Finding an auto repair shop on which you can rely is hard nut to crack. I was befooled earlier. Sometime, they just charge you for nothing, sometime give you some nonsense overthe top rates of stuff. I started checking and researching things. soon I get a grip over auto parts when they need to be changed. I make sure to pay for good quality and fair price.
Then, I came across Cartspart4less.co.uk website, they just took my headache. I found all kind of brands, ranges and types of auto parts for all sort of vehicles, including mine.
I buy auto parts from here only now. It has been nearly 2 years.
Been waiting for a refund for nearly 2 months no they do not reply within the 48 hours been waiting for a reply for 4 days since last email I sent them I've ordered a part which I have been waiting for for 3 weeks telling me it would be here between 3 to 4 days receiving an email telling me I might get it between 6 and 7 Days customer service is absolutely diabolical you can't speak to anyone they just simply cut you off you cannot speak to anyone on chat they cut you off after least 25 minutes phone continuously ringing and some stupid music literally drives you mad

When they get orders right it's all good , but it's when things go wrong and you need support , that's the proof how good a company is . Things go wrong , it happens - but sort them out quick and you won't get bad reviews....
I have had no working handbrake for three weeks , because the part listed as correct on the carparts4less website is the wrong one . I contacted them and they said they would send out as soon as the collection was booked . This did not happen ! Photo's taken for them ( do they not know what brakes look like ?) Many emails sent and when you get a reply it is nonsense. They either intentionally drag things out or are just stupid and don't read properly .
After three weeks i was told they would not honour a warranty claim as there was nothing wrong with the parts ( brakes) - well ok there wasn't anything wrong with them , they would be fine - in the correct car ( perhaps i should buy the correct car to suit their parts ???? ) ! However they have the wrong item allocated to their part number but as they use their own numbers you can't even check until they turn up .
I ordered brembo brakes ( pads/shoes) i gave them clear instructions on the correct part numbers and told them to check with brembo , they are still selling the wrong ones (amazing) ???
So why say they wouldn't honour a warranty claim when they are sending out the wrong part ????
If they had just said in the first place they would refund or had sent me the correct part out then i would have been sorted but to take three weeks (saying they were sending replacements) to get to this point which has left me driving an unroadworthy car , is ridiculous . And to add insult i keep getting their emails about having safe brake components ?? By the time i get my brakes sorted ( ordered elsewhere ) i will have had no handbrake for four weeks .
Absolute jokers , they have ( apparently) now issued a credit but why have i had so much trouble sorting this ?
Below this they will no doubt reply with their standard ..... "Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We take all our customer feedback seriously"

Had an E-Mail stating they are waiting confirmation from Euro Car Parts. Total waste of time. I could of gone to my local branch and purchased myself. Don't bother with this company. Used to be good with prices and delivery. Now I wouldn't bother.
I entered my reg on their website as I needed some brakes. I bought the brakes they said ‘fit my car’. I took my car to the garage to get fitted. The garage told me that the parts don’t fit my car. Carparts4less refused to give me a refund as 14 days had expired. So I’m stuck with some brakes that don’t fit my car, yet on their website it said that they did. As s as customer I’ve been totally shafted. I won’t be recommending this company
Sounds familiar , i willl be four weeks without a working handbrake as they sent out incorrect parts then said they were sending the replacements . That didn't happen ( if they did what they said it would have been fine) . Numerous emails , then i receive one saying they wouldn't honour a warranty claim as there is nothing wrong with the parts ? Perhaps i have the wrong car then ???
Terrible customer relations .
Terrible service. Paid for items that they failed to delivery. Failed to communicate to customer that item were out of stock in timely manner. Not recommended
Lion 075 Car Battery - 3 Year Guarantee
Ordered a car battery for a Ford Focus as these guys were slightly cheaper than halfords and if I paid extra could get next working day delivery. The care was on a road beside a workplace so I needed it asap. I placed the order on a Saturday and although hopeful for a delivery on Monday I did assume it would likely be Tuesday. On Tuesday around 3pm I got a text from DHL to say my delivery was expected to arrive on Thursday! I had to go to halfords and pay again for another battery and called carparts4less to cancel my order and refund me. The person kept going on about oh its only two more days you can wait until then, it won't be much longer, I had to stop him numerous times to clearly state I want this order cancelled now. They said they would however they can't until they receive the part back and that I have to refuse delivery. I then got an email the following day saying refund confirmed and paid to my card, when I checked it was just the cost of the delivery. I called again and they said they will refund the cost of the battery once they recieve it back (They can take payment for it before I recieve it though?) Now a week later still no news, call up and get told that its still with DHL and I should "hopefully" get an email end of this week (its Tuesday currently) with confirmation they have recieved the part and will start my refund. absolute joke, go anywhere else for your car parts other than this cowboy operation of a company.
It never arrived
I ordered goods from them which were never delivered. I sent them several emails which they just ignored. I had to ask PayPal to help get my money back. They might advertise their prices are low, but if they don't deliver or give refunds I can't understand how they are still in business.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS SO HAD TO BUY ELSEWHERE. NO ONE IS ANSWERING THEIR PHONE TO REQUEST A REFUND. I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL BUT AGAIN NOT HEARD ANYTHING. ****AVOID AT ALL COSTS****

Horrendous, AVOID at all costs.
Absolutely shocking service from Carparts 4 less. Ordered a shock absorber and never received any proof of order. Shock absorber stated as in stock online, purchased it and was then told it was not in stock and would take an additional 10 days. Waited and waited and still no response, chased again and was told it would be another 10 days as they still couldn't get hold of one. This lasted for four weeks, I then spoke to an advisor who said the part had come in stock and it would be shipped within the week. Surprise surprise it did not arrive, chased again and they said I had been misinformed (lied to so I'd get off the phone) and that it would be an additional 10 days. During this time my suspension collapsed and started burning the tyre as well, cost me a fortune to repair the whole front suspension and had to get a new tyre fitted. Eventually I gave up with Carparts4less and went direct to Ford, they supplied me with the shock absorber the following day and only charged me an extra £10 for a genuine part. The overall customer service was horrendous; they were rude, unhelpful and lied to me on several occasions. I now have to start the legal process to sue them for the repairs on my car. Also tried their sister company Euro Car Parts, asked for a wiper and a wheel detailer. They gave me the wrong wiper and a puncture repair kit. Will either be going to Halfords in future for small bits and back to Ford for everything else.

Ordered a part which was in stock and available for next day delivery. Which was good because I needed it next day so the mechanic could fix the car for an MOT.
The order was marked as dispatched and I had tracking come through from DHL as shipment info received. That's how it stayed all day and night. The parcel was not picked up and DHL told me the parcel was not available for collection.
carparts4less said DHL never turned up to collect. hhmmm Yeah ok.
As I needed it on that day, I got in touch with customer support who said they cancelled the order and a refund would be issued that day. Nothing happened. Then at 18:15 I get an email from DHL saying my parcel had been picked up..... So it's not been cancelled then. Still no refund either.
This morning I get back in touch with customer support and see what's going on. He tells me I have to refuse the delivery and wait for the parcel to get back to them before I can have my refund.
So because of their incompetence I am without the original money for the order+NEXT DAY delivery costs and the money I had to use to go out and buy the part elsewhere because they don't know what they are doing.
Glad I paid with paypal, I have opened a case against them.

16th April 2018, I bought some car parts and. I paid £240.16 for the parts. you sent me some of the parts and one part of the parts was missing (Wheel bearing kit). You sent me an email that the part will come in 2-4 days but the part did not come. Therefore, I bought this part at another dealer called Allparts. Then I rang you to cancel this order and refund the money. you said 14 days they will refund money but you didn’t. I called you however you did not reply to me. Every day I ring you but you don`t talk to me. I sent an email - you did not reply
