I've just bought my 5th outfit from this online store, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality and service. The outfit arrived just as I'd hoped - the right size, style, and colour. The packaging was tidy and it was delivered quickly, just like my previous orders. I have full confidence in this website when it comes to their product quality.
Last-minute saree purchase for a wedding
The customer service at CBAZAR was absolutely brilliant. I got in touch with them through messenger and they replied promptly to all my questions. Even though I placed my order at the last minute, they still managed to get it to me in time for the wedding in the UK. The sarees looked just like they did on the website, and they were really good quality. The blouses were also well-constructed with nice lining fabric. Stunning dresses, tops a bit tight
The customer service team really went the extra mile to help me with my emergency order, they responded quickly even on weekends and late nights. The staff were so patient and friendly. The dresses were such great quality, although the tops were a bit tight on my broad shoulders. I'm really happy with how everything turned out!
Wedding outfits for Indian wedding
I recently bought some traditional Indian dresses from a website for an Indian wedding I'm going to, but I was pretty disappointed with the sizing. The sizes on the website weren't accurate, so I had to settle for a dress that didn't fit me well. I was frustrated to find out that they didn't accept returns, so I couldn't swap the dresses for the right sizes. Despite contacting customer service a few times, I didn't get much help and was told it was too late for a return. Now I'm stuck with dresses that don't fit and I've spent over $400 on them. Living in Florida, USA, I found this whole situation really disappointing and inconvenient. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company to others.
Asian clothes purchase
I was a bit nervous about purchasing Asian clothes online at first because I had heard some negative stories about the quality and delivery. However, I decided to take a chance and I'm really glad I did! The clothes were absolutely fantastic quality and even arrived earlier than I had anticipated. The customer service was also really great as they assisted me in changing my order size promptly. I would definitely make another purchase from this website and recommend it to my friends too, especially if they can't visit an Asian clothing store in person.
Custom made dress
The company's communication was really great. They kept me informed throughout and made sure that the dress they made for my wife was perfect. It fit her perfectly, which was surprising because she didn't even need to go for a fitting. The price was fair and my wife was really happy with how comfortable the dress was, so it was definitely worth the money. But most importantly, seeing my wife so happy with the dress was the best part.

Dress purchase
I purchased a dress from this store and it was really awful! The fabric felt cheap and rough, the seams were coming apart, and it was just not comfortable to wear. When I tried to return it, they suggested that I have it altered instead of accepting a return. Can you believe it? If I had wanted alterations, I would have arranged that myself. It was so frustrating.

The customer service at this company was amazing. They were so quick to reply to my messages and really took the time to understand what I wanted with the customised clothing. The staff were really patient and answered all my questions, which I really liked. The only thing I would say is that they could work on improving their shipping times because it did take a bit longer than I had expected to get my order. The quality of the clothes I bought was exactly as it was described online and I am really happy with what I got. They also did a great job with the packaging and I got the shipping details really quickly. All in all, I would definitely think about buying from this company again in the future.

I decided not to keep the new outfit I bought because I changed my mind about the style. However, I had a really good experience with the website. It was my first time ordering clothes from there, and I was a bit concerned about them being shipped from far away, but everything worked out fine. The custom fit was perfect. Oh my goodness, I can't believe how great my first online shopping experience was with this website! Wedding outfit purchase
I am really angry about the service I got from this company. I bought a special outfit for a wedding three weeks ago and they guaranteed it would arrive on time. But it only got sent out 2 days before the event and actually turned up over 2 weeks late! No matter how many emails and calls I made, they didn't give me any useful answers or help. This has definitely been one of the most terrible customer service incidents I've had to deal with. If you're thinking about buying from them, I'd say save your money and try somewhere else.

Banarasee Saree Purchase
The customer service team at this online retailer really helped me out with understanding how refunds work for items bought on special offers. I would have given them five stars for their products, but took one off for the confusing refund system. All in all, a good experience!
First time buying Indian wedding wear online
This was my first time buying Indian wedding wear online, and I picked this place because I had seen some great reviews from other people. I'm absolutely thrilled with my order! I ended up getting four Lehengas and they are all absolutely stunning. The quality is exceptional and they fit me perfectly, even though I just went for the ready size stitching option. I'm so impressed with everything, thank you so much!
Lady's Linga purchase
I had such a frustrating experience with this company. I ordered a Lady's Linga and gave them all my measurements, but when I got the product, it was nothing like what I expected. The bodice was way too big in the bust, the side zipper was broken, and the quality was terrible. What's worse, the waistband on the skirt wasn't even sewn on properly, the zipper kept getting stuck in the lace, and the closure was missing.
When I got in touch with customer service, they said they would cover alteration costs, but I was worried about ruining the lace. After sending numerous emails and pictures, they eventually agreed to a return, but I had to pay to ship it back to India after already paying for US shipping. If they had made the item right in the first place, I wouldn't have had to go through all this hassle. I'd suggest avoiding this company altogether.
