    The sales assistant, Chrissy, was really nice, helpful, and knew her stuff. She showed us all the different options and suggested what would work well for our garden. With her help, we found just the right furniture for our outdoor area. It made a big difference having her expertise and advice.

    Patio furniture set

    I was really looking forward to setting up my new patio furniture set in the garden for the summer. However, when the delivery arrived, the dining chairs were missing! I tried getting in touch with customer service several times, but the wait on the phone was so long, over an hour each time. I also sent numerous emails, but it felt like I wasn't making any progress. Finally, after speaking to a nice lady on the phone, she assured me that the chairs would arrive on a specific date. Unfortunately, that date came and went and the chairs still hadn't shown up. Waiting for something that was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 10 days has been really frustrating.

    Garden furniture set

    The staff at the showroom were absolutely brilliant! They were so friendly and really knew their stuff. They gave me great advice on picking the perfect garden furniture set for me. The delivery was super quick, and the guys who assembled everything on-site did a fantastic job - they were really helpful and accommodating. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. It totally surpassed my expectations.

    Large table and furniture set

    I ordered some furniture back in January after reading some reviews of different furniture companies. It was supposed to be stock items with a 10-week delivery schedule, but it actually arrived in just 10 days. However, after 11 weeks, I realised some items were missing. I had a lot of trouble getting the missing items delivered, the customer service was really bad - they didn't answer calls or emails. They eventually sent the missing items, even though I had asked for a refund.

    Outdoor furniture set

    I have to say, I am really disappointed with my experience with this company. I bought an outdoor furniture set from them and not only did they not deliver it on time, they also didn't give me any clear updates or communication about the delay. When I contacted their customer service team, they were unhelpful and rude, not offering any solutions or compensation for the inconvenience. It's clear to me that this company lacks professionalism and integrity. I would strongly recommend that anyone thinking of buying from them should think again and be careful.

    Purchased a sofa and table set

    The delivery service was an absolute nightmare. I spent the whole day waiting for my order and just got the table, no sofa. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, I was left on hold for ages and never actually got to talk to anyone. The helpline for delivery issues was jam-packed, so I couldn't do anything about it. I also sent them a bunch of emails but didn't hear back from them at all. All in all, it was a really disappointing experience."

    I bought a really nice lamp online, it was meant to arrive in 3-10 days but it took 17 days to get here! When you're a kid waiting for your cool new stuff, that feels like forever! I had to contact them to find out when it would arrive, not cool at all, mate.

    Sun lounges delivery

    I had a fantastic time with my delivery this morning. Gurpreet & Fareed, the delivery team, arrived right on time at 8am and took great care in unpacking my sun lounges. They went above and beyond by also getting rid of the packaging materials, which left my garden looking tidy. Even though it was raining, I can't wait to use my new sun lounges and chill out in comfort. I'm really happy with the service from the delivery team.

    furniture for my room

    Wow, I used to really like this company, but now it's just not good at all. Ever since they got new owners, the customer service has been absolutely terrible. I purchased some furniture for my room in March, and can you believe that half of it still hasn't arrived? It's so irritating! On top of that, some of the pieces that did arrive are broken. And get this - they told me the table I ordered won't be delivered until July! That's way too long to wait. I suggest going to a different store, like Blue Diamond.

    Patio set purchase

    I'm really disappointed with my recent patio set purchase. I had to wait five whole months for my order, only to be told just two days before it was due that part of it was unavailable. I had to pick something else, which I did, but it was promised to be delivered within six weeks. It's now been 10 weeks and I still haven't received it. So now I've got an incomplete patio set and it's really frustrating.

    I'm really disappointed with the service I've had from this furniture company. I was promised the delivery team would get in touch soon after I placed my order, but it's been three weeks and I've heard nothing. Trying to contact them by phone was useless as the mailbox was full, and other options just led to long waiting times and getting disconnected. The online chat service wasn't any better, with only generic responses that didn't help with my specific concerns. I've paid a lot for my furniture but I have no updates on the delivery or a way to get in touch with them. I'd suggest anyone looking for furniture to go elsewhere.

    Spent over £5000 on garden furniture which was under warranty. Have already needed a few replacements but last summer some of our chairs started to split and the rattan on our corner sofa started to unravel. Contacted the company and was told it would be replaced last year. Nothing happened, so contacted again in Feb this year. Got told 8 week wait... so contacted again and got told another 8 week wait. In the meantime our rattan table has all split and because they don’t make that model anymore we were offered a credit note to buy something of the same value to replace it. Placed that order about 4 months ago. Hasn't arrived. Now, we have received a letter to say the company has gone into administration and basically "tough luck" no orders will be fulfilled, no repairs will be happening and no refunds will be issued. But they very kindly told us we could repurchase again through the new company?! Don’t think so. Won't spend a penny with them again. The website is still exactly the same you wouldn't know anything has changed, they still have the same sale on they had when we purchased £700 worth of furniture and accessories, none of which we will receive. Absolutely disgusted that all of our rattan is basically broken and we're stuck with it, no warranty and we've also lost £700 worth of orders placed recently. Don't buy from here, the rattan doesn't last at all it'll split after 1-2 years hence why they have such an extended warranty but don't trust it! Will never recommend and will never buy from here again.

    Two sun beds Aug 2020

    Slow after service responses, wriggle out of guarantee and offer no way of repairing the broken product which cost over £900

    Just wash their hands of the problem and no offer repair service or even a company that might be able to repair.

    Now have broken sunbed and will have to get it fixed myself with no assistance from Moda.

    No more business from myself or Friends or family

    Moda Halo U Set with graphite grey cushions

    I spent a lot of time researching companies before finally settling on Moda & not least based on its claims of quality & great reviews . Its was twice what i was initially going to pay but , "you pay for what you get ! " Well thats what i thought . I too have had a set that wasn't fit for purpose with cushion covers that faded dramatically in just a few weeks & limited time in the sun . To be honest because i was getting little to no response from them due to "covid & short staffing delays & its was fading so fast the set spent any day we were not actually using it under its cover to minimise the fade . We had chairs with scratches to the weave & weave that had not been secure finished properly & had started to unravel . We have had to find ways to fix this ourselves. Shoddy little plastic feet on all pieces are not a quality finished product . Inspection of the framework also showed unfinished spraying which helps its weather resistance & exposes the metal to rusting . After weeks of waiting for delivery after payment in full ,during the lovely weather ,it finally arrived a day later than scheduled in the rain & went straight into the garage in its boxes and stayed there for nearly 4 weeks until the weather improved again. I cant blame the delivery delays on Moda - everyone was experiencing issues but from the day we started to use and quality issues because obvious , getting a reasonable response was impossible . I finally had to resort to messaging via the FB page ,that if i didnt get a response pretty sharp i would resort to social media . Hey- ho i got contact & offer of replacement of cushion covers with acknowledgement that this was a faulty batch but delivery of NEXT YEAR and can't say when next year. ( what is they cease trading ?? ) Also repair of hard furniture or replacement - 6-8 weeks . Or £100.00 part refund or a £125.00 credit note to keep the defective items. As i paid nearly £2300 for the set i'm a little staggered that they think £100 part refund is remotely reasonable . Love the design but so disappointed at the quality & customer services quite arrogant stance thus far . BTWi gave 2 stars for Service ONLY because i allowed for Covid impact
