    I love making up and looking beautiful for all my events and functions. Most of the products I used in the past always betray me. Yes, I call it betrayal because after spending much money buying them; they do not give me that spark I wanted. Emily, suggested I shop from Fenty Beauty a cosmetic brand owned by popular actress and businesswoman, Rihanna. I was skeptical not until I agreed to order their foundation, setting powder, concealer, and prime sets. Within 3 days my package was delivered to me. I have never looked more lavishing. I will always shop with Fenty Beauty whenever I need their beauty products. I recommend Fenty Beauty for all lovers of great classic makeup products.

    The customer service I got from this brand was excellent. I had a broken Diamond Bomb Highlight and when I called, I was quickly connected to a really helpful agent who sorted everything out for me straight away. They were polite, quick, and had me off the phone in record time. On top of that, my items arrived surprisingly fast. While other online shops were having delays, my order was delivered in just 4 days. A big thank you to the warehouse and customer service team at this brand for going above and beyond!

    Oh my goodness! I'm really happy I didn't come across any negative reviews before purchasing this set with the cleanser, toner, and moisturizer! I have really bad adult acne and this stuff is like a miracle worker! I've experimented with other products in the past but nothing comes close to this. I've been using it both in the morning and at night, and my acne is finally starting to improve. The only downside is that it did take a while to arrive, but it was totally worth the wait!

    Last-minute gift order

    I ordered a last-minute gift on the 13th of December, but the tracking hasn't been updated since the 15th. After waiting a few days, I contacted customer service on the 26th of December, and they informed me that my order had not progressed and gave me a refund. Although I'm grateful for the quick refund, I'm annoyed that the order never arrived, and now I have to rush to find another gift at the last minute. It's frustrating not to be able to depend on timely deliveries, particularly during the festive season.

    I'm really disappointed with the way they've handled things when I ordered from their website. I paid for my order but I haven't heard anything about where it's at. I've tried emailing them but had no response, and it's been a week with no idea when I'll get my stuff. This lack of communication is just not on, so I won't be using their site again.     I just wanted to say that I bought some stuff from your shop and I love it! The Matte Foundation is amazing, it gives me such great coverage and lasts all day. The Gloss Bomb Lip Gloss is perfect for me, it suits my skin tone and makes my lips shine beautifully.     Longwear liquid eyeliner

    I bought a long-lasting liquid eyeliner from this brand and at first, I thought it was really good. The formula stayed on all day and the colour was great. But I was let down when I found out that the cap was faulty, it didn't close properly so the eyeliner dried out fast. I was hoping it would be my favourite eyeliner but sadly it didn't work out.     I recently made quite a big order, spending over £100 on products, but I've run into a bit of bother with it. I've been charged for it and even have a PayPal receipt, but my order seems to have disappeared into thin air.     I ordered a make up set from this company and waited for two weeks, but when I finally received the parcel, all it had was a lip oil - not what I had ordered at all. I was really let down by this and it seems like they didn't pay attention to what they were sending out.
