Stone island long sleeve polo and c.p company shirt
I absolutely love shopping online at Aphrodite, it's such a pleasure every time. I've bought quite a few things from them now, and the service is always top-notch. The quality of the clothes is amazing, they always come nicely packaged and right on time. I recently treated myself to a Stone Island long sleeve polo and a C.P. Company shirt, both of which are just fantastic. And to top it off, I got a lovely 20% discount on them too. It's a shame I can't pop into the store in person since I live in the Midlands, but the online experience is more than good enough for me. I would highly recommend Aphrodite to anyone after some premium clothes and great service.

Wrong Order and Poor Support
I recently bought something from this website and got the wrong item, which was a bit annoying. I tried to sort it out by emailing customer support, but didn't get a reply. So, I gave them a call and they said they couldn't send me the right item, only give me a refund if I sent back the wrong one. The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful, but the whole thing was a let-down and didn't give me the support I needed.

I bought a pair of Stone Island shorts from this company not long ago, and I was really happy with how it all went. Sunglasses purchase
Let me tell you about my experience with this company - it was an absolute disaster. I thought I found a good deal on a pair of sunglasses, even with the high delivery fee. But boy, was I wrong. After waiting for 8 days, there was no sign of my order. I contacted customer service for answers, and all I got was some vague promise about sorting things out the next day because of a stock issue. And guess what? That next day never came. I sent another email 3 days later, but heard nothing back. Finally, after 14 days of waiting, I got a refund receipt with no explanation. And to make things worse, the sunglasses were still up for sale on their site. Can you believe it? I haven't seen that refund in my account yet, but I'll give them 3 more working days before I ask my bank to step in.
Moncler Sweatpants
I recently got my hands on these Moncler sweatpants and they arrived in a jiffy, like literally the next day! They were packaged really well and the customer service lot even sent over a size guide to double-check the fit. Believe it or not, the sweatpants fit me like a dream – just perfect, and I absolutely adore them!👌🏽

Incorrectly sized trainers
I bought some trainers from this company, but they were the wrong size. When I tried to return them, I was told I couldn't get a refund because they were considered worn due to some dust on the soles. They wouldn't even exchange them for the right size. Now I have to pay for shoes I can't wear. The customer service team really lacks understanding and flexibility. It's just terrible.
Delayed Purchase
I had a really frustrating time with my online shopping at that shop recently. I had put some things in my cart to buy later, but when I tried to go to the website the next day, I got sent to another website that didn't have what I wanted. I couldn't log in with my account info and there was no help online for this problem. It was really disappointing as I was excited about getting those items.

Longton jeans in size 30"
I recently bought a pair of Longton jeans in a size 30" from this shop, but the sizing was completely wrong. I usually wear a 32", but I decided to go down to a 30". However, when they arrived, they were more like a 36". It's not the shop's fault, it's the brand's issue.
