    Recent order experience

    I had a problem with my order recently - I got a faulty item and part of it was missing. It was a bit tricky to sort out at first, until I contacted customer service. I was really happy when Angelique got back to me quickly and sorted everything out efficiently. She dealt with my issues professionally and gave me the solutions I needed.     Item not delivered

    I bought something online and was meant to get it delivered by a carrier. But now the carrier is saying they delivered it, even showing a photo that wasn't of my house. I've got security cameras at the front and back of my place, so I know they never came. When I called them to explain, the photo suddenly disappeared. I'm really let down and fed up with this whole situation.

    Shorts and t-shirt

    I bought some really cool shorts and a funky t-shirt from a website, but when they finally came, they looked nothing like what was shown online! And on top of that, the sizes were way off - it was so annoying! I ended up spending a whole week going back and forth with customer service just to organise a return. And would you believe it? I had to fork out my own money to send back the wrong items. I'm not happy about it at all!

    Quick delivery needed

    I was really in a pickle when I urgently needed a product and ran into a processing problem with my order. Luckily, Luna from customer service was an absolute star and sorted out the issue straight away. She went the extra mile to make sure my order was processed within 24 hours and even threw in next day delivery as an apology. I was seriously impressed with the top-notch service I got and felt like a valued customer. Luna definitely deserves a 10/10!

    Jewelry purchase

    The products are really good, but I have to say I was disappointed with the customer service. They said they would get back to me in 2 days, but it actually took 6 days to hear from them. And even then, they didn't answer my question about whether the jewellery was waterproof. It was annoying to be told they would let me know when they had more info, when it was actually a straightforward question that should have been answered quickly and clearly.

    sunglasses order for holiday

    I bought these sunglasses for my upcoming holiday and I was really looking forward to having them with me on my trip. But then I received an email confirming that they were actually on pre-order. I quickly contacted customer service to ask for more information and was told that my order had been cancelled and that I would receive a refund. It's been more than 3 weeks now and I still haven't got my money back. I got in touch with customer service once again but now they're not responding to my emails. I am very frustrated with the poor communication and lack of follow-through on their part.

    Ordered skirt, lost parcel

    I ordered a skirt from this place recently, and let me tell you, the service was a disaster. Trying to find my lost parcel has been a nightmare. It's been weeks and Royal Mail still hasn't found it. The lack of communication and tracking information from the start is so frustrating. Who doesn't give a tracking number these days? I had to ask them for any details, and all I got was that my parcel is likely lost. Thanks for letting me know, I suppose.

    I've been a loyal customer of this company for quite a while now because I've always loved the quality and style of their clothes.     I bought an outfit with the next day delivery option, but I'm disappointed because it's Thursday now and I still haven't got any confirmation or tracking details.     Long wait, simple issue, quick resolution

    I must admit, the service I got was really terrible. I waited what seemed like forever for a simple problem to be fixed, but all I got were excuses and delays. Then along came Joan like a superhero and sorted it all out in just a day. Why did it have to take so long for someone capable like Joan to take charge? It's annoying when a straightforward issue could have been resolved much quicker if the right person had been there from the beginning. So, big thanks to Joan for actually doing her job well and getting things sorted out efficiently.

    Faulty earrings, refund issue

    I'm a new customer and I bought a pair of earrings which were faulty. I followed the company's advice and sent them back with proof of postage for a refund. But, even though I did everything they asked, I still haven't got my money back. I've tried to get in touch several times but haven't had any response, and I'm really disappointed with the way they've handled things.

    Pink two-piece and black top purchase

    I recently had an experience with this company and it wasn't the best. I ordered a pink two-piece set and a black top, which sounded cute. However, when they arrived, the pink set had the waistband detached from the stitching on the inside. I contacted customer service through email to explain, but they kept asking for photos of the damage, even though I couldn't show it in a picture.

    Avoid being scammed!

    Ordered 10 items from Ego. Whilst the clothes were nice and pretty good quality, Ego attempted to scam me by saying that I had only returned 6 items when I returned 9 and so refused to refund me the extra £70 I was owed.

    The first email I received said that on their 'records' I had returned 6 items. After I pestered them, I received another email asking if I had put the paper invoice in the parcel because my return wasn't in their records? Bit of a contradiction! And a complete lie that only 6 items had been recorded.

    They then conducted an investigation with Royal Mail - which suggests to me that they hadn't even received the parcel in the post! So strange. After almost 2 weeks of keeping at them, I managed to get my money back.

    Do not order from here if you want to avoid being scammed or having to email back and forth for 2 weeks to get your own money back.

    A furry Baseball Cap

    Please avoid this company at all costs. I ordered the hat in the image and it arrived nothing like it, like a big furry Russian hat with a peak. I obviously didn't wear it, didn't inspect it, hated it. Returned straight away in the same packaging received. I recently received an email to say...
    "Hello,
    I hope you are doing fine.
    I am reaching out in regard to the order that you have returned.
    After inspection, the warehouse team declared the item faulty/not in resalable condition which is the reason your items have not been refunded, therefore the items have been disposed of."
    WTH?! Firstly I can barely see anything wrong with the hat, if i squint there might be a mark on the rim, this was absolutely a) not done by me b) not noticed by me. However, had they contacted me and advised, I would have rather kept the ... than them binning and keeping my cash! Looking through their Ts...Cs it is something that they do state, never in my existence have I heard of this...is it legal?
    Since this has happened I have checked trustpilot and it seems that this is what they do. So they will probably resell this hat, therefore pocketing the cash multiple times. What I do know is that this company are con artists and should not be used!

    Biker Boots

    I ordered some biker boots and when they arrived the box looked like it had been given to a dog to look after! I emailed the help team and they were fantastic. They replied quick and fast and refunded me my delivery costs and were over all very helpful! I love their shoes and boots and I have never ever had to write a email to complain! But they were fantastic and the boots are comfy and soft! 10/10 thank you Chloe at Ego for sorting this!
