    To me as a parent, Melijoe has set the pace that other children's clothing and accessory companies should follow. Being experienced and knowledgeable in the business, I read where Melijoe made it known that they don't deal on any products but the ones carefully selected considering the skin of the children so reactions will not be triggered either by chemical or allergy. That word I took to myself which encouraged me to buy from Melijoe. I'm glad to say all the children clothes I have bought from Melijoe happen to be of quality and without exhibiting any form of reactions to the children's body. A good place to shop from for all children's clothing and accessories.

    I have to say, Melijoe is absolutely fantastic for picking up clothes for my twin granddaughters. They’ve got the trendiest, most adorable garments that I just can’t seem to find anywhere else. Ever since the girls were born, I’ve been shopping with them and their selection has never disappointed.     Beautiful and well-packaged outfits

    I bought some clothes online the other day and I have to say, I was really impressed with how it all went. The stuff I ordered came from France and got to me in Vancouver, Canada in just four days. It was really quick, even faster than I thought it would be.     Expensive children's clothing

    I wasn't very impressed with how the order was done overall. When I ordered, I had to double-check my email address, which I think should be a standard thing. Also, there weren't many payment options, and it would have been good to have PayPal as one. Making an account to track future orders was a bit annoying too, it could have been easier to do.

    Flowers and butterflies dress

    I ordered this super cute dress with flowers and butterflies, but it never arrived! I've bought things from them in the past and it was all good, but this time the delivery got messed up. They keep saying it was delivered, but I didn't get it! Even spoke to the delivery guys and they said it went to the wrong person. I told Melijoe about all of this but they haven't taken any action! Not fair, mate!

    Super cool store!

    Melijoe is where I always go for all my shopping, especially when I need clothes for my son. The service is great, the stock is always spot on, and the choices they have are just amazing. The only thing I wish they had is maybe stocking a brand like Stone Island, but apart from that, they're pretty much perfect. And well, it's not really their fault if the delivery guy leaves a package on the doorstep - that's just something that happens occasionally. I don't bother shopping anywhere else now because Melijoe is just too good.

    I've been using this website for a while now and everything was great until the end of February. Suddenly, they've been having trouble with payments. I used to be able to pay with my card or PayPal, but now both options are gone. It's so annoying not being able to buy what I want because of this.     Overpriced return charges

    The return fees at this shop are way too steep. I sent something back not long ago and got back way less money than I paid, as they said they had to take out some cash for delivery costs. It just doesn't add up that it costs nearly twice as much to return something as it does to get it in the first place. When I got in touch with Customer Services, they confessed it was an error but still wouldn't give me back the extra cash. This treatment is just not on and really unfair to us customers. I really advise people to avoid buying from this shop and find other places that don't rip you off with returns.

    Two Kenzo skirts

    I'm a new customer who ordered two Kenzo skirts. I was really looking forward to getting my confirmation email on Saturday, but unfortunately, instead of that, I found out online that my order had actually been cancelled. I tried to get in touch with customer service a few times to sort things out, but the calls kept getting cut off. I was so frustrated that I went online to complain and demand a refund or the skirts to be sent straight away.     I bought 2 things from Melijoe recently and had some issues with my order. Even though the website said my stuff had been delivered, I didn't actually get them. I tried to get in touch with their customer service team lots of times, by email and phone, but I still haven't got a good solution to the problem. As a customer, I expect my purchases to arrive on time and be reliable, so I'm pretty disappointed with how Melijoe have handled this. Hopefully, they can step up their game with customer service and delivery so that everyone has a better shopping experience in the future.
