivery company's fault and won't admit any responsibility. Can you believe they even suggested that it's on me for being unhappy about not getting my stuff? I'm now waiting for a refund of quite a lot of money. It's just shocking how incompetent and unaccountable they are. If I don't receive my refund soon, I'll have no choice but to report this dodgy business to the authorities. I strongly suggest avoiding this website altogether.
Delayed order with poor communication
I am really annoyed with the terrible communication and service I've been getting from this company. I ordered something way back on the 6th of April and today, on the 8th of June, I still haven't got it. All they've told me is they don't know what happened with the delivery and they can't refund me. Can you believe it? This is just not on and I'm thinking about taking them to court!

Dress purchase for upcoming wedding
I ordered my dress a week ago but it still hasn't been shipped. I know there was a bank holiday, but it's annoying not to see any progress. I really hope the dress fits nicely and is good quality for the wedding. Just hoping it looks as good in person as it does in the picture. I'll let you know once I receive it.

I recently made a purchase from Ador, hoping to find high-quality items for a special occasion. However, my experience has been incredibly disappointing on multiple fronts.
The products I received were nothing like the descriptions on the website. Not only were they made from poor-quality materials, but they were also inaccurately sized despite following their provided sizing chart. The items were unfit for purpose, especially considering they were intended as Christmas presents.
When I reached out to customer service for a refund, I was met with a cumbersome return process. Instead of acknowledging the substandard quality and inconvenience caused, I was asked to cover the return costs to their warehouse in China. This approach not only added to the frustration but also highlighted the lack of responsibility for their misleading product descriptions and poor quality control.
Furthermore, the return process proposed by their customer service team was time-consuming and impractical, given the approaching festive season.
I strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider purchasing from Ador, as the discrepancy between advertised product quality and reality is vast. Moreover, the customer service's handling of the situation lacked empathy and a proactive solution for the inconvenience caused to customers.
In summary, my experience with Ador has been thoroughly disappointing, from the misleading product descriptions to the unsatisfactory customer service. I would caution anyone considering purchasing from them to be wary and consider alternative options that prioritize product accuracy and customer satisfaction.
