Chicmi used to be a great place for shoppers to share their thoughts and give honest feedback about sample sales. However, ever since Showcase took over, things have gone downhill. Negative reviews are getting taken down, and only the good ones are being shown to help the brands. Members with a high profile are finding their accounts blocked, which means we're losing the real voices of the community. It's sad to see Chicmi change from a friendly community to just another money-making company.

I've just discovered Chicmi and I have to say, their customer service is absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during the Monica Vinader sale, even though it was really busy. They were super quick to respond to all my messages and always so pleasant. Plus, the delivery was unbelievably fast and they even combined all my purchases for me, which made everything so much easier. They also sorted out a refund for one of the items I returned without any hassle. Top-notch service all round!
Full-length pants
I recently bought some full-length trousers from Chicmi and I must say, I was pretty happy with how everything went. The website was easy to use and checking out was a breeze. My order arrived quickly and was packed nicely. However, I do have one little suggestion for them. It would be really helpful if they could include the inseam measurements for the full-length trousers. This way, us customers can make sure we're making the right choice before buying, especially since some items can't be returned.
