Children's clothing
I recently bought some kids' clothes from this shop and I was really happy with the choice of top-notch stuff they had. The material was strong and comfy, just right for my little one. The designs were cool and fashionable so it was easy to get something that my child really liked. The customer service was spot on too, with lovely and helpful staff who knew their stuff about the products. All in all, a fab shopping trip.
Expensive trousers for child
I bought some pricey trousers for my child from this company not long ago. Sadly, when my child finally wore them, the popper on the trousers broke straight away. So, I got in touch with the company to ask for a repair or replacement since I knew I was well within my rights under the Sales of Goods Act.
Blanket
I bought a blanket for my baby in February and I've gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. I paid a whopping £210 for it and now it's got loads of rips after just a few months. When I tried to sort it out with customer service, they were so unprofessional and hardly communicated at all. It's obvious they don't care about their customers and act like they're better than everyone else if you're not spending loads in their store. I'm thinking about taking things further now and I'd recommend anyone thinking about shopping there to maybe try somewhere more reliable like Fenwicks instead.
Bargain purchase, helpful staff, fast delivery
I was really happy with my purchase from this store, being a first-time buyer there. I found a great bargain that pleased me. Initially, I was a bit worried about the delay in getting my order. However, when I got in touch with the shop, the staff were so helpful and resolved the issue promptly. Luckily, my order arrived just in time for my daughter's Christmas party. I will definitely be buying from this store again in the future.
Kids shoes purchase
I recently bought a pair of kids' shoes from this place, and honestly, it was a nightmare from beginning to end. The shoes fell apart after just a week, so I immediately sent photos of the damage. They then requested that I send the shoes back for examination, which could take up to 4 weeks. I explained that I would be away for Christmas and would send them in January, but it seemed like they weren't listening. I had to follow up with them multiple times for updates, only to be told that the shoes had been mistreated and they wouldn't take them back. The service was absolutely terrible, and they showed a complete disregard for consumer rights. I'd recommend avoiding this place altogether.

I bought a pair of shoes from this company not long ago, but they didn't fit when they arrived. I had to shell out for the return postage, which was a bit of a bummer, but I knew I had to do that when I bought them. Refund process and sizing issue
I've had a couple of interactions with the customer service team at the store lately. The first was when I needed a refund because I ordered the wrong item. They sorted it out quickly, just asked for my order number, no fuss. But then when I reordered the right item, it turned up in the wrong size. I got in touch again, and they let me fill in a form to return it. Both times, they sorted everything out within a day. I was really impressed with how smoothly they dealt with my problems.
Baby changing bag
I bought a baby changing bag from them, but it got messed up after just one use. I got in touch with their team, sent them some pictures, but they said it was just normal wear and tear and couldn't help. I was expecting better quality from such a pricey bag. Save your money, their products are not worth it, and their customer service is shocking!
Baby boss clothing purchase
I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase of baby boss clothing from this website. I spent a lot of money on a tracksuit for my little one, but it shrank a lot in the wash, even though I followed the care instructions. When I contacted customer service about it, they were not helpful and dismissed my concerns. It seems like this website is selling fake or low-quality items and doesn't care about fixing any problems. I wish I hadn't spent over £100 on such a poor product and dealt with terrible customer service. This whole experience has left me feeling really annoyed, and I strongly recommend that others avoid this website completely.
Oversized shorts
I bought some shorts for my child, but they turned out to be too big, so I had to send them back in the post. Luckily, the exchange process was really easy and I got the right size in just 3 days. The service was great, as usual. Don't let bad reviews put you off - my experience was really good!

I was really happy with what I bought from Designer Childrenswear. The delivery was super fast and I was amazed at how quickly they replied to my questions. The item was packed perfectly and I didn't have any problems at all. The quality was top-notch and it looked so nice in my child's wardrobe. I recently bought a few things from this shop and I have to say, I was really impressed. My order arrived fast and the items were well wrapped. The customer service was great and they had a really good range of children's clothing.

The variety of clothes in this shop is really good, especially for children, lots of high-quality options available. But a bit of a hiccup - the size I received in my order was wrong. I bought a pair of Balenciaga trainers for my daughter from this company. Sadly, after only wearing them twice, the stitching started to come undone. So, I sent them back for a refund. However, it was a real pain as it took a long and frustrating 8 weeks to get my money back. I only received the refund after I mentioned taking the matter further. This whole situation has left me feeling let down and wary of shopping from this company again in the future.
Long wait, poor communication
My experience with this company has been really frustrating. I ordered something back in November and now it's already the New Year, but I still haven't got what I paid for. I've tried emailing and calling them several times, but they just haven't bothered to get back to me. It's so disappointing how they're not keeping me in the loop at all. It feels like they've just taken my money and vanished!
Tracksuit purchase, excellent service
I recently bought something from Designer Childrenswear but had a problem with the item being out of stock. However, I was really impressed with the great customer service I got. I got an email from customer services explaining the issue and offering a solution. When I got in touch, a polite and helpful customer service rep sorted everything out for me quickly. They even gave me a discount on a different tracksuit that was already on sale. The new item was packed up nicely and arrived the next day. I was really impressed with how it looked and the quality of it. Overall, I had a really good experience and saved almost £100. I would definitely recommend Designer Childrenswear and will be shopping with them again in the future.
Cute dress for my little sis
I came across this really lovely dress for my little sister on a website and I just had to buy it for her birthday! I was over the moon when I placed the order and couldn't wait for it to arrive. However, when I checked my email, I discovered that my order had been cancelled with no explanation. I was extremely upset and confused, especially since they only sent me a PDF for the refund. That's no way to treat customers, all I wanted was the dress for my sister!

I recently had a fantastic shopping experience at Designer Childrenswear. I bought a Versace dress, a Mayoral dress, and a jumper for my daughter. I was really impressed by how quickly they delivered my order and how well they packaged everything. The quality of the clothes was even better than I expected, especially for the prices I paid. Boys designer shoes

Unreceived order
I want to share my recent experience with this company - it's been absolutely terrible. So, I got an email saying my order was shipped at the beginning of July, but I never got a tracking number or the order itself. It's been well over a month now, and I've tried emailing their customer service a few times but haven't heard back at all. Honestly, it all feels like a big scam to me.
