I recently ordered some flooring samples from Luxury Flooring and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The samples arrived in a lovely package with a nice touch of a teabag and biscuit included for a little treat while I was looking at them. I also got a courtesy call from the company, which was a pleasant surprise and made the whole customer service experience feel more personal. The quality of the products themselves was top-notch, really living up to the luxury flooring reputation. I also thought their website was really elegant and easy to use, which made it simple for me to find the perfect flooring for my home. Whoever designed their website deserves a big award for creating such a classy and efficient platform.

And then, they flat out refused to give me a refund. Their customer service was a joke, despite all their promises online. I recommend everyone to avoid this dodgy company like the plague.
