    I was already a mother of 2 before my younger sister gave birth to her first child. As a novice in motherhood as she was, she didn't know much on baby things (the paraphernalia) to buy and where to buy in preparation for the arrival of the baby. We lived far from each other. So she called me on phone and sought advice on what to buy and especially where to buy with good prices. She almost made a mistake if she didn't call me on time. As satisfactory as I was during my time buying from Babyshop, I quickly advised her to go online and buy from Babyshop too as a reliable retailer. After her purchases, she couldn't thank me enough for recommending Babyshop to her for: quality products, reasonable prices and honest customer service.

    Following my recent online order, I felt a bit worried when I saw some negative reviews. However, after waiting two weeks for my package without any updates from the courier, I decided to contact customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by the speedy and helpful response I got from a customer service representative named Christian. He took the time to look into the problem and made sure my package was found and delivered to me quickly. The items I bought were really good quality and came well-packaged. In the end, even though I was initially unsure, I had a good experience with Babyshop and would definitely shop there again in the future.

    I've just bought something from this shop and I was really pleased to see that their delivery charges are the same no matter how big the parcel is. It made everything so much easier and kinder on my wallet.
    I think this shop really stands out because they offer a wide range of brands, some great discounts all year round, and special deals that you don't find everywhere.
    Living out in the sticks as a parent can make it tricky to find nice clothes and toys for my kids, but Babyshop makes it all simpler.

    I was really impressed with the clothes I got from that shop. They had loads to choose from and the designs were really cool. I liked that they did international shipping too, made it easy for people like me. But, I was a bit put off by the high cost of returns. Paying $26 for a return label on top of the $18 I already paid for shipping is a bit steep. It might make people think twice about buying stuff, especially if they're not sure about sizes or styles. It could make people less likely to shop there again.

    Damaged item replacement

    I've shopped from them quite a few times. My last order came with a faulty item, a broken magnet. I got in touch with customer service and they got back to me in just one working day. I sent a video showing the problem and they quickly sent me a shipping label. They sent out a replacement product even before I sent the faulty one back because I was about to travel. Their responses were fast and really helpful.

    I really enjoy shopping for clothes for my little brother at Babyshop! They have the most adorable outfits that make him look super cute. The last time I bought some clothes, I accidentally got the wrong size, but the people at customer service were really friendly and helped me exchange it without any trouble. The clothes are really good quality and I always have a great time shopping there!

    The range of products is really good and the website is easy to use. However, the delivery times and refund process could be improved. Other online stores seem to deliver faster and process refunds more quickly. Hopefully, these issues will be looked at and sorted out soon.

    I recently bought some baby clothes and accessories from this shop. They had a lovely selection, and I managed to find some really cute outfits for my little one. However, the customer service wasn't great. One of the items I ordered got cancelled, and no one told me why. When I got in touch with customer service to ask about it, they were really unhelpful and didn't seem to care. They just said I should make a new order and pay for delivery again, without admitting any fault. I felt annoyed and disappointed by the lack of responsibility and the refusal to sort things out properly. It wasn't a good shopping experience overall.

    Grandchild's bike order mix-up

    I just ordered a bike for my grandchild who lives in another town, but somehow it got delivered to me instead of straight to them. I tried reaching out to customer service, sent them the screenshots of the order and delivery notice, but never heard back from them. It's been so frustrating because now I have to go pick up the bike and send it off again, even though I already paid for shipping the first time.

    Viking winter boots size 24

    I bought a pair of Viking winter boots in size 24 for my grandson at this shop, thinking it would be just as good as the size 22 pair we got before. However, the boots I received looked smaller than the size 22 we already had, and it was obvious they had been returned before. They were stuffed with paper so tightly that it was hard to take out, and they seemed to have the wrong size marked on them.

    I'm really gutted to say that the online store has let me down. They said my delivery would arrive in three days, but it's been over a week and still no sign of my items. I've sent loads of emails and made phone calls, but all I've got back are empty promises that they'll sort it out. It's really frustrating that they're not doing anything about it. On top of that, I've noticed their prices are much higher than other stores.

    I bought some adorable clothes for my baby from this store just because my mum recommended it. However, the customer service was absolutely awful! I had to send back two items because they were too small, and it was a complete nightmare. I waited ages to get a response about my return, and when I finally did, they only dealt with one item and didn't refund me for the other! On top of that, they even charged me for the return, can you believe it? It's so unjust. I doubt I'll ever shop there again. Really let down.

    Don't be fooled by the false promises of next day delivery! The customer service is a complete joke - they just ignore you or keep giving you the runaround with empty promises of sorting out your issue. You're left hanging because they know you're stuck with them. Stay away from the agent MALIK, he's more into shouting at you than actually helping. It's been a dreadful experience all around!

    Broken bike received

    I bought a bike from your shop not too long ago, but I must say it was a huge let down when it arrived all broken after I had been eagerly waiting for it. The quality of the bike was really poor and the whole experience was a bit of a disaster if I'm honest. It's just not right to have to wait so long only to end up with a faulty product. I wouldn't advise anyone to shop here after this.

    Birthday gift order

    I ordered a birthday gift and was really looking forward to it arriving. But you know what? When it finally came, one of the items was missing and they didn't even bother letting me know! So, my gift was late and I had to request a refund because they hadn't even made one yet. On top of that, the discount codes they provided were completely useless. It was just a total mess - needless to say, I won't be returning to that store!
