Roomba S9+ vacuum
I must say, I was really impressed with the after-sales service! Mariya, the customer service representative, was so kind and efficient. I've had my Roomba S9+ for almost 4 years now and it's been an amazing product. But recently, it stopped working. The after-sales service is top-notch - DHL picks it up, iRobot fixes it for free if it's in warranty, for a fee if it's out of warranty, or they offer you another solution if needed. (Tip: hold onto the original box) It's great to know that iRobot is a responsible company that doesn't just forget about you once you've made your purchase. If your product breaks down, they'll definitely help you out. It's refreshing to see a company that actually repairs products instead of pushing you to buy a new one every few years like most companies do. Well done iRobot, thank you so much and keep up the good work!
Robot vacuum cleaner purchase
I've been using your robot vacuum cleaners for about three years now and I recently got the latest model. Generally, I've been happy with how well it works. The mapping function does its job, though there have been a few hiccups here and there. I'm really impressed with the camera feature that helps the vacuum cleaner spot obstacles and get around them more efficiently.
But, as much as I like the product, there have been times when it seems to take longer than usual to finish cleaning for no obvious reason. It can get a bit annoying, but overall, the good things about it make up for these small annoyances.A cleaning device that works without my aid.
I am a mom with 2 kids. Taking care of the kids and cleaning the house can be very stressful. Before I discovered IRobot I spend hours cleaning the house and become so tired to do any more tasks. But when I discovered IRobot my job became easier. I had enough time to take care of my kids and myself while the IRobot performs the cleaning even without being there. The cleaning robot is quite easy to use. I love this new technology. All I do is control the IRobot through my smartphone and it does all the work. If you have not gotten an Irobot cleaning tool I advise you get one now.
i7 Roomba robot
The i7 Roomba robot is an absolute nightmare. It's full of glitches that make it really hard to trust for regular cleaning. Every day, it seems to run into a new issue - like not starting cleaning when it's supposed to, stopping randomly during a job, or just flat out not working due to faulty sensors. Even though I keep my house clean and take care of the Roomba, it still struggles to work correctly most of the time. Dealing with this robotic nightmare is incredibly frustrating.
Faulty device experience
I bought this thing that was obviously broken, it had problems with both the hardware and the software which meant it wasn't working properly. The customer service were useless, they were all over the place and really annoying every time I called. This company handled customer complaints so badly that it actually gave me panic attacks because they just weren't helping at all.
Overpriced robotic vacuum
I bought this robot vacuum, but honestly, it wasn't worth the money. It kept messing up and didn't really clean properly. When I tried to get help from customer service, they weren't much use at all. It felt like they just sent me automated messages that didn't actually help with my problems. All in all, it was really annoying and not what I expected at all.
Robot vacuum purchase
I recently bought a robot vacuum and I have to admit, it's made a huge difference in my life. It's so handy having a robot doing all the dirty work of cleaning my floors, it's really impressive. The design of the product is great and it operates smoothly, moving easily around my house to make sure it stays nice and clean. I haven't had any problems with how well the robot vacuum works, it's actually gone beyond what I expected in terms of performance.
Two Roomba models experience
I've had the misfortune of owning two different models of your robotic vacuum cleaners over the years. Although they do an okay job of picking up some dirt from the floor, the main issue is the damage they do to furniture. It appears that both models have a habit of constantly bumping into furniture legs, which ends up causing damage to them in the long run. It's really annoying to see my furniture getting ruined by a vacuum cleaner.
Robot vacuum purchase
I have to say, I'm really happy with the robot vacuum I bought. It's been doing a great job cleaning my house. That being said, I can't say the same about the customer service from the company. The fact that it's hard to get immediate technical support over the phone or any other way is really disappointing. Waiting four days for a response is just not on. Plus, not having enough information to make informed decisions, especially when it comes to repair costs, is really frustrating. And not having a price list just makes the whole customer service experience even worse.
Robot vacuum cleaner
This robot vacuum cleaner is really noisy, so I can only really use it when I'm out of the house. It just doesn't work when I'm trying to work in my home office or make phone calls. Plus, the water tank is tiny, barely enough for a 100 m² apartment. The mopping isn't great either because it uses too little water. This means the floor never really gets properly cleaned. It's always dry. The robot keeps crashing into my furniture, leaving scratches on the front after just one day. I've had to cover it with felt pads to stop any more damage. The vacuuming itself is alright, but I have to go back and do the corners separately because it can't reach them. Overall, it's not a bad device, but if you're a perfectionist like me, it might not be the best choice.
Just bought a robot vacuum for £500
This robotic vacuum cleaner is absolutely rubbish compared to my old one. It keeps banging into things and trapping itself in rooms. What a disappointment.
Roomba i2 purchase
I recently bought the Roomba i2 and it keeps getting stuck in random places, which is really frustrating. I expected it to be more advanced than that. My previous robot vacuum was more efficient and also cheaper. The Roomba i2 does an acceptable job but not incredible. I'll continue using it until it breaks down, but I won't be purchasing from that brand again after this disappointing experience.
Robot vacuum purchase
I bought this robot hoover just over a year ago. It was doing a good job until it suddenly started throwing up error messages. I was pretty irritated that I had to fork out my own money to get it sorted, especially as their service doesn't cover us Canadians. Come on, spending over a grand on a hoover, it should last longer than 15 months, shouldn't it? Definitely won't be suggesting this one to anyone!
High-priced robot vacuum
I can't believe how terrible the service from this company is! My fancy robot vacuum stopped working after just two years, and when I asked for a repair quote from the company's repair service, they wanted to charge me a crazy amount of money. I had already paid a lot for the vacuum in the first place, and now they expect me to pay over half of that for repairs! It's just not right. I thought they were supposed to be a top-quality company known for their innovative products, but this experience has been a letdown.
Robot vacuum
This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I've been trying to sort out an issue for months now, but it seems like I'm just banging my head against a brick wall. They completely ignore my emails and won't put me in touch with anyone higher up in the company. It's so frustrating, and I feel like they're not taking my concerns seriously. The lack of communication and accountability is just not on.
Broken iRobot
I'm really let down by the iRobot I bought. It's broken down three times in a short span and the customer service I got was terrible. The latest issue was getting back a broken iRobot from them and then spending 20 minutes trying to fix it, when it should have been sorted before being returned to me. It's been so frustrating and taken up so much of my time that I wouldn't advise anyone to buy this vacuum.
