    A breast pump

    I resumed back to work two months after my delivery. I could not take my baby to work. I got a nurse who helped me take care of her when I am away. The nurse advised I ordered a breast pump from Elvie to help extract milk for my baby to take while I was away. I checked through their website and ordered a breast pump. It was delivered very quickly. I read the instruction on use. I ensured I use the pump in 90% hygienic condition. I told my nurse to be hygienic with it. I extracted the milk every morning with the breast pump. It was quite easy to use. My baby had enough and is very healthy.

    Comfortable, discreet breast pumps

    These breast pumps really are amazing! They're so comfy, discreet, and the suction power is fantastic. I can easily express milk using them, although the bottles are a bit small with a maximum volume of 145mls. I do find myself having to change or empty the bottle more often than I'd prefer. However, not having to deal with bulky pumps and tubes makes it all worthwhile. Being able to multitask while pumping is a huge bonus. I might not be able to hold my baby or bend over, but I can still be productive.

    Hands-free pump

    My hands-free pump just stopped working one day after about 5 months. I tried changing some washable parts to fix it, but the suction didn't get any better. So, I got in touch with customer service, and they pinpointed the issue as a dodgy hub/motor. They quickly sent me a new pump, which arrived in just 2 days. The customer service was really efficient and helpful, which made the whole thing easy and stress-free. I'm really happy with the service they gave me.

    Smart breast pump purchase

    I’ve just bought a smart breast pump that lets me set timers, keep an eye on my milk flow, and change settings through the app. It’s really handy for my breastfeeding experience. But, I have to say, I wish the battery lasted a bit longer - it seems to run out quicker than I’d prefer. Also, I’ve noticed a few mistakes with the digital milk measuring function. Despite these issues, I’m happy with my buy and think it’s a great help for mums who breastfeed.

    Faulty product replacement

    Two of my hubs just suddenly stopped working and I was absolutely gutted. But the customer service folks I spoke to on live chat were absolutely fantastic. They really went out of their way to try and fix the issue, but when nothing worked, they quickly sent me a new pair. It was such a fast response and I couldn't be more pleased with the service they gave me.

    Charging hub replacement

    Replacement Elvie purchase

    I got in touch with the company and showed them my proof of purchase. They quickly sorted out a replacement to be sent over.     Charging issue fixed

    I had a bit of trouble with my pump not charging, so I got in touch with them for help. They sent me some new cords but they didn't do the trick, so they ended up sending me a whole new pump hub. It came really quickly and now my pump is working perfectly as it did before. Really pleased with their customer service!

    Double breast pump purchase

    I bought the double breast pump and used it for a couple of weeks, but then I had problems with the charging ports. They were loose and causing charging issues on and off, which was really annoying. Even after getting new ports, the problem didn't go away, and the customer service I received was not good at all - they were unhelpful and unprofessional, just wasting my time.

    This product has been a complete nightmare! I've had to deal with two sets of pumps that had electrical problems and ended up breaking. The customer service team has been dragging their feet for the last month, promising refunds that never actually show up. It's been really frustrating and such a waste of time, definitely not something any new mum should have to go through. My advice is to steer clear of this brand and go for a more trustworthy manufacturer like Willow instead.

    The breast pump I bought from your shop was alright to begin with, but it didn't hold up well in the long run. After just a year of being stored away, the battery gave out completely. I did some digging and it seems like this is a known problem - could it be planned obsolescence? I was let down by how quickly it stopped working and I think it's worth exploring other options that are more durable and cost-effective.

    Breast pump replacement part

    I had to get in touch with customer service because a part of my breast pump broke. A lovely lady named Melanie helped me out, she was amazing. She quickly ordered and sent me a replacement part. Everything went really smoothly and easily, thanks to their excellent customer service.
