    Faulty headphones, replaced Astro A40's

    I recently bought a pair of headphones from Lime Pro Gaming, but unfortunately they were faulty. I got in touch with their customer support team, who first sent me to the manufacturer, Astro. After a bit of a struggle with Astro, I contacted LPG support again. Although they didn't seem too bothered at first, they eventually picked up the faulty headphones from my workplace and organised the return shipping. They said I'd get a replacement within 48-72 hours, which I was pleased about. Thanks to their quick response and good service, my view of Lime Pro Gaming has really improved. I'd actually recommend them now, despite the initial problem with customer service. In the future, I hope they'll think about adding a support number as well as email, so customers can communicate more directly and efficiently.

    I've just bought some gaming accessories from this company and I was really happy with the service I got. There was a small problem with their usual delivery company, but they quickly let me know about it and organised for the items to be delivered by a different company the next day. They communicated well and everything went smoothly, which was great. I liked how they handled the situation proactively and made sure it didn't cause me any trouble.     Aim assist products

    This was my first time using this company and I can say it won't be the last. I bought some aim assist products and the whole experience was really impressive. The communication was great from the beginning to the end, which made it really easy to use. Being a disabled ex-serviceman getting back into gaming, I was really impressed by how professional the product and packaging were.     Shaker cup cracked

    I recently got my order and overall I was pretty pleased, but unfortunately the shaker cup was cracked which was a bit of a let down. Every time I use it, there's a lot of leaking and I end up with half of my drink wasted. I got in touch with customer service about it and they said they'd send me a new one, so now I'm just waiting to see if they come through. I'll make sure to update my reviews based on how it all pans out.

    I bought some Gfuel products recently and honestly, I wasn't too chuffed with the whole experience. My first order took ages to arrive, like a good couple of weeks, all because they didn't have the flavour I fancied. It's a bit of a faff having to wait that long just because they ran out of stock. But, on the flip side, I've got to hand it to them, my next orders were spot on - either arriving the next day or within 2 days.

    Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I noticed that my Gfuel and shaker have already been sent out. I really like Gfuel from this company, it usually arrives pretty promptly through Amazon delivery. The only problem I had was a few months ago with a shaker that leaked, but they refunded me so that was nice. Overall, I would suggest giving them a go. It was over the festive season, so I should probably be understanding about any delays.

    I recently bought some gfuel from this store and I have to admit, I was very impressed. They have a really good range of flavours on offer, and the free shaker I got with my last order was a nice surprise. The website is easy to use, which made ordering really straightforward. I also like that they give you the option to try out samples before you buy a big tub. My top pick has to be the Raspberry Lemonade flavour, it's so refreshing!

    Christmas present for son

    I recently bought a Christmas present for my son from this company, ordering two products that were supposed to go together. Sadly, when my husband opened the boxes on Christmas day, he saw that one of the controllers was for a PC instead of an Xbox, so they wouldn't work together. We got in touch with the company to ask about swapping it, but their response was really disappointing and not helpful at all. Even though we showed them proof that the product wasn't damaged, they wouldn't swap it or give us a refund because we had opened it. Now we're stuck with stuff worth more than £200 that we can't really use. I'd recommend looking at other places for gaming gear.

    Faulty controller purchase

    I bought a fancy controller from this shop hoping to give my kid a great gaming present for their birthday. But, when it turned up it was all wonky - the left stick kept on moving by itself, which made it impossible to use. I went through the annoying process to send it back for a refund or replacement, but I haven't heard anything back from them at all. Now I'm out of pocket and my child is really disappointed they can't use their cool new controller.

    Gaming accessories purchase

    The customer service at this company is completely unacceptable. I had a bad experience recently where a delivery error happened, so I asked for a refund. However, the process has been really slow and annoying. It's been two weeks since I asked for the refund, and I'm still waiting for it to be sorted. The email communication has been long and boring, and it seems like I'm the one doing all the work to fix the problem, not them. This level of inefficiency and lack of communication is not what I would expect from a company that's supposed to be reputable.
