Swim dress for curvy, tall woman
As a woman in my fifties with curves, let me tell you, finding a good swimsuit can be a bit of a mission. But, I recently got myself a swim dress from here and honestly, it's spot on. I'm quite tall at 5'9", so it's not always easy to find swimwear that looks good and feels comfy, but this swim dress does the job perfectly. I feel really good wearing it, which is a massive relief. The only problem I had was with the fit around the bust – I noticed the bigger size I tried, the better it suited me. However, overall I'm happy with my purchase and can't wait to give it a go in the pool and the sea.
Jeans for thick thighs and long length
Wow, I absolutely adore these trousers! After so long, I've finally come across a pair of jeans that not only hug my curvy thighs just right, but are also the ideal length for me. It's been ages since I've been able to rock a pair of jeans comfortably, they just never seem to sit properly. These trousers are life-changing. Admittedly, they were a tad too long at first, but as soon as I slipped on my shoes, they fit perfectly. My only gripe is that I wish they also offered low rise options, I'd snap those up in a heartbeat. On top of all that, I've been showered with compliments when I wear them!

I've been shopping at this store for a good while now, and I have to say I'm always happy with what I buy. Ordering is easy, and my stuff always comes on time and looking great. The clothes are top quality and fit me really well, which isn't always easy as a tall lady. I've never had any problems with returns either, the customer service team is always quick and helpful. All in all, I'm a satisfied customer.
Slippers with a hole after a few weeks
Oh my gosh, I can't believe it! I bought these really cool slippers and they got a hole in them so fast. It's so frustrating, isn't it?! I contacted customer service to ask for a replacement, but they made a mistake. They said they would send me a new pair without any return fee, but instead they just gave me a refund. I'm really angry about it! And now they're not even responding to my messages. Ugh, it's so annoying!
Wide leg summer trousers
The trousers I bought from the shop arrived earlier than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The fabric was of good quality, and the length was spot on. However, I was let down to discover that the wide leg was too wide, measuring at 12 inches. This made them a bit dangerous and unsuitable for everyday wear. Sadly, I had to return them as they were not practical. If the width of the leg had been around 8 inches, they would have been ideal for summer.
Cotton t-shirts order
My last order was good, I enjoyed getting cotton t-shirts rather than synthetic ones. I like shopping at this store because their clothes fit me well, but I wish they had more cotton options. Some of the colours they have are a bit odd to me, but I'm happy with what I bought overall.

I've finally come across a shop that sells clothes that are long enough for us tall girls! The range is fantastic and the prices are really good too. The delivery was super fast and returning items was a breeze. I would definitely suggest this shop to all my fellow tall ladies!

I bought a holiday item not long ago but it got lost in the post. I called up customer service and they were really helpful, they sorted out a replacement straight away. But then the second item went missing too, so they said they'd give me a refund. However, I still haven't seen that money back in my account yet.

The clothes at Long Tall Sally used to be really classy and fancy, with top designer stuff and sportswear from well-known brands. But these days, it seems they've gone a bit downhill. The quality isn't as good as it used to be, with cheaper materials being used. However, one good thing is they've got more options for extra-tall people now, which is great for a wider range of customers.
One thing that's been noticed though is that the models they use don't seem as tall as before. They used to be over 185 cm, but now it looks like the tallest ones are only around 180 cm. This change has definitely made a difference in how the clothes are shown off.Black pants, Shrunk in first wash

I recently bought a top online that was supposed to be really long, but when it came it was more like a crop top on me, which was so disappointing! I had to fork out money to send it back and it was a total pain, I mean come on, can't they just get their sizes right?? I even paid extra for next day delivery and it still didn't arrive on time, how annoying is that!
Too Expensive
I wouldn't bother splashing out on this overpriced brand, to be honest. The quality isn't anything to write home about and definitely doesn't justify the steep prices. Sure, returning items might be straightforward, but who wants to go through all that hassle in the first place? Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to shop.
Good delivery, slow return process
The delivery came really quickly and the packaging was spot on. However, it took ages for me to get my refund when I needed to return something. The customer service was really friendly and helpful though, they answered all my questions promptly.
