I recently bought a custom desktop from an online shop, and I have to say I am really happy with how everything turned out. Open box computer purchase, next day delivery
I recently bought a computer from the website as an open box item and decided to have it delivered the next day before 12pm. Unfortunately, there was a delay in shipping due to a security check. Since the office was closed over the weekend and New Year's Day, I was worried about getting my package on time. However, when I called customer service the next working day, they answered my call quickly and efficiently. The representative understood my situation, refunded the extra shipping charges I paid, and made sure my package was delivered the next day. I was really impressed by how the issue was resolved so swiftly and positively, and the excellent customer service I received.

Easy to order, dirty box, online upgrades needed
I ordered my stuff without any problems. The price was great and the delivery was fine. However, the box was really dirty when it arrived - ew! I had to do some online upgrades to get it all set up properly. Luckily, I know my way around tech stuff so it was okay in the end. I'm not sure how old the item was, but it's working fine.
Expensive gaming laptop purchase
I had a bit of a nightmare buying a gaming laptop from Box. It cost a pretty penny, but we had loads of problems with it. We sent it off for repairs in December, and it took ages for Customer Services to even let us know they'd got it and started fixing it. Things went downhill from there, unfortunately.

Recent purchase - Disastrous experience
My experience with this company was an absolute disaster. I placed an order and it was nothing but delays, terrible communication, and in the end, no delivery at all. The whole company seemed to be in chaos, with no clear solution on the horizon. It's really disappointing to see a company acting so unprofessionally, especially when it comes to looking after their customers. I would definitely recommend avoiding this company in the future.
