    I recently bought a few things from this brand and I have to say I'm really impressed. The samples they give out with each order have tempted me into buying the full-sized products. The delivery was quick, although I did notice they use a lot of plastic in their packaging, which they could definitely improve on. I started off with three flavoured lip balms that I find myself wearing all the time. The Boy Brow works like magic and the brow pen has a really fine tip, which makes applying it super easy. The elastic concealer doesn't sink into fine lines, which is a big plus. The You perfume is different to any others I've tried, with a bit of a peppery smell and subtle flowery hints that somehow feel familiar and addictive. Now, I'm thinking about getting the cloud blush and oil dew after trying out the free samples I got - shows how good their products are. If I had to criticise anything, it would be that the free samples are too tempting and make me want to buy even more products!

    I just have to say how fantastic this brand is, from their products down to their customer service. Honestly, I wish I could give them more than 10 stars because they really do deserve it. Heather, Jamie, and Christine were all so helpful and kept me in the loop throughout my shopping experience. Christine really went above and beyond to quickly sort out my query, and I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. If only every company could provide such amazing service, the world would be a much better place. I was so excited to finally be able to place an order with them, especially now that they deliver to Europe, and the whole experience completely surpassed my expectations.     Stretch fluid foundation purchase

    I recently bought the stretch fluid foundation from your London store after having a patch test. Unfortunately, the shade didn't quite work for me when I tried it at home. I got in touch with your team via email, and I have to say, they were really quick to respond and sort out my problem. After looking at my selfies, they suggested a better shade and offered to send it to me with no extra charge. I really appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Glossier - it's clear they genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy with their purchases. Even though the first shade didn't match, I have faith that the Glossier team will help me find the perfect foundation shade for me.

    I've been a big fan of this brand for quite some time now, and I have to say, you really can't go wrong with their products. I first bought the skin tint and concealer, and they have become my go-to makeup essentials. The skin tint blends really well with my skin tone, giving a natural and glowing finish. The concealer is fantastic at hiding any imperfections, leaving my skin looking flawless. Recently, I thought I'd try their lip balms, and I have to say, the mango scent is just lovely! It's like having a little piece of tropical paradise with me wherever I go. Overall, I can't fault Glossier's products at all.

    I bought some skincare bits from this place not long ago and I have to say, I was a bit miffed with how long it took for them to arrive. I get that things can get held up sometimes, but waiting nearly double the estimated time is a bit of a pain, especially when the goods are supposed to be coming from somewhere in the UK. They advertised a delivery window of 3-5 working days, but I ended up twiddling my thumbs for a whole 9 days.

    I bought a lip gloss last month it was very bad. It smelt offensive. I managed to apply it to my lip it was like water. I was so annoyed. I asked for a refund and was told it was impossible. I threw away the lipgloss and decided to buy another one from Glossier. I didn't want to purchase it at first but when I read reviews about the quality of products sold in the store. I decided to give it a try. I got my orders. I applied it and it was very thick. Nice scent and glossy. It made my dry lip hydrated and made me look sexy. The lip gloss does not dry off easily but can last for a longer period.

    I bought a solid perfume refill from this brand not long ago, but to my disappointment, it didn't have any smell like the ones I bought before. So, I decided to drop them an email with my order details and the perfume barcode to let them know. Surprisingly, within just two hours, I got a reply from their customer service team offering to send me a new one as a replacement, free of charge. Their quick and efficient response really impressed me, and it's obvious that they have a hard-working team who truly values their customers.

    After Balm, great customer service

    I have to say, I have a bit of a mixed opinion about the products, but actually, in the end, I'm quite happy with what I bought. The customer service at this company is really impressive, top-notch, you could say. Every time I've had a problem, the support team has been quick to help out and sort things out efficiently. They really listened to my concerns. I definitely suggest giving the After Balm a go – it's made a big difference to my skin.

    I bought a couple of perfumes from this brand on 16/10/23, but I was really let down by how long it took for my order to be shipped. Even though I got the tracking details the day after buying, when I checked with the courier a week later, they hadn't even received the package yet. I reached out to Glossier's customer service team, but all I got were vague answers about delays and promises of updated tracking information, which never actually materialised. It was really annoying to find out that the size of perfume I wanted was out of stock. Finally, after a whole month, my package was sent on 15/11/23 according to my Shop app.

    I am really disappointed with the service from this company. The customer service was so rude and not helpful at all. They didn't even send me everything I ordered and then wouldn't fix it by sending the missing item. Instead, they just offered me a tiny $5 coupon for next time, but I don't even want to use it. It took ages for my order to get to me, a whole 2 weeks. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I definitely won't be buying anything from them again.

    US order, delayed shipment, unexpected import duties

    Although Glossier promised fast shipping, my order actually took ages to come out of the US. On top of that, I was a bit shocked when DHL got in touch asking for import duties payment even though Glossier said those costs were already covered in the prices. It's all a bit confusing and annoying to be honest. I'd suggest being careful about ordering, especially if you're not in the US. Plus, the fact that customer service hasn't even replied to help sort this out just makes it all more frustrating.

    Balm dotcom purchase, secure packaging

    I recently bought the Balm dotcom in fig scent and was pleased to see how well it was packaged. It even survived a trip through the washing machine - impressive! I've been a fan of Glossier for three years now and I still love their products. The new Balm dotcom formula is great but I really miss the swiss miss and cookie flavours - bring them back!
