I recently had a bit of a mix-up with my order and decided to reach out to customer service for some assistance. Angelique was really quick to get back to me and efficiently sorted out the issue without any hassle. I must say, I was really impressed with the level of customer service provided and I will definitely be coming back as a customer in the future. Hats off to the team at this place!
Unconfirmed order
I placed an order on the website but haven't got a confirmation email yet. I've paid and really need the package in the next 5 days. I tried contacting customer service for help but they haven't replied. It's really frustrating not knowing what's happening with my order. I'm disappointed with the lack of efficiency and accountability shown by the company.
Outfit order with next day delivery
I bought an outfit with the next day delivery option, but I'm disappointed because it's Thursday now and I still haven't got any confirmation or tracking details. I really needed the outfit for an event on Saturday, so this has been causing me a lot of stress. I've tried reaching out to customer service through email and social media, but I haven't heard back from them at all. The lack of communication and the broken promise of fast delivery has just left me feeling really frustrated.
Long wait, simple issue, quick resolution
I must admit, the service I got was really terrible. I waited what seemed like forever for a simple problem to be fixed, but all I got were excuses and delays. Then along came Joan like a superhero and sorted it all out in just a day. Why did it have to take so long for someone capable like Joan to take charge? It's annoying when a straightforward issue could have been resolved much quicker if the right person had been there from the beginning. So, big thanks to Joan for actually doing her job well and getting things sorted out efficiently.
Faulty earrings, refund issue
I'm a new customer and I bought a pair of earrings which were faulty. I followed the company's advice and sent them back with proof of postage for a refund. But, even though I did everything they asked, I still haven't got my money back. I've tried to get in touch several times but haven't had any response, and I'm really disappointed with the way they've handled things.
Track order help
I shot off an email to inquire about tracking my order, and got a super speedy and helpful response from Angelique. She was absolutely amazing and got me set up to track my order straight away. Massive thanks to you, Angelique, for the top-notch customer service! 💕❤️
Pink two-piece and black top purchase
I recently had an experience with this company and it wasn't the best. I ordered a pink two-piece set and a black top, which sounded cute. However, when they arrived, the pink set had the waistband detached from the stitching on the inside. I contacted customer service through email to explain, but they kept asking for photos of the damage, even though I couldn't show it in a picture.

Avoid being scammed!
Ordered 10 items from Ego. Whilst the clothes were nice and pretty good quality, Ego attempted to scam me by saying that I had only returned 6 items when I returned 9 and so refused to refund me the extra £70 I was owed.
The first email I received said that on their 'records' I had returned 6 items. After I pestered them, I received another email asking if I had put the paper invoice in the parcel because my return wasn't in their records? Bit of a contradiction! And a complete lie that only 6 items had been recorded.
They then conducted an investigation with Royal Mail - which suggests to me that they hadn't even received the parcel in the post! So strange. After almost 2 weeks of keeping at them, I managed to get my money back.
Do not order from here if you want to avoid being scammed or having to email back and forth for 2 weeks to get your own money back.A furry Baseball Cap
Please avoid this company at all costs. I ordered the hat in the image and it arrived nothing like it, like a big furry Russian hat with a peak. I obviously didn't wear it, didn't inspect it, hated it. Returned straight away in the same packaging received. I recently received an email to say...
"Hello,
I hope you are doing fine.
I am reaching out in regard to the order that you have returned.
After inspection, the warehouse team declared the item faulty/not in resalable condition which is the reason your items have not been refunded, therefore the items have been disposed of."
WTH?! Firstly I can barely see anything wrong with the hat, if i squint there might be a mark on the rim, this was absolutely a) not done by me b) not noticed by me. However, had they contacted me and advised, I would have rather kept the ... than them binning and keeping my cash! Looking through their Ts...Cs it is something that they do state, never in my existence have I heard of this...is it legal?
Since this has happened I have checked trustpilot and it seems that this is what they do. So they will probably resell this hat, therefore pocketing the cash multiple times. What I do know is that this company are con artists and should not be used!Biker Boots
I ordered some biker boots and when they arrived the box looked like it had been given to a dog to look after! I emailed the help team and they were fantastic. They replied quick and fast and refunded me my delivery costs and were over all very helpful! I love their shoes and boots and I have never ever had to write a email to complain! But they were fantastic and the boots are comfy and soft! 10/10 thank you Chloe at Ego for sorting this!
2 pair of heels
Love both pair of shoes. In the process of ordering the 3rd pair within 3 months. Shipping takes a little longer but I'm ok with that. I order ahead of time just in case there is a delay. Only thing I dont like is that you can leave a review under the shoe to let others know if they run big, small, exact size etc...
Lace up square heels
Was so excited! Trusted this company as I ordered before. Took my shoes out of town only to realize they mailed me 2 left feet! Went online to return & was asked to pay $10.87 to return shoes I paid to have express delivered and can’t wear! Also out of town with many events & no dress shoes now! Thanks a lot ego!

The worst company I have ever dealt with will never order from them again!!! Ordered shoes on the 15th of July 2020 (2-3 days delivery) & today is the 28th of July. Its been 14 days no shoes, check order status they are in the bloody warehouse!!! No phone number to call so I emailed got an automatic response i will get a reply in 48hrs. Im still waiting for a reply. Smh when am i ever going to get my shoes!!!!!!
Diamonte knee high fishnet boots
I find that a lot of places only sell knee high boots that fit girls with skinny legs - that is NOT the case with these boots! I was so apprehensive to order them because I didn’t think they’d fit my thick thighs or calves but they fit perfectly and they have made me so so happy! I am beaming! The diamonte sparkle is even more stunning in person, I never want to take these boots off! I’m obsessed! Thank you so much Ego! ❤️

Shoes
I love EGO! Every time I've ordered, it has been on time and high quality. The customer service team in particular are fantastic to communicate with and they are nothing but accommodating. Not only this, their shoes and accessories are SO comfy and so reasonably priced. I'm really impressed with EGO's service and will continue to shop with them. A forever customer for sure!!
