Really pleased — surprised how easy it was. Needed comfy tops after a bad back and a horror shop before, so I was nervous. Ordering and returns are dead simple, tried a couple, kept the soft ones. Happy it actually worked, felt a bit lucky.
Nearly my new favourite
Bought it a few weeks back, and when I first tried it on last Saturday I laughed — favourite already. Delivery was surprisingly quick and customer service helped with a tiny sizing query, friendly and efficient, I'll order again.
Oddly pleased
Wasn’t sure at first, messaged them loads and they answered proper quick — delivery turned up on time. Small niggle with packaging, but I use it every morning for my commute and at home, and it’s grown on me.
Nice fit, worth it
Got the set a few days ago and tried it straight away — really like it. Delivery was a touch slow, but customer service answered my question quickly, so worth the wait. Material feels luxe and I wear it for casual days and video calls; the print matches the pics, which I appreciate.
Good buy, mind the length
Overall I'm happy with these jumpsuits but check the sizing. I hadn't heard of the brand; saw an ad on Facebook and ordered two. They arrived in under ten days and the fabric seems good. One fits perfectly, the other is a bit long in the leg. I'm usually a UK 12–14 (more like 14), so I'd recommend sizing up to a large. Pretty pleased and would suggest it to friends.
Unexpected wardrobe win
I've been buying dresses from this shop for months and they just slot into my routine — work, coffees, school runs. The fabrics feel soft, not scratchy, and hang right; it's odd how they seem tailored to my shape. They're comfy all day and some even have pockets, which was a happy surprise. Friends keep asking where I got them.
Nearly gave up, glad I didn't
Spotted this brand on Instagram and my mate suggested I try a dress. I was wary at first — wondered if the quality matched the photos — but that worry faded. The fabric feels sturdy and it fits nicely, though I'm picky about seams. Got a few compliments, nice. Customer service answered a question quickly. Bit pricier than high‑street, but overall I'm quite pleased and will buy again.
First impressions
Funny little moment when the parcel arrived — I was just making tea and opened the first item. It feels nicely made, sits well on my desk and I’ve used it every day since, so value for money in my book. Delivery to Hungary was a bit slow, the second item hasn’t turned up yet though I got a tracking note, so should be here soon I hope. Will probably buy from them again, definitely.
Worth a second look
All in all, I'm happy and would definitely order again. I was cautious at first — never bought from them before — so I ordered two dresses to decide. I returned one and the return itself was really straightforward, no faff. I did email Ador a couple of times to check they'd received it and Fretsey replied quickly each time, which calmed me down. Got my refund without any drama and the dress I kept looks great; can't wait to wear it to my son's wedding. Better than a few places I've tried where returns took ages.
Odd but useful
getting a return/refund felt like wading through treacle. Lots of slow replies, excuses and suggestions to keep the item with big discounts instead of sorting a refund. In the end my card issuer sorted the money back after I pushed hard. Glad the mattress helped, annoyed by the runaround though.
Bit of a mess, one dress usable
pockets uneven by ages and an extra seam that makes the whole thing hang off-centre. I reported it straight away expecting a return label; instead they asked for photos and suggested I keep it for a 30% refund, which is useless because it's not wearable. I sent the pics and then heard nothing for a couple of days, chased them, still silence. So you get slow shipping, odd origins and poor aftercare, but one item did turn out wearable, which is why I'm not slating everything. Overall I'm sceptical and annoyed, but not utterly ruined — lesson learned: check small sellers more carefully, and maybe don't rely on Instagram ads.
New clothes arrived
Oh my gosh, my new clothes finally arrived after waiting for a whole 14 days and I am absolutely buzzing with excitement! The material is incredibly soft, and the fit and style are spot on. I was a bit concerned because I'm quite tall at 1.83m, but everything fits like a dream. I can't wait to show off my new outfits this summer!
Jumpsuit, pants, and top
I recently bought a jumpsuit, pants, and a top from ADOR and was happy with my order at first. However, I needed to exchange the jumpsuit and pants for a different size, so I tried to contact their customer service team. I've reached out three times now for a return label, but I still haven't heard back from them. The lack of communication and help from their customer service has left me feeling let down and hesitant to order from ADOR again, even though I liked their products. It's really important for a company to have good customer service to make sure their customers have a good shopping experience.
Dresses
I bought some dresses and it was really simple, just like the review said. But the dresses didn't mention if the belts were included or not. I really hope they are, as I enjoy coordinating belts with my outfits!
Dress purchase
I'm really let down by the dress I bought online. It came with a big hole burnt into it, so I can't even wear it! Not only that, but the other stuff I got was nothing like the pictures and videos. The clothes didn't fit well at all - they had huge shoulder pads and badly made trousers. I'm a size 10-12 normally, so I thought they'd fit, but they were a total letdown. I'd definitely advise against buying from these Instagram and Facebook clothing stores - it looks like they use dodgy photos and videos to fool people.
Late order, no refund
I placed an order more than a month ago, but I still haven't got it. The customer service team insists it's the delivery company's fault and won't admit any responsibility. Can you believe they even suggested that it's on me for being unhappy about not getting my stuff? I'm now waiting for a refund of quite a lot of money. It's just shocking how incompetent and unaccountable they are. If I don't receive my refund soon, I'll have no choice but to report this dodgy business to the authorities. I strongly suggest avoiding this website altogether.
Beautiful dresses
The dresses from this company are really lovely. I was so pleased with the quality and design of the dress I bought. Ordering was easy and I didn't struggle to use the website. Though I did mess up and got the wrong size at first. I'd bought the same dress in a medium from another company before, but it didn't fit right. So this time I went for a large from this company. Unfortunately, I didn't realise my mistake until it was too late to send back the medium dress. Even with that hiccup, I'm super happy with the new dress I got.
Awesome shoes
These shoes are absolutely amazing! I wore them to school and everyone was asking me, "Where did you get those awesome shoes?!" They make me feel really cool and stylish. The quality is top-notch and they are so comfortable to wear all day long. I just can't get enough of them!
First time ordering a garment online
As a new customer at this online shop, I was really impressed by the quality of the item I ordered. The material and the way it was made were even better than I was expecting. But, I was a bit let down when I found out that the item was the wrong size for me. Even though that was a bit of a disappointment, I did like how easy and simple the website was to use when placing my order. There weren't many size choices available, but I am still willing to give it another go because the product itself was so good.
Delayed order with poor communication
I am really annoyed with the terrible communication and service I've been getting from this company. I ordered something way back on the 6th of April and today, on the 8th of June, I still haven't got it. All they've told me is they don't know what happened with the delivery and they can't refund me. Can you believe it? This is just not on and I'm thinking about taking them to court!
