Ill-fitting dress
I recently bought a dress from this online store, hoping to find the perfect one. But when I got it, I was really let down. The dress looked amazing in the picture, but it didn't fit right at all. The middle part was too tight around my belly, and the cups were way too big. It just looked cheap and not flattering. I'm usually a size 8, and I've never had such a badly fitting dress before. On top of that, it cost me £14 to return the item, on top of the £10 delivery fee. So, I definitely won't be shopping on this site again.

If you're not sure about the size or quality of something, the return costs can really add up. Overall, I was let down by my experience and would suggest people try shopping somewhere else.

I had a problem with my return at Meshki recently that needed a manual refund because the return was delayed. I emailed customer service about it and got a reply from Danise in just 2 hours, which was a nice surprise. She said she was sorting out the refund manually and promised everything would be sorted quickly. I was really grateful for the fast response and the help from Meshki, especially from Danise.
