backpack purchase, fast delivery, mixed reviews
As a customer who doesn't always trust online reviews, I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised with my recent purchase. Despite seeing some mixed reviews on Trustpilot, I took a gamble and bought a backpack that was much cheaper than other stores and in a colour that I couldn't find anywhere else in the UK. I placed my order late on a Friday night and to my surprise, the bag arrived the following Saturday morning, delivered by Evri from Germany. The bag was in perfect condition, and I didn't face any issues with additional taxes. Although I appreciated the regular updates on the delivery process, I do think the company could improve their weekend availability. If you want faster delivery, I would suggest ordering on a Monday morning. Normally, I prefer DPD for deliveries, but this time Evri did a fantastic job. Overall, I have no complaints and am a very happy customer.
Outdoor gear
At first, I wasn't sure about buying from this company because of some bad reviews I'd seen, but I thought I'd give them a go. Despite a small delay caused by customs due to Brexit, the company kept me updated and reassured me throughout. In the end, I got my refund without any issues. Hiking boots

The customer service was absolutely terrible and no apologies were offered. I won't be using this company again for sure.
Boots, Misdelivery, Frustration
As a customer, my experience with this company was an absolute nightmare. I ordered a pair of boots and eagerly awaited their arrival, only to receive an email stating that the item was being returned. Confused, I reached out to customer service and was told that the boots were being refunded in full. Fine, I thought, and proceeded to purchase another pair of boots from a different retailer. Little did I know, the drama was just beginning. Two days later, a random pair of shoes arrived at my door, not the boots I had ordered. I was informed by customer service that I would need to pay for the shoes, despite the error being on their end. No discounts or coupons were offered, leaving me to foot the bill for their mistake. I explained that I had already purchased new boots and needed to return the shoes, only to find out that the shoes weren't even mine - they were men's shoes! The frustration of the misdelivery and miscommunication has left me seething, and here I am, stuck at the post office trying to rectify this entire mess.
Camping gear purchase
I recently bought some camping gear from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. The waterproof boots arrived quickly and were reasonably priced. But when I wore them on wet grass for the first time, I was really let down to discover that both boots leaked badly, even though they were supposed to be "all weather" and "waterproof". I got in touch with customer service to complain and they asked for photos, which I sent straight away. However, I have not heard anything back from them since then, despite my follow-up emails. I'm disappointed as a customer by their lack of communication and the fact that my problem remains unresolved.

However, I had to give it 4 stars because my order was delayed. I know delays can happen, but it was a bit frustrating. I bought some climbing shoes from this company not too long ago, and I'm really let down by their service. It's been 10 days since I ordered them, and just two days ago they said the courier had my parcel. But when I spoke to the courier, they said they were still waiting. This has actually happened to me before with this company, and I've had it up to here. The poor communication and reliability is just not on, so I won't be shopping with them again.

I ordered a chair from this place and it took absolutely ages to arrive! I received an email saying it had been sent to someone else by mistake and then they couldn't find it. I had to wait even longer to get my money refunded. It was really frustrating!
Ski coat purchase
I was a bit unsure about buying from this site at first because of the reviews, but I'm really glad I went for it. I ended up getting a ski coat for my partner that was on sale for much cheaper than any store in London. It came all the way from Germany and got here in just 5 days, with no extra costs. The packaging was really strong too, so the coat arrived in perfect condition.
