Wedding flowers, Spectacular
I can't speak highly enough of Hidden Botanics for their amazing wedding flowers. I was truly impressed by how beautiful and high-quality the arrangements were. The process of ordering was easy and clear, and I liked that they let me know in advance when my flowers would be delivered. Unfortunately, with all the stress of planning the wedding, I got a bit flustered and needed to have the order sent again. Hidden Botanics were really understanding and helpful, making sure I got my flowers in time for the big day. I popped into the shop to make a few tweaks and add some personal touches, and they were more than happy to assist, even including thistle and tartan as I'd asked. The end result was absolutely stunning, and I couldn't be happier with how the flowers turned out. They now have a special place in my home, reminding me of that wonderful day. The prices might not be the lowest, but the quality and beauty of the flowers make them worth every penny. Thank you, Hidden Botanics, for helping to make my wedding day so perfect.

Flower crown for wedding
I absolutely love the flower crown I got from Hidden Botanics for my wedding. It was a great alternative to a traditional veil and really made my whole look pop. The crown was so well-made and even more beautiful in person than online. My bridesmaids were all amazed by how stunning it was and couldn't stop raving about it. I felt like a boho princess on my big day, all thanks to this gorgeous flower crown. The shipping was really fast too, which was a relief because I was so eager to get it. I really can't praise Hidden Botanics enough! From the first chat to when I got the final product, they went above and beyond what I was expecting. They didn't just keep me in the loop the whole time, but they really understood my ideas and made them a reality perfectly. I ordered my wedding flowers from this place and they looked absolutely beautiful! I requested deep reds, emerald, and lilac colours and they turned out amazing. They arrived punctually and looked stunning, just needed a little bit of fluffing.

I ordered my wedding flowers from this place but they never arrived! I messaged them so many times and they just kept saying they would deliver them, but they never did. Would you believe they even lied about sending them on the actual day of my wedding, but they never turned up? Left me with no bridal party flowers just 12 hours before the big day. Their service was absolutely appalling, they shouldn't be allowed to carry on like this!

I bought a bouquet for our elopement online from this shop and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality of the flowers. The combination of dried and artificial flowers not only looked stunning in real life but also came out great in photos. The bouquet arrived quickly and had a lovely scent, which added a nice touch to our special day. Having them as a lasting decoration in our home is a nice bonus. The seller communicated well, always responding on the same day with clear instructions. I will definitely use this service again for our upcoming celebration.

I discovered this cool company on Etsy with loads of positive reviews and amazing examples of their work. I wanted a custom piece and the team got back to me within a day to help finalise my idea and send over an invoice. I was really impressed when my order was ready to ship in less than 24 hours and it arrived right on time. The packaging was really sturdy and the product looked exactly like the pictures. Their communication and craftmanship were both fantastic. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer again.

I've just got myself a lovely bouquet from Hidden Botanics to try out for my wedding table decorations, and I couldn't be happier with how gorgeous the flowers are. Dead flowers
I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered some flowers and eagerly waited for them to arrive. However, they showed up six weeks late, and to my disappointment, they were dead on arrival. They weren't even dried - just mouldy and smelly. It took me a massive five months to finally speak to a customer service rep. After lots of back and forth, they only offered me half a refund because I didn't return the dead flowers. How could I send back rotten flowers when they took so long to reply in the first place? This company clearly cares more about their marketing tactics than the quality of their products and service. In my opinion, it's a total scam. They even keep changing their name and email to avoid being traced. Absolutely shocking.

The customer had a really bad time buying flowers and stuff for their wedding from the company. The bouquet fell apart, messed up their hands and wedding dress, and the boutonnières were too short. When they asked for a refund, the company ignored them. Basically, the customer is very unhappy with their experience and advises others to steer clear of this business because of the rubbish products and lack of customer service.

I recently bought all the flowers for my wedding from this place, and most of them were lovely, but the bouquet for my bridesmaid was a real let down. It was supposed to have eucalyptus leaves, but instead, it had huge neon green foam leaves that looked awful. When I complained, they just said it was the style of the bouquet. To top it off, they took that bouquet off their website after my complaint. They offered me the choice of returning it at my own expense for store credit or getting a refund with a 30% restocking fee deduction. I wasn't happy with this, especially as it was a standard item on their website, not a custom order. I had to go elsewhere to order a new bouquet for my bridesmaid, which was exactly what I wanted.

The customer service at this place is absolutely terrible. The flowers I got were completely the wrong colour, nothing like what I asked for, and the company hasn't been helpful at all in sorting it out. It's been nearly 2 months of going back and forth, sending photos twice and having to keep asking them to respond. My wedding is coming up fast and I really don't think they'll be able to fix this mess in time. That 'happy bride guarantee' they talk about is just a complete lie.

Thank you so much for the gorgeous flowers, they were so vibrant and absolutely perfect! We used them to decorate for our wedding and as buttonholes, and everyone has been raving about them. When I first ordered a medium bouquet, I was a bit concerned it might be too small, but it turned out to be just right. Now they bring a bit of brightness to my mantelpiece every single day!
Beautiful bouquets for my November wedding
I bought some lovely flowers for my wedding last year and they arrived just in time. I had to do a bit of rearranging and add some feathers but they looked really nice in the end. I still have my bouquet on display in my house and all of my bridesmaids have kept theirs as well.
