Recent delivery after company went into administration
I feel really lucky that I got my recent delivery from the company just before it went into administration. I was a bit worried at first, but thankfully I found out that my items were already in the UK or on their way, so I still got them in the end. It must be really disappointing for those who placed orders recently and now have to wait for refunds. Luckily, I only had to wait three weeks after hearing about the administration news before my delivery arrived, and I was so happy when I got the notification. Some of the boxes had minor damage, but everything inside was fine, so I'm happy with what I bought.

I've been a customer of the company that shut down recently for quite some time, so you can imagine how gutted I was to find out the news. 3 Sofas Order
I recently bought 3 sofas from this company and I have to say, it was a huge letdown. I waited for 7 weeks for the delivery, only to receive 2 sofas. The third one was apparently "lost". They then told me I'd have to wait another 8 weeks for the replacement, leaving me without this necessary piece of furniture for ages. Their lack of responsibility and accountability is just not on. To top it off, one of the sofas that did show up had damaged fabric with visible marks all over. When I complained, they said they'd send a replacement in another 8 weeks. The quality of the items was rubbish and the service was just not up to scratch.
Large sofa delivery experience
I recently had a really disappointing experience with the delivery of a large sofa. I had cleared my schedule to be home all day for the delivery, but when the delivery driver arrived, they quickly said the sofa wouldn't fit in my house. I tried to explain that it could work, but they didn't want to try different angles. Later, customer service told me that they could have unwrapped the sofa with a waiver and put in more effort. They not only said the sofa and chair were too big and gave my chair to someone else, but they also didn't keep me updated on my order as promised, which was frustrating. In the end, my order had to be cancelled, and now I don't have the furniture I was looking forward to. This whole experience has left me really unhappy.

Sideboard order
The customer service I received was absolutely terrible. I ordered a sideboard about two months ago, and it's been a complete nightmare trying to get the right product. The first time it was delivered, the doors were wrong, and they said they were out of stock for the correct ones. The order was cancelled and re-ordered several times, but each time there was a mistake. I found out the item I actually wanted had been discontinued, but they still tried to blame me. They said they would organise a return and refund within two weeks, but I didn't want to wait another month for something I never even received. I used to like this retailer, but after this whole fiasco, I won't be buying from them ever again.
Pavia Natural Rattan Single Wardrobe purchase
I was really disappointed with the Pavia Natural Rattan Single Wardrobe with Storage Drawers that I bought. When it arrived, it was missing the rail needed to hang clothes, so I couldn't really use it properly. On top of that, one of the boards was already chipped, showing how low-quality the product was. Even though it was expensive, my overall experience was not good at all. NEXT couldn't even send me the missing parts, which just added to my annoyance. In conclusion, I suggest avoiding buying this item altogether.
