    Gifts for grandchildren

    My wife and I popped into the store the other day to pick up some presents for our three little grandchildren. The staff there were really fantastic, they went out of their way to assist us in finding the perfect gifts and sizes for our twin boys and our little girl. The supervisor on the shop floor was especially knowledgeable and made some great suggestions for items appropriate for our kids' ages. I also want to give a shout out to Channon, who kindly searched the stock room to track down the last Woody cowboy hat to go with the dress-up costume we had bought. All in all, we were really impressed with the friendly and helpful service we received from the staff at the store.

    Lion King toys, birthday gift, money saved

    I bought some amazing Lion King toys for my niece's birthday recently. I know she'll love them, especially after watching the film. I found just what I wanted and saved some money too, which was a nice surprise. The toys are really good quality and I'm excited to see my niece's face light up when she gets them. The whole shopping experience with this company was great, so I'll definitely be coming back in the future.

    Nightmare Before Christmas suitcase

    I bought a Nightmare Before Christmas suitcase from this shop and it arrived all scratched up. I was really disappointed because I was so looking forward to it, you know? I sent them an email and they replied really quickly, promising to send me a new one! I didn't have to return the damaged one, which was great. I wasn't expecting them to be so nice about it, so I have to give them credit for that!

    My fav jumper

    My new jumper is absolutely fantastic and so snug. I can't get enough of it, especially when the weather is chilly. The colour is amazing, and I feel like a celebrity when I have it on. I purchased it from the White Rose store in Leeds, and the employees were really lovely, just like my jumper. I'm really looking forward to buying more things from there!

    Faulty toy review

    I tried to leave a review for a toy I bought online, but it broke after just one day. My review got rejected with no reason given. I wanted to let others know about my bad experience. Dealing with those annoying little round batteries that were hard to change and kept falling out was a nightmare. I spent ages trying to fix the toy but it still didn't work. I think using such small batteries in kids' toys is risky and shouldn't be done.

    Toy Story 4 toy set

    I recently bought the Toy Story 4 toy set from an online retailer I've used before, but I was disappointed with the quality. This is the second time I've had issues with their products. The first time, Buzz Lightyear was broken, and after a long wait, they sent a replacement set. Unfortunately, the replacement set arrived with damaged packaging and the product itself was not good quality. It's a shame to see such a lack of care in the items they're selling.

    5 DVDs order

    What a disappointment! I ordered 5 DVDs online and when my package finally arrived, one was missing. I tried calling customer service, but after waiting almost 20 minutes, I gave up. It seems like they must receive lots of complaints if the wait time is that long. I then tried the online chat service and was told my missing item would arrive by Monday at the latest, but it was already Saturday evening. Monday passed without any sign of my missing DVD. I contacted the online chat service again and was promised an email with the delivery information, but it never arrived. After three attempts at reaching out through online chat, I still have no idea where my missing items are. Not even a simple apology for the inconvenience. Time to get my money back and shop somewhere else. This website is a big let down and I won't be coming back.

    I was so annoyed by yet another delay with the security check. It's just left me feeling really unsatisfied with the whole online shopping thing. I get the feeling that they're just using security checks as excuses for not being able to deliver online orders on time.     Nightmare before Christmas PJs

    I recently ordered some awesome Nightmare before Christmas PJs in a size small. However, I received an extra small top and extra large bottoms instead! When I reached out to guest services, they said I could just keep the incorrect items because they might not be able to resell them. I can probably make the top work, but the bottoms definitely need some adjustments that I'll have to pay for. They didn't even apologise, just blamed it on warehouse issues. Now I'm trying to decide whether to keep them or return them. I feel like they should have offered me a discount or a free delivery code to make up for the inconvenience. I haven't heard anything from them yet, though.

    Wasted Time and Money

    What a complete nightmare dealing with this company has been. I placed an order and received a confirmation email, only to be informed 5 days later that my order had been cancelled due to the item being out of stock. Strangely enough, when I checked online, the item was still showing as available. The customer service through live chat was absolutely useless, claiming that my order had been lost by the delivery people and refunded without any attempt to send a replacement. There was no mention of offering a voucher or any form of compensation, which left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed, especially since it was a birthday gift for my daughter.

    Faulty products with missing batteries

    I bought two products that were supposed to have batteries, light up, and sing. But when they arrived, they didn't work like they should. I got in touch with customer service and they told me to buy new batteries, which was a let-down because the products were meant to come with batteries. It not only cost me extra money, but it was also a hassle and disappointing for the people I bought the items for.

    Delayed online orders

    I've had two really bad online shopping experiences with this company. Both times, my orders were seriously delayed even though I paid for express delivery. The call centre was no help at all, with the people on the other end just seeming to read from a script and giving me wrong information about when my stuff would arrive. It's fair to say that I won't be using this website again.

    Personalised Spiderman t-shirts

    I recently bought two Spiderman t-shirts with personalisation, but I was really disappointed with the experience. I asked for both shirts to be personalised, but only one was. The delivery took longer than they said it would, and when the shirts finally turned up, they were green instead of the blue they were supposed to be. That was a big letdown, Spiderman is supposed to be red and blue, not green! I got in touch with customer service again and sent pictures of the wrong coloured shirts, but they told me that they were supposed to be green, which I felt was wrong and misleading. All in all, this purchase was really frustrating and not what I was hoping for.

    I had a right nightmare trying to buy a doll for my daughter from this website. First off, when I went to pay, the numbers on the screen started going backwards as I typed them in. I then gave customer service a bell, and they said I needed to set up an account. So, I went ahead and created one, double-checked all my details, but still had the same issue with the numbers going mad. I phoned customer service again to try and order over the phone, but the person I spoke to could hardly speak English and couldn't assist me at all. What's the point of having a customer service team if they're not able to lend a hand to us, the customers? It's beyond frustrating!

    Christmas purchase

    I bought something last Christmas and it was all pretty smooth and easy, but the courier delivery was a bit of a let-down. They just left my package outside on a busy street, which was worrying. Luckily, I got home in time to grab it, but it could have been pinched so easily. It's a shame that the shop in my town shut down, I miss popping in for a look around. I also wish they would update the website more about when things are coming back in stock. I've been waiting ages for this one thing to be available again, but it's starting to seem like it might never happen.
