To start with, my order got cancelled twice with no explanation, but they still took my money from my card. When I tried to contact their support team for help, I was left waiting forever. It feels like they deliberately make things difficult for you just to get a straightforward response. Do yourself a favour and try another site for what you need.

I never had any problems paying for Humble Choice before this. After waiting for 12 hours, my payment finally went through, but the keys I bought were suddenly "temporarily exhausted". I've been waiting for days now without getting them, even though they took my money already. There was no mention of keys running out at the time of purchase, plus they promised wallet credit that never showed up. My wallet's empty now and the deal I thought I was getting turned out to be way worse than they said. This store is definitely lacking in support, transparency, and reliability compared to other key sellers. I'll definitely think twice before buying from them again.
