Plant Stand purchase
I bought two plant stands from Living and Home recently and I have to say, I'm really happy with them. They are in white, which I love, and they were easy to put together. Everything was there, nothing was missing, and they fit together perfectly. I even had some spare bolts left over, which was a nice surprise. The only issue I had was with the assembly instructions for the first stand, they were a bit smudgy and hard to read. But the second stand had much clearer instructions on better quality paper. Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase and how everything turned out. A big thumbs up to Living and Home for delivering such a good product.
Shed purchase
I bought a shed from this store recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. Ordering it was easy and didn't cause any problems. The website was simple to use and I quickly found what I needed. The shed arrived quickly and I was happy with how fast it came. Putting it together was pretty easy and it took me about 12 hours in total. It was definitely worth it though, as the shed now looks fantastic in my garden. My partner loves his new 'man shed' and I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Home accessories
I just wanted to say that I was really impressed with how fast and easy it was to order and get my stuff delivered from this place. The things I got were top-notch and the prices were better than elsewhere. But the one thing that bugged me was not knowing when my delivery was coming - I only found out when the delivery guy turned up at my door. A heads up would've been appreciated! But all in all, I was pretty happy with what I bought and the service I got from here.

The wall-mounted electric fireplace I bought is absolutely gorgeous and really catches the eye - everyone who sees it loves it. Putting it up on the wall was a piece of cake, and I can't get over how good the heat it gives off is. The way the flames flicker is so lovely, it makes the room feel really warm and cosy. I'd definitely suggest this to anyone wanting to make their home both warmer and more stylish.
Parasols purchase
I'd heard a few bad things about this place, but let me tell you, my experience wasn't bad at all. I ordered some parasols, but only got 3 out of 4 packages. I was a bit concerned and ready to complain, but DX, the carrier, told me that one of the items was damaged in transit. Living and Home sent a replacement quickly within a week. Now, I just hope that setting up these parasols will be as easy as their delivery service.
Patio table purchase
My recent buy of a garden table from Living and Home went pretty well. It turned up when expected and matched the description online. Putting it together was a bit of a pain, needed two sets of hands because it was a bit fiddly. Also, there were screws of varying lengths included, which made the process even more annoying. However, once it was all set up properly, the table looked great, is super strong, and has a nice 3-year guarantee for reassurance in the long run.

The customer service at Living and Home was absolutely brilliant. I had a bit of a problem with one of the bar stools I ordered, but they got back to me super quick via email and sorted it out straightaway. It was so much better than dealing with another company where it was a nightmare to even get hold of someone to help. The representative I spoke to was really helpful and sorted out all of my issues. I'm really happy with how they handled everything.

The delivery was really quick which was great, but I was a bit surprised when I found out that the outdoor furniture set I bought came in two separate parts delivered on different days. However, once I put the set together, I quickly forgot about this slight inconvenience. The furniture is of really good quality, very strong, and definitely worth the price. I am really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to others.

The guide on how to build the shed was so complicated, it felt like trying to solve a puzzle without any clues. I spent ages trying to figure out the confusing pictures and badly explained steps. In the end, I had to admit defeat and get a professional to complete the job for me. It was definitely not worth all the trouble.

Ordering my dining table and chairs was so straightforward and hassle-free. The website was really easy to use, and I got updates every step of the way. I bought a metal shed from this place and I was really disappointed with it! The delivery was alright, but the shed itself was so weak and not what I expected. It was a pain to put together and I wouldn't purchase it again, especially not at full price. It was definitely not worth the money!

When I first got the electric fire from your shop, I thought it was great and I was really happy with how fast it got to me. But then, I found out that the remote control wasn't working properly. So, I got in touch with your customer service team for help. Sadly, they weren't very helpful. They asked me to send a video of the faulty remote and explain what was wrong before they would even think about sending me a new one. I mean, seriously? Not everyone is good with technology, so it's not fair to make customers go through all that just to fix a problem that's on your end. I definitely won't be shopping with you again.
Media wall fire
I fancied putting up a neat media wall in my bedroom, so I went and got this fire thingy. The only snag is that the controls are at the back, so now I'll need to adjust my design a bit. Not a major issue though, I suppose. The price was really reasonable and it arrived super quickly!
Outdoor furniture set
I bought an outdoor furniture set from this shop and honestly, the customer service was really not up to scratch. They told me at first there would be an additional fee for specific postcodes in Scotland and offshore locations. But then after I paid, they messaged me to say that actually, the extra charge would apply to all of Scotland. Why didn't they just make that clear right from the start? To top it off, when my product arrived, it was damaged because of the third-party delivery company they used. They recommended against placing another order as they couldn't promise a safe delivery with the same courier. It was all a bit of a hassle going back and forth with emails and getting misleading information.
