    Executive Membership

    I've been shopping at Costco for a long time now, more than a dozen years as an Executive Member. Lately though, I've been feeling frustrated about this new rule where they ask for ID when you enter the store. I get that they want to keep things safe and all, but it just seems like too much to treat me like a potential criminal when they know I've been a loyal customer for so many years. The returns have been going down gradually, which I could deal with - but what really gets to me is having to wait in line behind loads of people just to show my ID, especially when most of the staff already know me by name. And to top it off, one time I had an issue with the higher-ups and they even threatened to kick me out if I didn't follow the ID rule, that left me really disappointed and disrespected.

    I just want to say how thankful I am for the amazing service I received from Steve at Costco. When I first had some issues with my online order, Steve really went out of his way to sort everything out quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and commitment to making sure customers are happy really made an impression on me. I was so impressed by how much he cared and how he paid attention to every little detail throughout the whole process. It's clear that Costco values its customers and wants to make sure everyone has a great shopping experience. I really appreciate Steve's hard work in sorting out my problems, and I can now say that I'm a happy and loyal customer.

    Big bag of snacks

    I popped over to this place called Costco to pick up a huge bag of snacks for a party I was throwing. The snacks were absolutely delicious and went down a treat with everyone at the party. Unfortunately, some of the snacks were broken so I had to take them back, and you wouldn't believe it but Costco's return policy has taken a turn for the worse. They used to be fantastic, but not anymore. Now, if you don't have your receipt, they only give you the lowest price possible, even though they can easily look it up in their system. I reckon Walmart and Sam's Club are much better options now. I'm feeling really let down by Costco, to be honest.

    I recently bought a big appliance from Costco and I must say, I was really let down by how the delivery went down. I shelled out my money on a certain day and was told when to expect the delivery, but then, at the eleventh hour, I got a message saying the delivery was postponed by a whole two weeks. It's just not on, especially when Lowes and Home Depot manage to get big appliances to your door within a day or two. Waiting two weeks without a fridge is just too much, and it's really annoying to be given wrong information about when it's going to arrive.

    Mattress purchase

    I'm really let down by Costco's lack of a price adjustment policy. I got a new mattress from them recently and then saw the exact same model on sale for $200 less just a week later during their memorial day sale. I gave customer service a call to ask about getting the difference refunded, but they didn't seem to care and basically said tough luck. It's pretty disappointing how inflexible and unhelpful they were, and it's left me feeling a bit sour about the whole experience.

    Membership renewal

    The first time I went to Costco with my wife, I had to pay for her membership but they wouldn't accept my favourite card, Mastercard! I was already annoyed that I had to shell out money just to shop there, and then they wouldn't even take my card... it's like they don't want my money! I definitely won't be renewing that membership, that's for sure.

    Cargo shorts purchase at Costco

    I got these cargo shorts from Costco not too long ago and honestly, they're top-notch quality. They're made of such sturdy and comfy material, ideal for wearing day in, day out. But what really got me was the price – it was such good value for something of this standard. I'll definitely be going back for more clothes from there in the future.

    I popped to the shop to grab a huge pack of snacks for my sleepover with my mates. When I got to the till, the worker scanned the wrong item and ended up overcharging me! I had to hang around for ages while they sorted out the mix-up. But hey, at least the snacks were delicious!

    I have to say, I got this huge rug from here and it was just a complete nightmare! The quality was okay, but the delivery went all wrong. They messed up the order, tried to make out like it was my fault, and when I reached out to customer service, they were completely useless. Spent ages on the phone, only to get empty apologies and no actual solutions. Total waste of time.

    I recently had a bit of a disappointing time at Costco, which left me feeling frustrated. I had so many problems trying to order online - kept getting this "access denied" message no matter what I tried! And trying to get some help from technical support or customer service was a nightmare. Plus, the store never seemed to have what I needed in stock when I went to visit. Their selection of sugar-free stuff for diabetics was pretty poor.

    All in all, I wasn't too impressed with the quality of the products, and it got me thinking about whether my membership was really worth it. The whole place felt a bit chaotic, like that old Soviet department store from a story I once read. The way things were displayed and the lack of customer service really put me off. And those strict checks they do at the entrance only made things worse! All these problems have made me decide not to renew my Costco membership.

    Alright, so yeah, I've been going to this place for ages now and I know all the friendly staff there. But just the other day, this girl Lori and the guy Brad were just so not cool. Lori just refused to scan my items and made some rude comments about God. And then Brad basically told me to do everything myself. Not cool at all, guys!

    The warehouse is great, but the online shopping experience is a letdown. The search feature on the website is pretty useless, making it really hard to find what you're looking for. And don't even get me started on the delivery - it's slow and unreliable, sometimes even asking for payment. Dealing with missing items is a pain too, the customer service just isn't up to scratch compared to other online shops. I think I'll stick to shopping in-person for now, I'm not too keen on buying online again.

    Gift card redemption issue

    I had a bit of a frustrating time at Costco on Krocks Road in Allentown, PA recently. I went to return some disappointing nectarines and unripe apricots, then tried to buy something small using a gift card. But the cashier didn't know how to process it, so they had to call a supervisor over. The supervisor thought I wanted to use the gift card for a new membership, which wasn't the case at all. It wasn't until a manager stepped in that I was able to finally make my purchase. It was a shame to see that the staff didn't seem to know much about how gift cards work, and there seemed to be some confusion between them. It leaves me wondering about the general level of training and consistency in that store.

    Oh my goodness, I was really excited when I got this amazing TV from Costco - it was massive and the picture quality was incredible! But then, after a few weeks, it suddenly stopped working. I was so disappointed because I had been looking forward to watching all my favourite shows on it. When I tried to get it fixed, the customer service was really poor. They took ages to respond to my emails, and when they finally did, they weren't helpful at all. The price was way too high for a TV that didn't last long, and the delivery was incredibly slow - I had to wait forever for it to arrive. Overall, my experience was really disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend buying a TV from Costco.

    My recent visit to that warehouse store really got to me, it was so disappointing and frustrating. The whole process of getting in was just a mess and didn't seem fair at all. When I got to the entrance, I saw the guy letting a big group in without checking their membership, but as soon as it was my turn, he asked to see mine straight away. I thought that was so unfair and aimed at certain customers. I decided I wasn't going to go along with it because I felt singled out. Treating people like this just feeds into negative ideas and attitudes towards minorities and those who don't fit a certain mould. I think all customers, especially minorities and those who are fair-minded, need to take a stand against this kind of discrimination by avoiding this place altogether. It's really important for companies to be all about including everyone and being fair in everything they do. If what Costco is doing is deliberate, they seriously need to sort this out.

    Solution to my missing goods.

    For a year, I complained to my staff about missing goods. None of them were able to come up with how the goods get missing. Then I decided to purchase a CCTV from a brand. A few weeks later I discovered the CCTV had gone bad I made complaints but nothing was done about It. Therefore, I decided I would not waste my money buying CCTV anymore. But when I heard of Costco, I decided to give it a try. I purchased a CCTV from the company and trust me for more than a month now I monitor my shop clearly and had no issues with the camera.
