Posies with bath salts and tea lights
FlowerBe's posies are such a lovely way to show you care, perfect for bringing a smile to a friend's face. I've personally sent these posies, along with some bath salts and tea lights, to friends who needed a little cheering up, and the response has always been really positive. The flowers are so fresh and colourful, they really brighten up a room with just a bit of water.
But what makes FlowerBe stand out is their amazing customer service. When a gift I sent went missing because of a mix-up at the building reception, FlowerBe and Royal Mail weren't to blame. Even so, FlowerBe went out of their way to arrange a replacement delivery, showing real kindness and care. That kind of compassion is hard to come by these days, and I truly appreciate their thoughtfulness.Letterbox posy
I recently bought a lovely letterbox posy from this shop and I was really impressed with the quality of the flowers. They were carefully selected, great quality, and looked beautiful. The packaging was done with care, so they arrived in perfect condition. The flowers stayed fresh for at least a week, if not two, which was a nice surprise. The size of the posy was just right for any space, whether it's for a desk, kitchen table, or bedside. Everyone I gave the posy to loved the arrangement. Also, the customer service was outstanding. They were really helpful when I realised I had made a mistake with the address, and they went the extra mile to make sure the flowers got to the right person. Small posy for a friend
I bought a little posy for my best mate recently and I've got to say, I was really impressed with the service from FlowerBe. The communication from start to finish was top-notch. As soon as the flowers were delivered through my friend's letterbox, FlowerBe got in touch with me straight away, which was really handy. I got on the phone to my friend right away and turns out she had already checked her post earlier and didn't see the flowers, so she wouldn't have noticed them for a few days. She gave them a bit of water and later sent me a snap, saying how over the moon she was with how lovely they looked. All in all, a fantastic experience with FlowerBe.
Flower bouquet
The flowers I bought from that shop were gorgeous and lasted just as long as they said they would. But what really wowed me was the amazing customer service I got. When they couldn't find the vase that was supposed to come with my order, they got in touch straight away to let me know. Not only did they send the flowers with a bonus gift, they also surprised me by sending the vase the following week with a whole other bunch of flowers. The person I sent them to was thrilled and really impressed with the quality and kindness of the products. I'm so grateful for the effort they put in to make sure I was happy. Flowers
The flowers I bought were really lovely and brightened up my room a lot! It was a bit annoying that they took a long time to arrive though. I contacted them about it and got a refund, which was good. When the flowers finally came, they were a bit wilted, but the customer service lady sent me a fresh bunch and a nice vase. It was really kind of her!
Paper white narcissi
I bought two bunches of paper white narcissi from this online flower shop recently, and I have to say, I was really happy with the whole thing. There were plenty of flowers in each bunch, and they were reasonably priced too. They arrived on the day I asked for, and the person I sent them to was over the moon with how lovely they were. Flower arrangement
I've been coming to this place for a while now, and I've always been happy with the stuff they sell and how they treat customers. The other day, I ordered a bunch of flowers, but FlowerBe couldn't deliver it due to some reasons out of their control. I was pretty bummed, but when I let them know, they got back to me quickly and handled it like pros. They said sorry and even did more than expected to make up for it, which really impressed me. I think their commitment to making customers happy is top-notch, and I appreciate that. I'll definitely keep on supporting them and telling others to check them out.
Replacement posy with complimentary chocolate and bath salts
I was really impressed by the customer service from Flowerbe. I left a negative review before, but they got in touch via email to talk about it. They said sorry because their emails had been going to my spam folder by mistake, and they're trying to fix it. They didn't just send a fresh posy super quick, but also put in some free chocolate and bath salts, all wrapped up nicely. I'm so thankful for how fast they sorted things out and how willing they were to make things right. Flowerbe really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy, and I'm really pleased with how they dealt with my issue.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the amazing customer service I got from Molly at the flower shop. I messed up and accidentally gave the wrong address for delivery, but Molly really went the extra mile to fix it and make sure my flowers got to the right place. I've bought and received flowers from this shop before, and each time I'm blown away by the lovely mini arrangements of flowers grown in the UK, all wrapped up in recyclable materials. Unique posy for friend's birthday
The flower arrangement I bought from Flowerbe for my friend's birthday was really lovely and special. It had a unique mix of flowers that you don't usually find in regular bouquets. My friend really liked it because it had a personal and thoughtful touch. I liked that it was more unique than the usual carnations and chrysanthemums you often come across. Who needs a huge, flashy bouquet when a small, personalised flower arrangement can have just as much of an effect?

I got another gorgeous bouquet from a friend, and I have to say, I love it! The first one had winter bath salts and stayed beautiful for three whole weeks. This one has St Eval night lights, my fave candles, and it's just as lovely. I was so impressed that I've already ordered some for my Aunt's birthday and will definitely keep using this service. These bouquets last way longer than any flowers I've had before, and they're just so delightful.

I wanted to send some flowers to my friend who lives far away, and I found this really nice place where I could easily order some flowers for her. It was really difficult to decide which flowers to send because they were all so beautiful! This bouquet might seem a bit on the expensive side at first, but let me tell you, it's definitely worth the money. These flowers have lasted longer than any other bunch I've ever purchased. When they start to droop, all it takes is a quick snip of the stems and putting them back in a vase without water to turn them into lovely dried flowers that still look amazing. I've never had a bouquet that has given me so much happiness for such a prolonged period.

The flowers were so lovely, but my whole experience got spoiled because I used Shopify and it automatically filled in the wrong details, so the flowers went to the wrong person. I contacted the company asking if they could help me out, but they couldn't help me with my mistake.
Flower bouquet for dear sister
I recently bought a lovely bouquet of flowers for my sister as a special pre-Christmas treat. I was feeling really excited because they promised next-day delivery, so I was sure they would arrive in time for the festive season. Unfortunately, the flowers only got to my sister on 28th December, way after Christmas had been and gone. And to make matters worse, they looked all sad and wilted. I've sent two emails to Flowerbe about this problem, but haven't heard anything back. I'm really upset and disappointed with the way they've handled things.
Overpriced minimally-filled bouquet
I treat myself to a bouquet that was supposed to be lovely, but honestly, it looked like it was missing half of what it should have had! Being a florist, I could easily see that it wasn't worth the money at all. It seemed to be just a sad stem of limonium, a barely visible spray chrysanthemum, and a few measly spray carnations - not to mention the poor excuse for greenery. I paid almost £20, including postage, and it was just laughable. My advice is to save your money and find a better bouquet from somewhere else that's actually worth your hard-earned cash.
