Toothbrush and toothpaste set
I've seen some negative feedback about this company, but I've actually bought a few things from them. Last time I ordered, there was a problem - either an item was missing from my delivery or the wrong one was sent. It took a couple of days for customer service to get back to me, but when they did, they quickly sorted it out by sending the missing item and even some extra stuff as a goodwill gesture. I'm not a huge fan of flavoured products myself, but my kids love them as a special treat when they brush their teeth. I just want to say thanks to Summer for sorting everything out so efficiently.
Teeth whitening kit
I was really impressed with how easy it was to get my order shipped, especially coming from Australia. The products weren't just cheap, but there were also loads of sales and bundles available which made it even more tempting to buy. I loved all the tasty flavour options and was pleased to see new sugar-free flavours being introduced regularly. Plus, the fantastic score on the Yuka app made me feel even more confident about the product. I've already told a few friends about it and I'll definitely keep spreading the word.

2. Oh my goodness, you lot have got to give these flavoured toothpastes a go! I picked up the blue raspberry, cotton candy, and cherry ones and they're absolutely delicious. I can't stand ordinary mint toothpaste as it's too strong, but these ones are a real game-changer. The flavour is fantastic and there's hardly any lingering aftertaste. While most folks rave about their whitening products, I'm here to say that their toothpaste is top-notch!

Oh my goodness everyone, I've got to talk to you about these toothpaste flavours! They are seriously amazing! I used to really dislike brushing my teeth because of my mental health issues, but now I genuinely look forward to it every night. My teeth are looking so much whiter too, it's unbelievable! I've collected about 23 different toothpastes now, I'm completely hooked 😂 A huge shoutout to the team for completely transforming my brushing routine!

I bought a teeth whitening kit from this company not long ago, but I've had a bit of trouble with my order. I paid £14.90 and tried to log in with my email to see where my order was at. But when I checked, it said I hadn't placed any orders even though the money had already been taken from my bank account. It's really frustrating and worrying me about whether this company is trustworthy.

I purchased this teeth whitening kit to try and remove the coffee stains on my teeth, but it was completely pointless and a waste of money. The product had no effect and I feel like I was tricked into buying it. I eventually just threw both bottles in the bin, what a waste! I feel silly for believing their promises, but I just hope others don't get fooled like I did. Save your money and don't bother with this ineffective product, it's not worth it!

I don't really like brushing my teeth because I hate the taste of mint toothpaste. But then I tried this toothpaste from this cool brand, and it actually made brushing fun! Their flavours are so yummy, it's like brushing with candy. I've tried a few different flavours and they all taste amazing. Now I look forward to brushing my teeth every morning and night, thanks to Hismile!
Trouble with delivery, great customer support
I had a bit of a problem with my delivery, but it wasn't the company's fault. The customer support team were really friendly and helpful, they sorted it out quickly for me. I was really impressed with how great the support was, it was top quality! And to top it off, the product is actually working really well for me.
Toothpaste and whitening pen.
I recently bought toothpaste and a whitening pen from this company. The toothpaste has been really good and tastes nice. I haven't had the chance to try the whitening pen yet, so can't say how well it works.
Wonka flavour toothpaste
Forget all those other flavours, mate, nothing beats Wonka chocolate toothpaste. It actually tastes like chocolate but somehow still manages to leave your mouth feeling proper fresh and clean. I highly recommend it!

I picked up a teeth whitening kit to give it a go since everyone's raving about it. Checked out the instructions on the box, gave it a try, and ended up cracking my front tooth! Been attempting to get hold of them for days, it's getting on my nerves. No contact number, no response to my emails, it's absolutely ridiculous!
Express delivery disappointment
What a total waste of time and money! I was so excited for my order to come super fast with express delivery, but it ended up being crazy slow. The shipping service was shockingly bad, and customer service was useless. Paying extra for express delivery and not getting it is such a rip off. Honestly, I won't be ordering from this place again.

I bought the whitening powder thinking it would make my teeth whiter if I used it regularly for a month. But to be honest, I didn't see any change in the colour of my teeth at all. Plus, when I posted some negative comments on their Instagram page, they deleted them straightaway and didn't even bother to reply to my messages. It's made me wonder if the whole thing is actually a scam.

I thought they'd send it back and sort out a new one, or at least give me a refund. But nothing has happened after waiting for 16 days. I'm so disappointed and I've lost £34.99. I contacted the company for help, but their response was disappointing. Even though their shipping policy says they're not responsible for lost parcels, they did initially offer to send a replacement for free as a one-time exception. But when I gave them the necessary details, they blocked my email, stopping me from getting my order re-sent. The lack of communication and accountability was really frustrating, and I ended up without a refund or a replacement for the product that never arrived.

As a worried parent, I recently took my son to the dentist and was surprised to find out about the fluoride levels in the toothpaste he was using. The dentist told me that the fluoride level in the toothpaste was much lower than the recommended standard, even lower than that of a toothpaste meant for three-year-olds. This was really worrying for me, especially considering how much I had paid for the toothpaste. I think consumers should be able to rely on the toothpaste they buy to meet the required standards for oral health. It's just not right that the fluoride levels were not up to scratch, and it's really disappointing.

I bought this toothpaste, but it was useless! I tried to get in touch with the company via email, but they never got back to me. I requested a refund, but still, no response. I had to get my bank involved to resolve the issue. It was a complete waste of money and just terrible. I definitely wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
