I must say, I've been really impressed with the customer service from the sales team at this company. Richard and Abi knew their stuff and were super helpful, they gave me all the info I needed to make a good decision about what to buy. The sample flooring I got was top-notch and it came on time, so I could check it out at home before making up my mind. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I've had.
Bought 14 boxes of flooring
I ordered 14 boxes of flooring, but when they arrived, 3 of them were completely smashed up with loads of broken planks inside. They then sent me some so-called 'complimentary' replacements, but they were messed up as well. It's really got on my nerves - paid full price for this rubbish!
Herringbone pattern needs A & B boards
I fancied doing a herringbone pattern on my floor, you know? I needed some A & B boards for it. Jeni at the store was really helpful, she knew exactly what I needed. She made sure I had everything sorted and was lovely to chat with. I can't wait to get my floor finished now!

I had a chat with this lady named Jeni regarding some laminate flooring, and I must say she was lovely and so helpful. She broke everything down for me in a way that made sense, and made sure I was informed about when it would be delivered. She even mentioned that I could pick a different day for delivery if I needed to. I was genuinely pleased with the service she provided.

I recently bought some laminate flooring from this shop and I was really happy with how good the quality was. Engineered oak flooring order
I was really impressed with how quick and professional the customer service team at this company was. I put in my order in the evening and was called by a lovely lady called Helen the next day. She explained everything about the delivery and answered all my questions perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company for their amazing customer service.
Laminate flooring purchase
The products in this store are really impressive, with loads of options to pick from to suit your style and budget. But, what really annoyed me was the delivery and collection charges. It's fair to pay for delivery, but charging for collection seems like a total rip-off. It's frustrating to feel stuck with no choice but to pay. You need to be careful not to order too little, as the costs can mount up fast.
Second order, Engineered oak flooring
This is actually our second time ordering from the company, and we've been lucky enough to work with Jeni on both occasions. Jeni gave me a call straight after I placed my order to check on the delivery details, which was really nice of her. The first time we ordered was for the bedroom, and the flooring looks amazing - we were really impressed with the quality of the engineered oak. We've gone ahead and ordered flooring for the whole bungalow now and we're excited to see the same fantastic results.
Easter promo purchase
Received my flooring today on a large truck with an electric pump truck to unload it into my garage. I simply had to press a button to operate the garage door. Abi from sales was extremely helpful and even applied my Easter promotional discount despite it being May. Managed to secure some great deals and now looking forward to seeing how the flooring looks once I unpack the boxes in 2 weeks. Everything seems to be going well so far! Many thanks, Abi! 👍

lovely experience shopping from Unity
I needed flooring materials for my newly remodeled house and I wanted the best flooring. After much consideration, I decided to shop with Flooring 365.
