happy experience shopping from Harvie
I needed to get some outdoor wear and shoes for a hiking expedition. I actually wanted some quality outfit. So I went online in search of a store I could trust to buy from. After going through all the options, I was given. I decided to shop from Alpine trek.co.uk. I placed an order for a multisport shoe, climbing clothes, and shorts. Within 48 hours, it was delivered to me and it was exactly what I wanted. The quality was impressive and the price was quite affordable. I am satisfied with Alpine trek.co.uk products and will shop with them again whenever I need any of the products that they sell. I recommend Alpine trek.co.uk to anyone looking to buy quality outdoor wear and accessories.
Walking shoes well if they arrive
My first order and certainly my last. Very un-Germanic systems and service. My account does not show my order but apparently this happens on the first order??? No tracking details sent but my fault for changing my email address - i didn't & why would I?. They use the dreaded Herpes, sorry now EVRI so delivery is sloooooow and possibly never. Should have options to pay for a real courier service like DPD.

I ordered 2 x T Shirts for my partner's birthday on the 3rd of April 2022 - over a month later...My order was undelivered and lost by Evri(Hermes) who are pathetic and I still don't have my refund from Alphinetrek.
If you are based in the UK don't order from these guys, its a waste of time and money. Their support team is mediocre at best (They didn't seem at all concerned or apologetic) I've exchanged about 10 plus emails with them about my lost parcel and I'm currently waiting of my refund to reflect in my account.
