The summer edit is a great deal with essential items from popular brands. The included SPFs are high quality and will definitely last me for a while with daily use. Although the tinted SPF is a bit too dark for my fair skin, it actually complements the Garnier vit C and will be perfect with tan drops in the summer. The mini beauty blender is small but works well for applying makeup around the eyes. I was pleasantly surprised by the own brand spray, it exceeded my expectations. I'm happy to report that every product in this edit is something I will definitely use. And we can't forget about the quick delivery too!

Duplicate order made, unable to cancel
I recently bought something from your website and mistakenly ended up ordering it twice. As soon as I realised my error, I tried to cancel one of the orders. However, I struggled to get any help because I could only interact with a robotic system that wasn't very helpful. I followed the given instructions to try to return the extra item, but I couldn't find a clear way to contact anyone for assistance. This confusing return process has left me feeling unsure and disappointed with my shopping experience.

Late delivery
I've never had such a bad delivery experience with any company in my life. They told me my order would arrive by 8pm on a certain date, but then I got another message after 8pm saying it wouldn't come until the next working day. Turns out, it didn't arrive until late Wednesday. It was a total nightmare as the item was for a birthday and ended up being too late.

Evri (formerly known as Hermes) is known for being unreliable, and my experience just proved that. I got an email saying my order would come before 5pm, so I stayed home all day waiting. But then at 5pm, I got another message saying it would actually arrive between 5 and 7pm, which was really frustrating and a hassle. This lack of clear information and bad communication just isn't on.
