Flooring purchase for project
I recently bought some flooring for a project I was working on. I found the perfect flooring online and decided to contact the team for advice on the best products to use. I had a chat with a really knowledgeable representative who gave me all the information I needed about glue, underlay, and thresholds. The ordering process went really smoothly, and another team member helped me place the order and sort out payment and delivery details. The flooring arrived on time, so it had time to adjust to the temperature before we started installing it. The end result was great, and I'm really happy with the advice and service I got throughout the whole process.
lovely experience shopping from Unity
I needed flooring materials for my newly remodeled house and I wanted the best flooring. After much consideration, I decided to shop with Flooring 365. I wasn't so sure about their products and services, so I only hoped I get the best when it finally get delivered to me. I ordered Gladwell engineered natural oak lacquered wood flooring. It was delivered to me within a few weeks and it was exactly what I wanted and their prices were quite affordable. I am happy with their product and services and will shop with them again whenever I need any of the products that they sell. I recommend Flooring 365 to anyone looking to purchase quality wood flooring.
Laminate flooring purchase
I recently bought some laminate flooring from this shop and I was really happy with how good the quality was. I was a bit worried at first after seeing some bad reviews about orders arriving damaged, but I decided to give it a go anyway. Luckily, the flooring I got was pretty much perfect. The colour and texture matched what was shown on the website, and it was really easy to install. I can't comment on their customer service for fixing damaged orders, but my overall experience with this purchase has been great and stress-free.
Second order, Engineered oak flooring
This is actually our second time ordering from the company, and we've been lucky enough to work with Jeni on both occasions. Jeni gave me a call straight after I placed my order to check on the delivery details, which was really nice of her. The first time we ordered was for the bedroom, and the flooring looks amazing - we were really impressed with the quality of the engineered oak. We've gone ahead and ordered flooring for the whole bungalow now and we're excited to see the same fantastic results.
Sample flooring piece purchase
I must say, I've been really impressed with the customer service from the sales team at this company. Richard and Abi knew their stuff and were super helpful, they gave me all the info I needed to make a good decision about what to buy. The sample flooring I got was top-notch and it came on time, so I could check it out at home before making up my mind. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I've had.
Bought 14 boxes of flooring
I ordered 14 boxes of flooring, but when they arrived, 3 of them were completely smashed up with loads of broken planks inside. They then sent me some so-called 'complimentary' replacements, but they were messed up as well. It's really got on my nerves - paid full price for this rubbish!

I've just bought some flooring from this company and I must say, I was really impressed with how efficient and professional their staff were. What really struck me was that they got in touch with me straight away, so I didn't have to waste time chasing them up. The whole process was quick and simple, and the staff were so helpful. Dyllan in particular was amazing and really gave me the support I needed. This is the second time I've bought from them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Easter promo purchase
Received my flooring today on a large truck with an electric pump truck to unload it into my garage. I simply had to press a button to operate the garage door. Abi from sales was extremely helpful and even applied my Easter promotional discount despite it being May. Managed to secure some great deals and now looking forward to seeing how the flooring looks once I unpack the boxes in 2 weeks. Everything seems to be going well so far! Many thanks, Abi! 👍

I bought some flooring from this company not long ago and I must say, it was a great experience. Laminate flooring purchase
The products in this store are really impressive, with loads of options to pick from to suit your style and budget. But, what really annoyed me was the delivery and collection charges. It's fair to pay for delivery, but charging for collection seems like a total rip-off. It's frustrating to feel stuck with no choice but to pay. You need to be careful not to order too little, as the costs can mount up fast.
Tiles and carpet bought
I really enjoyed my time at that place. Ordering online was a breeze, I could do it in my sleep! When it came to sorting out delivery, Helen was amazing on the phone, she was so helpful and gave me all the information I needed.
