Artemide Tizio Table Lamp
I recently bought this cool Artemide Tizio Table Lamp from a Design Shop online. The whole process went smoothly, and my lamp arrived pretty quickly. I'd just like to say a big thank you to the customer service team at the online store where I recently bought some stuff. I placed my order back in February, but didn't get a chance to actually check it until May. When I finally looked, I realised they'd sent me the wrong items. So I got in touch with the customer service team straight away to sort it out. I was really surprised by how quickly and efficiently they helped me out. In particular, I want to give a shoutout to Ronja, who really went out of her way to fix the issue in less than 24 hours. Her dedication and professionalism were top-notch, and I'm so grateful for her speedy help. Overall, I'm super pleased with the service I received, and I think this online store definitely deserves credit for giving such great customer service.

Muuto side table purchase
I had such great service from the company, it was really top-notch. The people on the client service team were not just nice, but they also got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. I got my order in Belgium earlier than I thought, which was a nice little bonus. However, the Muuto side table had a small problem, probably from being damaged during delivery. They gave me a few options to sort it out, like a refund, a gift card, or a replacement, which I thought was really good of them.
Luxurious bath robe purchase
I recently bought something from this company for the first time and had a bit of a problem because the bath robe I wanted was no longer available. But, Emmi from customer service sorted it out really quickly and with such great customer service. I really appreciate how efficient they were and I would definitely buy from them again. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Ferm Living plant pot
I was really worried about buying stuff online because I'd heard negative reviews about some shops. But, when I ordered a plant pot, it arrived super quickly in just a few days. The delivery guy from UPS was really friendly, and the packaging was top-notch. It was all packed up in two sturdy cardboard boxes with lots of bubble wrap - it felt like opening Christmas presents. And you know what? The plant pot was in perfect condition, no damage whatsoever. I've placed it in my room now, and it looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much!

Quick delivery, excessive packaging
I've just ordered from this online shop and I must say, I was really impressed with how quickly my stuff arrived. Everything I wanted was ready to go, so it only took a few days from when I placed my order to getting it all. Although, I have to admit, the packaging was a bit over the top - I get they want my things to arrive in one piece, but maybe they could ease up on all the wrapping. All in all, it was a decent experience but less waste would be nice.

However, when two small items from my order disappeared during delivery, that's when the customer service really let me down. The lack of updates on the tracking information and the unhelpful responses from customer service left me feeling annoyed. Everything's fine when it all goes right, but it's when things go wrong that you get a true sense of how much a company cares about its customers.

The Ferm Living bench I got from this shop was even better than I expected. The quality and design were top-notch. Ordering it was easy peasy and it arrived quickly and well-protected. They really put care into packaging it, which showed me they care about their products. I was so impressed with the service overall that I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.
Furniture
I bought some furniture from this company not long ago and I have to say, it's been a real letdown. The furniture arrived all broken, and even though UPS was the courier they picked and they couldn't manage the return, Finnish Design Shop wouldn't sort out a refund or return for me. So now, I'm down some cash and stuck trying to figure out what to do with this damaged stuff. I'm actually thinking about taking legal action because this company has been so unresponsive and unhelpful. I really wouldn't recommend buying from them after the terrible service I've had.
Damaged items
I bought some really neat things from this shop, but when they got here, they were all smashed up! I sent them an email with photos, but they didn't bother getting back to me. I forked out loads of cash and now I'm stuck with stuff that's falling apart. It's really annoying and I should've paid attention to the other negative feedback about this place. Save your money and shop elsewhere!
