Reasonable service but horrendous quality. My coat was small, sleeves too short and more like old ladies dressing gown than coat

Disappointing Experience with Product Quality and Customer Service
I recently made a purchase from Ador, hoping to find high-quality items for a special occasion. However, my experience has been incredibly disappointing on multiple fronts.
The products I received were nothing like the descriptions on the website. Not only were they made from poor-quality materials, but they were also inaccurately sized despite following their provided sizing chart. The items were unfit for purpose, especially considering they were intended as Christmas presents.
When I reached out to customer service for a refund, I was met with a cumbersome return process. Instead of acknowledging the substandard quality and inconvenience caused, I was asked to cover the return costs to their warehouse in China. This approach not only added to the frustration but also highlighted the lack of responsibility for their misleading product descriptions and poor quality control.
Furthermore, the return process proposed by their customer service team was time-consuming and impractical, given the approaching festive season.
I strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider purchasing from Ador, as the discrepancy between advertised product quality and reality is vast. Moreover, the customer service's handling of the situation lacked empathy and a proactive solution for the inconvenience caused to customers.
In summary, my experience with Ador has been thoroughly disappointing, from the misleading product descriptions to the unsatisfactory customer service. I would caution anyone considering purchasing from them to be wary and consider alternative options that prioritize product accuracy and customer satisfaction.

sent a cheap polyester shirt instead of a linen one. Fits poorly. The shirt does not look as described. Now cant return as it is a China supplier
Dresses
I ordered 3 dresses they cancelled one then the other 2 came I think they must have been made fir a stick insect as the sizing is not what it says then to top it all off ti return them it cost me £19 you have to return to China it does not tell you that anywhere I will never order from them again good luck if you have and you need to return.
2 mens shirts
Ordered 1 shirt first it came not bad quality but very small, ordered a second shirt 2 sizes ... arived after the delivery time scale, too late for the event and again too small! On trying to return the items Im told the return would cost around the amount of purchase so I may want to give the items to a friend and save the postage! The postage to receive the items was under £5 each but to return would cost me over £20! Terrible service would not buy from here again! RIP OFF!
Trousers
Too small and very very short. Very hard to return. Complicated and expensive
Oxford Shoes
Far too small for a size 4.5-5, more like a small 4. Cheap quality. Need to return but the process is very complex, then told to send to China at a cost which is more than the shoes cost!! Advert says free return, which it is not! No warning if this when you buy.
