lovely experience shopping from everitt
I love making up and looking beautiful for all my events and functions. Most of the products I used in the past always betray me. Yes, I call it betrayal because after spending much money buying them; they do not give me that spark I wanted. Emily, suggested I shop from Fenty Beauty a cosmetic brand owned by popular actress and businesswoman, Rihanna. I was skeptical not until I agreed to order their foundation, setting powder, concealer, and prime sets. Within 3 days my package was delivered to me. I have never looked more lavishing. I will always shop with Fenty Beauty whenever I need their beauty products. I recommend Fenty Beauty for all lovers of great classic makeup products.
Diamond Bomb Highlight
The customer service I got from this brand was excellent. I had a broken Diamond Bomb Highlight and when I called, I was quickly connected to a really helpful agent who sorted everything out for me straight away. They were polite, quick, and had me off the phone in record time. On top of that, my items arrived surprisingly fast. While other online shops were having delays, my order was delivered in just 4 days. A big thank you to the warehouse and customer service team at this brand for going above and beyond!
Set with cleanser, toner, and moisturizer
Oh my goodness! I'm really happy I didn't come across any negative reviews before purchasing this set with the cleanser, toner, and moisturizer! I have really bad adult acne and this stuff is like a miracle worker! I've experimented with other products in the past but nothing comes close to this. I've been using it both in the morning and at night, and my acne is finally starting to improve. The only downside is that it did take a while to arrive, but it was totally worth the wait!
International order, second purchase
After I read the reviews for my first order, I was a bit nervous about ordering again. My first order took two weeks to turn up, and there weren't many updates on the website until it arrived. Nevertheless, I thought I'd give it another go and ordered something from overseas. this time, the website was kept up to date, I got emails to keep me in the loop, and my package came in just 7 days. I was really happy with the better communication and quicker delivery compared to my first go-around.
Last-minute gift order
I ordered a last-minute gift on the 13th of December, but the tracking hasn't been updated since the 15th. After waiting a few days, I contacted customer service on the 26th of December, and they informed me that my order had not progressed and gave me a refund. Although I'm grateful for the quick refund, I'm annoyed that the order never arrived, and now I have to rush to find another gift at the last minute. It's frustrating not to be able to depend on timely deliveries, particularly during the festive season.
Poor communication, no tracking, unresponsive customer service, delayed delivery
I'm really disappointed with the way they've handled things when I ordered from their website. I paid for my order but I haven't heard anything about where it's at. I've tried emailing them but had no response, and it's been a week with no idea when I'll get my stuff. This lack of communication is just not on, so I won't be using their site again. I suggest going to Boots in person for a more reliable shopping experience. If you want good service, steer clear of this website in the UK.
Eyeshadow palette
Even though I had seen some pretty bad reviews, I decided to roll the dice and buy an eyeshadow palette. Imagine my shock when it showed up on my doorstep in Germany just two weeks later, no dramas at all. Everything was there, nothing was smashed or missing. I was so relieved that I didn't end up in one of those nightmare situations I'd heard about. But, after all that, I'm still a bit wary about ordering from there again, even though this time things turned out alright.
Matte Foundation, Gloss Bomb Lip Gloss, and Killawatt Highlighter
I just wanted to say that I bought some stuff from your shop and I love it! The Matte Foundation is amazing, it gives me such great coverage and lasts all day. The Gloss Bomb Lip Gloss is perfect for me, it suits my skin tone and makes my lips shine beautifully. And don't get me started on the Killawatt Highlighter - it's super pigmented and gives me a gorgeous glow that stays put for hours. I'm really happy with everything I bought, the quality is top-notch.
Longwear liquid eyeliner
I bought a long-lasting liquid eyeliner from this brand and at first, I thought it was really good. The formula stayed on all day and the colour was great. But I was let down when I found out that the cap was faulty, it didn't close properly so the eyeliner dried out fast. I was hoping it would be my favourite eyeliner but sadly it didn't work out. Maybe I just got a bad one, but it was disappointing either way.
3 gloss bombs
I ordered 3 gloss bombs because I wanted to look all glam and stylish, you know. But my package hasn't budged since December 4th! Seriously, what's up with that? I contacted customer service and they told me my parcel is lost. I'm not pleased, alright? It turns out this company loses packages frequently, which is not on. I've had enough - I'll be shopping at Sephora next time. I ordered my gloss bombs just last week and they arrived today, no hassle.
Perfume and creams
I ordered some perfume and creams on November 22nd, and it cost me nearly two hundred pounds. I got a notification that a tracking label was created, but my order still hasn't been shipped. I recently made quite a big order, spending over £100 on products, but I've run into a bit of bother with it. I've been charged for it and even have a PayPal receipt, but my order seems to have disappeared into thin air. I've tried getting in touch with customer service a few times now, but all I'm getting back is unhelpful replies and no actual solution. It's been 5 days since I placed my order and I'm really getting fed up with the lack of communication and support from the company. I can't even cancel the payment through PayPal because it's already gone through. I'm really let down by the service and the fact that the company hasn't bothered to get back to me.
Wrong order received

When I got in touch with customer service, all they could do was give me a refund, no option to send the right items back out to me. So, I ended up missing out on the proper bargain. My advice would be to try Boots or Sephora for better customer service next time.

I was really disappointed with the stuff I bought. The mascara was really clumpy and the foundation just didn't go on well at all.
