Washing machine purchase
I recently bought a new washing machine from this company and I have to admit, I was a bit worried at first because I had seen some not-so-great reviews. But you know what? I was pleasantly surprised! The delivery guys were super efficient and really professional.
The first company I tried to use couldn't even get my washing machine to me because their van was way too big for my driveway. They had to reschedule for 10 days later - what a pain! But this company showed up the very next day with a similar sized van and they didn't have any trouble at all.
The customer service was top-notch too. There was a really helpful and friendly person on the phone who talked me through everything. Honestly, I was really impressed with the whole experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone else. I recently purchased a Denon hifi system from this shop, but unfortunately, it arrived with some faults. Nonetheless, I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response and resolution from their customer service team. They actually got back to me within half an hour after I reported the issue, and then they promptly arranged for a replacement unit to be sent out straight away. They even collected the faulty one when they delivered the new one. The service was efficient, polite, and very friendly - definitely exceeded my expectations. This was my first time shopping here, but I can say for sure it won't be my last. And for anyone unsure about buying from a lesser-known store, just so you know, they're actually part of a reputable group called Euronics.
Denon ceol n10 with speakers in white
I recently bought the Denon ceol n10 with speakers in white from Electricshop and I have to say, I am really impressed with both the product and the service. The customer service at Electricshop is top-notch, especially Ed who was very helpful and accommodating when I made my purchase. The delivery was quick and on time, which is always a plus when you're ordering online.
As for the Denon unit itself, it's fantastic quality, easy to set up, and even someone like me, who's not great with technology, found it easy to use. I was just moving into my apartment and needed to buy some electrical and electronic devices to set the apartment into the right position. So when I called a friend and enquired where I could buy electronics and get the right value for my money, he quickly referred me to ElectricShop. After personally checking their online site, I was satisfied with products and reviews. I ordered from them and within the estimated delivery time (3-5 working days), the items were delivered to me. The products have been working properly till date. ElectricShop is reliable.

Dyson V10 Absolute Cordless Vacuum
I just got a Dyson V10 Absolute Cordless Vacuum from electricshop and I've got to say, I am over the moon with it. The price was a real bargain and the service I got from Ken and the gang afterwards was top-notch. They were so helpful, I'd absolutely suggest electricshop to anyone looking for electronic bits and bobs.
Network CD player purchase
I recently bought a network CD player from Electricshop and I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. The staff were so nice and knew their stuff, which made ordering it really easy and quick. I ordered it just before Christmas and was surprised when it arrived on the 28th, within the time they said it would. But when I tried to use it, I had some problems with it working properly. I sent Electricshop an email the next day and they got back to me quickly, arranging for a replacement to be delivered that same afternoon (29th). The replacement works perfectly, and I'm completely happy with the product.
Black smooth cooking hob
I recently bought a black, sleek cooking hob from electricshop and I have to say, it's the perfect cooking appliance. It's easy to use and well-designed for simple installation. In just twenty minutes, my partner and I managed to get rid of the old hob, connect everything again, and smoothly install the new one. The various size areas heat up fast and effectively, making sure there's no wasted heat or struggling to heat up bigger pots and pans. It has absolutely improved my cooking experience, making it much more enjoyable and stress-free.
DAB+ radio
I was looking for a DAB+ radio for my wife so she could listen to Classic FM. We couldn't find the one we wanted as it was no longer being made, but electricshop recommended a good alternative. After doing some research, we chose a different model and it was delivered to us within a day. The radio came in good condition, securely packaged by the courier. I found that electricshop's communication was really good and they were helpful at every step. Even though the price was decent, it wasn't the main thing that made me choose them.
Cool headphones
Oh my goodness, I recently bought these amazing headphones from Electricshop and I was really thrilled! The website was really user-friendly and I received my headphones really quickly, which was fantastic. The only thing that bothered me was when I realised they accepted Clearpay for payments. I thought I'd be paying monthly, but it turns out they deduct money every 2 weeks! That was a bit frustrating, but all in all, I absolutely adore my headphones and I would definitely order from Electricshop again.

Washing machine purchase
I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced with your store. I purchased a washing machine, but it arrived faulty. Instead of offering a replacement, I was told to deal directly with the manufacturer, despite the item being within the 30-day return period. I sought advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau, who confirmed my rights to request a replacement from you. Your refusal to assist and insistence that I go through the manufacturer was not only unhelpful, but also legally incorrect. After a long struggle, I eventually returned the faulty item for a refund, but the process was unnecessarily drawn out, with delays in receiving the item back and confirming the fault. My consumer rights were completely disregarded and when I raised my concerns, the blame was shifted onto me. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and has led me to decide that I will not be shopping at your store in the future.
Smart TV purchase
I was really fed up with all these online shops promising fast delivery and then not coming through on time. But then I discovered electricshop, and I was really impressed by how reliable and organised they were. I urgently needed a new smart TV, and they managed to get it to me exactly when I needed it. The whole service was top-notch, and I'm absolutely delighted with the quality for the price. Big thank you to electricshop for showing me that online shopping doesn't have to be a headache!

Samsung Frame TV
I had a terrible experience with this shop! The customer service was really poor and they were incredibly arrogant. It felt like dealing with someone on eBay, but even worse. Instead of helping me with my order, they were more focused on telling me what they couldn't do. I was looking to purchase a Samsung Frame TV, but the advert didn't mention the colour options available for the frame. With the way they treat their customers, I doubt these guys will last long.
LG television purchase
The electricshop website was really easy to use and I managed to find the LG TV I wanted at a cheaper price than other sites. Ordering was simple and I liked that they called to chat about delivery. The follow-up email was a nice touch and the TV arrived on time as they said. The customer service team were quick to answer any questions, so it was a smooth and hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend electricshop and I'd be happy to use them again.

Avoid shopping at this place! I bought a washing machine from them, and it broke down after only a few uses. They were no help when I contacted them, telling me to deal with the manufacturer instead. It was a big headache to sort out. Eventually, after back and forth and an engineer visit, they agreed to give me a refund, but I had to wait an extra 2 weeks for them to collect the faulty machine. And to top it off, they kept £20 from my refund for the original delivery charge. The whole process dragged on for 2 months, and I felt frustrated and cheated. Stay away from this dodgy company!
