Camera Jungle experience
I've been to Camera Jungle a few times now and I've always been impressed with the fantastic customer service and smooth shopping experience. The staff there are really knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to help with any questions I have. And they're super quick when it comes to trading in items, which I think is great and definitely makes them stand out from other shops.

To me, I don't think anything else would have been better off for any photographer than Camera Jungle. I really doubt. I came to this conclusion after I was introduced to Camera Jungle as a photographer, and started buying products from the company, I realized how I was missing a lot in the past, not knowing about the company. The prices are quite considerable when compared to others. The availability of different types of camera and including camera accessories is key to any photographer. I value that a lot because it gives me room to make choices and arrive at the right one. I'm not stopping referring to Camera Jungle whenever I have camera related needs.
College camera purchase
I was looking for a camera for my daughter to use at college, but couldn't find one within my budget at the usual stores like Currys and CEX. Luckily, I discovered Camera Jungle and decided to send them an email. Adam, the staff member I spoke to, was really helpful and upfront about pricing. He took the time to understand what I needed and gave me some great advice. On top of that, my partner wanted to trade in a Canon lens, and Camera Jungle offered us a much better price than CEX did. Overall, the service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend Camera Jungle to anyone looking to buy or trade cameras.
Online camera purchases
I've been buying cameras online for a while now and came across this company that seems pretty decent. I've purchased a few cameras and lenses from them and have mostly been happy with my purchases. The prices are really good, and the delivery is super fast which I love. However, my main problem is that sometimes the gear I receive hasn't been checked for quality. Some of the lenses have been really dirty and needed a good clean before I could use them. Apart from that, it's been a positive experience and I've found some great bargains on there.
Sold old camera set
I recently flogged my old camera gear to Camera Jungle and it was a doddle! I didn't have to stress about a thing because they offered to come and collect the items from my place for free as I was moving. Camera lens
I bought a camera lens from this company recently and I would say my experience was decent overall. I've used them in the past and their customer service has always been great. They usually use courier services, which usually work pretty well. However, my latest order got delayed because DPD didn't pick up the package. It wasn't Camera Jungle's fault, but it was still annoying. Personally, I think it would be better if they sent items via Royal Mail for improved tracking and insurance. Another thing that disappointed me was the condition of the lens I received. Despite being described as 'like new' and only used a few times, there were noticeable scuff marks and paint chips which made it a lower grade. In general, I think they're an okay company to deal with.

Camera issues
I've been having some problems with my camera and I've been trying to get it sorted out through Camera Jungle, but it's turning into a nightmare. I first got in touch with them back in June to make a warranty claim, but now it's almost the end of July and I still haven't made any progress. They're not responding to my emails and their phone lines are always closed. Their customer service is just so frustrating, it's really awful. I'm not sure what to do next, I might have to consider getting trading standards or the financial ombudsman involved. I had high hopes because of the good reviews I saw before purchasing from them, but it looks like I was mistaken.
Camera body at Mint Condition
I bought this camera and it was in top condition, absolutely brilliant! I've used it a lot more than the previous owner did. The customer service was really great too, they sent me a new battery the very next day even though it wasn't part of the original package. And it was a high-quality brand new battery as well.
Mint condition lenses
I recently bought two lenses from Camera Jungle and they are in mint condition. I am so impressed by the quality and the price. The lenses look like they're brand new and they come with everything you would need - the box, lens hood, instruction manual, and of course, the lens itself. I am really happy with my purchase and I will definitely go back for more!

Fujifilm XF18mm f/2 lens
The lens was in excellent condition and really lived up to the rating. I've bought things from other places in mint condition that weren't as good as this lens. It goes perfectly with my Fuji XT20, it's light and compact. Overall, a fantastic buy!
Selling Panasonic lens
I sold a Panasonic lens to Camera Jungle recently and it was a complete nightmare. It took them 9 working days to process a Bacs payment for the agreed quote, which is totally unacceptable. The whole process was full of mistakes, which they blamed on Covid and working from home, but I can't believe it should take that long just to make a simple payment. It seems like they're happy to keep the pricey lens but not so keen on actually paying for it. Needless to say, I won't be doing business with them again.

I found that Camera Jungle had the best prices for all my camera gear, definitely better than other places. Their response to my emails was really quick, and I could simply drop off my stuff in Bath instead of having to post it. Adam was extremely helpful.
