Earrings gift purchase
I recently bought a pair of earrings as a gift and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the whole experience. The earrings were really nice, no issues with the product itself. However, the delivery was a complete disaster. Even though I paid extra for express shipping, the package arrived a whole week later than promised, missing the special occasion I needed them for. When I tried to get in touch with customer service to ask about the delay, it was so frustrating because it was almost impossible to reach them. Emails didn't help much either, as I didn't get any response. It felt like they didn't really care about answering customer questions, which was really disappointing.
Bracelets
I got a bunch of bracelets and I absolutely adore them! They're all so beautiful and they make me feel really fancy.
Bracelet gift purchase
I recently ordered a bracelet as a gift and paid for next day delivery, but it never showed up. I was really let down, especially as the recipient missed out on their birthday present. The customer service was absolutely dreadful - the team had no manners and seemed more interested in arguing with customers than actually helping. I'd definitely recommend avoiding this service if you don't want to waste your time and money.
Large order, missing free gift
I recently made a big order on the website because they were offering a free gift with purchase. However, when my parcel arrived, I found that the gift bags were all damaged, the box was falling apart, and worst of all, there was no free gift as promised. When I contacted customer service about this issue, they just brushed me off and basically said too bad. It's really disappointing to see them not follow through on their offers. So, I'm going to send everything back and shop somewhere else. It's their loss at the end of the day.
Elastic bracelets
I got some bracelets from this place and they were so adorable! However, they all broke, beads went everywhere. Now I only have two left, and they have better elastic. But to be honest, I wouldn't purchase them again as they are not very durable.
Bracelets for birthdays
I bought some bracelets for birthdays recently and I was really let down by how long it took for them to be sent out. I placed my order 8 days ago and they only got dispatched today, after the birthdays had already been and gone. The customer service email I got was so impersonal and didn't really help at all, they didn't offer any compensation for the hassle. I won't be buying from this website again.
Bracelets, beautifully packaged
I must admit, I had my doubts after seeing a few bad reviews, but I'm so happy I decided to go ahead and place my order because it really impressed me. My bracelets actually arrived much earlier than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The way they were packaged was lovely, like uncovering a hidden treasure. And the bracelets themselves are absolutely gorgeous. The quality is fantastic and they look even more beautiful in person than they did online. I'm really excited to flaunt them! I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Jewelry and personalized cards
I ordered some jewellery and personalized cards back in November. The delivery actually arrived earlier than expected, right within the time frame they gave me. Everything was packaged really nicely in gift bags with sealed wrapping. The cards were on the small side, but they were well made. I did have a slight mix-up with one of the cards and some jewellery, but it was really easy to sort out. All in all, it was a good shopping experience with prices that were fair.
Gold earrings
I bought a stunning pair of gold earrings from this place and I have to say, I am completely in love with them! The quality is top-notch and they really elevate any outfit I wear them with. I always get so many compliments whenever I have them on. However, it wasn't all smooth sailing. When my order arrived, I discovered that one of the earrings was missing. It was frustrating initially, but I contacted customer service and they were very quick to address and solve the problem. So, all in all, I am really pleased with my purchase and the service I got.
Lovely jewellery pieces
I was really happy with the jewellery pieces I bought. They were such good quality, especially for the price. They came in lovely packaging, perfect for giving as gifts or just treating yourself. The delivery did take a little longer than I thought, but it was Christmas so I was expecting it. I've bought from this store a few times now and I definitely won't hesitate to shop there again.
Friendship bracelet
I bought a friendship bracelet for my mate's birthday and it took ages to arrive! I mean, over 2 weeks! Can you believe it?! It ended up being late for my friend's special day. I was really annoyed, and all they could do was apologise. So frustrating, really not cool.
Necklace and earrings set
The necklace and earrings set I ordered were really lovely and shiny! They looked great on me. But, oh dear, when my parcel arrived, there was only one earring in the box! I was gutted, but I got in touch with their customer service and they fixed it really quickly. Big shoutout to the lovely Suzanne who sorted it out, you're a star! I'll definitely be getting more jewellery from here in the future.
Jewellery purchase for granddaughter's 21st
I recently bought a bracelet and necklace for my granddaughter's 21st birthday from this company. It's been a week and my order still hasn't moved from "Processing". I contacted customer service about the delay but only got a generic response that didn't really help. Even though the jewellery is nice, I'm really let down by the service I've got. The delay means the gifts won't make it in time for her big day. I had such high expectations for this gift, but now I wish I'd shopped somewhere else.
Bracelet for sympathy gift
I bought a bracelet to give to a friend who had lost her mum recently. Sadly, the bracelet never turned up and despite trying to contact customer service several times, I didn't get a response. The fact that they didn't communicate with me and didn't deliver the product made me feel really annoyed and let down. It's obvious that this company cares more about making money than looking after their customers, and that's just not right.
Delayed birthday gift
I'm afraid my first time dealing with this company was really disappointing. I ordered a birthday present for a friend, but it's been 10 days now and the gift still hasn't turned up. The fact that they didn't let me know about the delay was really annoying, and I only found out when I got in touch to ask about my order. If they had told me about the delay sooner, I could have sorted something else out. Because of this bad experience, I won't be ordering from them again.

I recently bought the most adorable necklace and bracelet from a lovely shop, and it was absolutely fantastic! The customer service was top-notch, they assisted me in choosing the perfect jewellery for any event. Delivery was really fast and the items were simply stunning. Bracelet with missing charm
Yeah, so I ordered this bracelet for my mate's birthday, and it was meant to have an extra charm with it, but when it came, no charm was included. Can you believe it? I mean, come on. So, I complained, got my money back, ordered another one, and would you believe it? No charm with the second bracelet either. It's been a whole two weeks since my mate's birthday, and we still haven't got the bracelet. They said they'll refund me again, but I've had enough now and I've just got something else instead.
Mother's Day gift
I ordered a Mother’s Day gift from this company but it was a complete disaster! I paid extra for next day delivery to make sure it would arrive before Mother’s Day, yet it still hasn't turned up. Their customer service is dreadful, no one is getting back to me. I'm so gutted that I couldn't give my family member the lovely gift I had in mind. I really like their jewellery, but this situation has really put me off purchasing from them in the future.
Bracelet purchase
I must say, the customer service at this jewellery company is absolutely amazing. I recently ordered a couple of bracelets and unfortunately, only one arrived the next day. When I checked the tracking number for the second bracelet, I found out it had been sent to the Isle of Man by mistake! I got in touch with the company and they got back to me within 10 minutes, promising to replace the missing bracelet at no extra cost. They even gave me a new order number for confirmation. It's not often you find a business nowadays that is so quick and willing to fix mistakes without any hassle. I highly recommend this company, not just for their beautiful jewellery but for their outstanding customer service too. And the cherry on top was the lovely gift bag - that really impressed me.
Bracelet ordered for daughter's birthday
I have to say, the customer service was really fantastic! I forgot to check the delivery date for my daughter's birthday present, but when I sent them an email asking if I could get it sooner, they sent it out the very next day at no extra cost. I was amazed by how quickly they replied and how willing they were to assist. The company really went out of their way to make sure I got the gift on time. I wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again. The jewellery is beautiful as well. Thank you!
