    Loewe top that fitted perfectly

    I needed a top from the Loewe brand. I checked through HBX websites to see what they've got and I found the top I was searching for. I ordered it and got my orders within a few days. The product was of great quality, had an excellent design, and comfortable texture. However, the top was a bit bigger than my actual size. I called the company hotline and returned the goods and got a replacement. This time it was well fitted. It looked good on me with quality sneakers and jeans. A five-star in terms of quality, customer service, and delivery.

    I'm a regular customer at HBX and I have had some good and bad experiences with their customer service. When I bought things in Hong Kong, everything was easy and problem-free. However, my most recent order for a denim jacket in London was a let-down. It was a struggle to find their contact details, they don't offer free returns, and getting a refund took ages. I've tried contacting customer service about it, first by email a week ago, then a reminder 3 days later, and again today. I'm just trying to sort out a shipping label so I can send it back without having to pay.     Small bag with carabiner clip

    I picked up this little bag and it had a neat carabiner clip on it, but it broke as soon as I got it! I was gutted because I actually really liked the bag. But then I got in touch with the store and they were really understanding about it and sorted everything out straight away. I was over the moon with how they helped me.     I wouldn't bother buying from this company, to be honest. It's a complete scam! I ordered some stuff from them but it never arrived. On top of that, I've been trying to return them for more than 3 weeks now. I've taken them to FedEx, emailed customer service countless times, but still no progress on my return. It's really disappointing and frustrating to see this lack of action and what seems like dishonesty.

    Unfortunately, I have had a terrible experience with this website. I've received not just one, but three faulty products from them. The first purchase, a bag, had a strap that broke on the first day. The second item, a bag on clearance costing nearly $400, had a broken carabiner that wouldn't close. Lastly, the phone case I bought fell apart in less than a month. What's even worse is that they don't allow refunds or returns, so I'm stuck with these faulty items. It's unbelievable that they can sell defective products and not take any responsibility for them.

    Return Policy Nightmare

    The return process for this company is a complete nightmare. Customers have to pay for return shipping to Hong Kong, and even well-known couriers have difficulty delivering there, so customers end up having to ask for a collection instead. Sadly, the collection never actually takes place. The return form on the website might be okay, but the 'help' email address they give out either doesn't work or just gets ignored completely. The customer service team's support and advice is really poor and not helpful at all.

    I recently had a bit of a situation with this online shop where I placed an order and then quickly changed my mind and decided to cancel it before it got processed. Sadly, trying to cancel it turned out to be harder than expected. When I sent them an email, their customer service seemed to be pretty unhelpful and slow at getting back to me. Not getting any response was really annoying, especially as I was in a bit of a hurry. I even tried to cancel the order through FedEx, but they said only the seller could cancel it. Even though I tried to get in touch with the shop directly, I couldn't seem to reach anyone for help. Despite my best efforts, I kept getting messages saying the package was on its way, but still no word from their customer service. All in all, it was just a bit disappointing and took up a lot of my time.

    Incorrect Stone Island jacket received

    I recently bought a Stone Island pocket hooded jacket online, but when it arrived, it was not what I ordered. The jacket I got was a different colour, style, and most importantly, it was not hooded like the one I wanted. Despite the fast delivery from Hong Kong, receiving the wrong item was a big letdown. I've tried to contact customer service through Twitter, online chat, email, and an online form, but have had no response. This lack of communication has pushed me to open a dispute with PayPal, as I'm not confident this will be sorted out properly. I've set a deadline for HBX to reply, if not, I'll have to take it further with a claim. Overall, I'm really disappointed with how this has all gone down and won't be shopping from this company again.

    I had a bit of a bad time, to be honest. I had to pay quite a lot in taxes, which made shopping not really worth it in the end. Plus, the delivery from Hong Kong took ages - way too long! I reckon they should give people a heads up about these problems so they don't get caught out. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it took them two whole weeks just to answer one email! All in all, it was a pretty awful experience.

    Defective bag purchase

    I bought a faulty bag and when I tried to return it, I was really disappointed by the customer service team. They wouldn't accept the return just because I bought it on sale. On top of that, they told me I had to pay £170 for the return delivery, which was a lot. I ended up paying for taxes, duties, delivery, and return delivery for a faulty item and they wouldn't give me a refund. It was a complete waste of time and so frustrating. I suggest shopping somewhere else, maybe try Matches for a better experience.
