Tripod with fantastic offer
I was on the hunt for the perfect tripod and luckily found it at Camera World. The day before, I was put off by the high prices of tripods out there. But Camera World had this specific tripod at an amazing offer price that made it affordable for me. Ordering it was a breeze, nice and easy, so I was able to make the purchase quickly. The service I got from Camera World was top-notch, with friendly staff helping me out and making sure I got my item in no time. I was really surprised to find the tripod on my doorstep the next working day, which was beyond my expectations. Overall, I am really happy with my purchase from Camera World and would definitely recommend them for their great products and exceptional service.
Camera purchase
The prices at this place ain't too bad, could be worse. And I've got to say, delivery was surprisingly quick. I've been here a few times now, and I can't complain. Seems like they've got their act together when it comes to getting your order to you on time. Can't say the same for some other places I've tried, let me tell you. As for the service, well, it's nothing to shout about really. It's just okay. Could be better, could be worse. But hey, at least they've got that quick delivery thing sorted. And the prices aren't too bad either. So, overall, not bad, not bad at all.
Quick issue handling
So, yeah, I ordered this thing thinking it was in stock, but then they called me and said, "Oops, sorry, actually it's not available right now." They told me I'd have to wait about 3-4 weeks for it to come in. I was fine with waiting as the price was decent and I wasn't in a rush to get it. But then, surprisingly, it arrived just 2 days later! I'd rate it 4 stars because they called me promptly, the price was fair, and it arrived super quick. Dropped one star because they initially said it was in stock when it wasn't. Overall though, it was a pretty decent deal.

I've just bought a camera from Camera World and I have to say, I'm really pleased with how it all went. Even though the camera had been seen by someone else before me, it didn't bother me at all as it was in perfect condition. The best part for me was the amazing deal I got, saving £150 compared to the original price. Just the savings alone made it a great buy for me. On top of that, the delivery was super quick, arriving at my door in just 2 working days. The product was in perfect condition and had a full guarantee, which made me feel confident about my purchase.
Camera accessories
The camera accessories I ordered arrived pretty quickly even though I made the order on a bank holiday. The packaging was a bit over the top, the box was way bigger than I expected. But I guess they did it to make sure my stuff was safe, there was tons of bubble wrap in there.

Customer service experience
I had a bit of a let-down dealing with Camera World recently, the customer service wasn't up to scratch. I sent them two emails but got no reply, so I thought I'd give them a call instead. They did eventually get back to me after a few hours, but I wasn't happy with the solution offered. When I called again, they told me to email the sales team to sort out a return, but I still haven't heard back yet. Waiting five days for this to be sorted is just not on in terms of good customer service.

Even though I had a bit of trouble with my credit card company, the folks at Camera World were really helpful and sorted it all out quickly. I recently got a zoom lens from Camera World and it arrived really fast, plus it looked great. Unfortunately, I later discovered it wasn't the correct one for my camera (whoops). I gave them a ring and the person on the other end was incredibly pleasant. They assured me that returning it wouldn't be an issue at all.
