I recently bought a few things from this company, like linen bedding, a cotton quilt, and some cotton throws. I have to say, I am really impressed with how comfy and good quality everything is. I especially love the linen bedding because it keeps me at the right temperature for a good night's sleep. The cotton quilt and throws are great for those cooler summer nights, giving just the right amount of warmth. I'm thinking of getting the new knitted throw for when it gets colder. The bedding isn't just luxurious, but it comes in lots of cool colours that add a stylish touch to my bedroom.
Linen bedding set, Snow colour
I recently got myself a linen bedding set in the Snow colour from this company. I was a bit let down because the quality of the bedding didn't seem as good as a previous order I placed in a different colour. The "Snow" colour looked quite yellowish, which wasn't what I had in mind at all. Specifically, the fitted sheet looked very yellow to me. In my view, snow should be white, not cream or yellow. I reckon the company should think about changing the name of this colour to prevent any confusion in the future. Because of these problems, I've decided to send the items back and get a refund. I might opt for buying from a different brand, like Libeco, which is well-known for top-notch quality and long-lasting linen products.
Bed linens and towels
Since discovering this brand, I have been hooked and only want their bed linens and towels. I thought my towels were soft until I tried Bedfolk's - the quality blew me away. Now I want to swap all my current linens for theirs. My favourite was the Dove colour in relaxed cotton - a lovely soft cool grey. I was gutted to find out it was discontinued, as grey is a classic choice. Rust just doesn't cut it. I managed to get some clearance stock, but I really hope Bedfolk brings back another soft grey option in the future.
Cotton quilt, loyalty points, cashmere socks
I was browsing online, just having a look around. But then I came across this really cute clay coloured cotton quilt and I just knew I had to buy it! They had a sale on as well, so I ended up buying even more stuff. Now I've got a Kingsize quilt on my sofa with some matching pillowcases. I'm already thinking about getting some linen bedding too. Surprisingly, my mum actually liked the cashmere socks I gave her for her birthday, which is a really big deal because she usually doesn't like anything I buy her!

Received Classic Cotton sheets
The classic cotton sheets were such a disappointment. I've got two sets of the lovely crisp cotton ones that I really love, so I assumed the classic cotton would be just as nice. But no, they were a let down! The classic cotton sheets are really rough and scratchy, they feel like sandpaper on my skin. Even my IKEA percale sheets are way more comfortable than these. I'd say don't bother spending your money on them, folks!
Bedding sets in relaxed cotton
I recently bought two bedding sets in relaxed cotton, one in white and one in dove. I also got a relaxed cotton sheet in ink. I have to say, I really love them. The fabric quality is excellent, they wash up really well (which is great for me as a cat owner), and they are super comfy to sleep on. I can't recommend them enough.
Linen duvet cover disappointment
I bought a linen duvet cover not long ago, but it sadly fell apart after just a couple of gentle washes. Naturally, I was upset about it, but I must say I was impressed by the great customer service from John Lewis when I contacted them about getting a refund. On the flip side, the customer service from the brand of the duvet cover was pretty disappointing. They didn't seem bothered about helping me or replacing the faulty product. It's a shame really because I was thinking of buying more stuff from them, but their lack of support has made me think twice and look for other places to buy my bedding from.
Expensive luxury linen set
I was really let down by the fancy linen set I bought. It wasn't cheap, and all the fancy advertising made it out to be top-notch, but it was actually pretty rubbish. Even after washing it a bunch of times, the linen kept shedding like crazy. And to make matters worse, the duvet cover was too big for the duvet, so I kept getting my feet all tangled up in it - not exactly a relaxing bedtime experience.
