    My fiancee and I were almost confused planning our wedding especially about her wedding gown and other dresses. What happened is that we had to handle most things to cut cost. That however did not mean we were ready to compromise quality. As such, we needed quality wedding dresses such as wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses at affordable prices. Through our findings, it was GODDIVA we found as the best solution to our needs. So we bought all the dresses we needed from GODDIVA without compromising quality and within our budget. That is why when a brother was planning for his wedding, I quickly recommended GODDIVA to him for all female wedding dresses and I'll definitely do more anytime I'll have to recommend someone for wedding dresses or other female dresses.

    I've bought quite a few things from this company and I've always been really impressed with the quality of the dresses. They're not only gorgeous and really well-made, but the customer service has been top-notch too. There have been a couple of times when I've had to send things back because they didn't fit, and the refunds were sorted out quickly and without any bother. Whenever I've got in touch with customer services with questions about refunds or any other problem, they've been really good at helping to sort it out. All in all, my shopping experience with this company has been really positive.

    What a gorgeous dress! I recently got the Emerald Green Sequin Velvet Bardot Maxi dress for a fancy event coming up in May. Unfortunately, it was a bit too long, about 3 inches, but the customer service team was amazing in helping me with returning it for alterations. I sent it back using Royal Mail and they got it quickly. The alterations were done promptly, and they sent it back to me via DHL within a week. The whole process was smooth and I'm really happy with how it turned out. I’m so excited to wear this stunning dress to the event!

    3 bridesmaid dresses

    Yeah, so I ordered these 3 lovely bridesmaid dresses for my best friend's wedding. But then, you know, the Royal Mail messed up and didn't deliver them. I was really upset, but when I contacted the customer service team at the store, they were absolutely amazing! They sorted everything out with the Royal Mail and made sure the dresses were redelivered. When they finally arrived, they were just stunning and exactly what my best friend wanted for her closest pals on her big day. I'm just so thankful to the team at the store!

    Recently, I bought some dresses for a fancy ball I'm going to. They arrived quickly and were good quality, but none of them quite fit me right. So, I decided to return them and chose to have Royal Mail pick them up, which was simple to organise and they came for them quickly.     Gorgeous dress with a small fault

    The dress I ordered was absolutely gorgeous and came quickly. But when I checked it, I saw a little flaw in the fabric. I was gutted to hear that they didn't have my size for a replacement. Yet, when I emailed customer service, they were really helpful and did everything they could to fix it. They even gave me a nice discount, which was sorted out quickly.     I bought something from this online shop and I got really annoyed when I wanted to change the dress for a different colour. I emailed them to ask for an exchange, but it took them four days to reply. When they did, they weren't much help. They said I had to send the original dress back to get a refund, and then buy the new one in the different colour. It was so inconvenient! I was really disappointed with their slow response and unhelpful customer service. I won't be shopping with them again after this.

    I bought a couple of things and had to send them back, but I haven't heard anything to say they got them. I got in touch with customer service and they said it would take 21 days to sort out my refunds. It's been 22 days now and still nothing. Debenhams customer service has been good, but I've got to follow up with the seller myself.

    I've had such a nightmare dealing with getting a refund from this company. They took ages to reply to my messages, and I had to keep bugging them just to get the return sorted. And even after sending back the items, I'm still waiting for my money back, way past the 10 days they said it would take. Dealing with them has been nothing but trouble and I'd recommend anyone to avoid them unless they fancy throwing their money away.

    I sent back something for a refund back in January, thinking the whole process would be easy peasy like with other companies. But when I checked my account in May, I saw that they hadn't done the refund at all. I got in touch with customer service, and eventually they gave me my money back without explaining the delay. It was annoying and really not great to have to keep chasing after my refund, only to find out it had been held up for 4 months with no word from the company. The way they handled the refund was shady and not cool, leaving me feeling pretty disappointed and not happy at all as a customer.

    I really love the dresses I got from this shop. The quality is top-notch and the designs are absolutely gorgeous. However, I had a little problem with returning an item and receiving a refund. It did take longer than I thought, but as soon as I showed proof of my return, they sorted it out within 24 hours.
