    Sonic makeup brush gift

    I got given the blend up sonic makeup brush from my son as a Christmas present. But when I opened it up, I was gutted to see that it was broken straight out of the box. It was really annoying as I was excited to try it out. So, I decided to get in touch with the company on their website to explain what happened. To my surprise, I got a quick notification and then a personal response within a day or two, even though it was busy over Christmas. They asked for more details, and once I gave them, they said they'd send me a replacement without any extra charge. I was really impressed with how fast and well they sorted out my issue, turning a bad situation into a good one. Even though the first product didn't work, the amazing customer service I got would definitely make me think about buying from them again in the future.

    Barefaced 2 electric facial cleansing brush

    I was given the Barefaced 2 electric facial cleansing brush as a gift, and initially, it did a brilliant job. The first charge lasted a good while and it cleaned my face really well. However, after the second charge, it started playing up by turning on and off by itself. Eventually, it completely stopped charging. I looked online and found out that many others have had the same issue with this product. It's such a shame that a product with so much promise could have such a big problem. I didn't keep the receipt so I couldn't exchange or return it, ended up having to dispose of it properly. Now I have six unused brush heads that I can't do anything with. All in all, it was a disappointing experience with the Barefaced 2.

    I recently bought a facial cleansing device twice. The first time I got it from a shop, but even after charging for a whole day, it wouldn't turn on. Despite the green lights showing it was charging, it just wouldn't work once I unplugged it. So, I returned it and got it again online. After charging for a long time, the device finally turned on. I followed the instructions for two weeks and saw good results. But then on the 15th day, it stopped working again. I left it charging for over 24 hours, but nothing changed. So, I decided to return it to the online store. I also emailed customer service twice, but didn't get any replies. Even though the device was helpful at first, it failing to turn on repeatedly has left me feeling let down.

    Painful treatment

    The treatment I had was so painful. My muscles were all over the place, even my shoulders were twitching. I couldn't help but think, is this much pain usual or is something not right? It got me questioning whether I should carry on with the treatment or look for something less ouchy. Honestly, I was pretty let down by the whole thing.
