Adidas sneakers
I just want to share how amazing the customer service is at OQIUM. So, I got myself a pair of Adidas sneakers from them not long ago, but they turned out to be the wrong size. But guess what? OQIUM really went out of their way to help me out. They sorted out the returns for the wrong sizes and sent me the right ones. They even took care of shipping back and forth to Spain where I live. The customer service team was so quick to respond and super helpful through it all, making the whole process stress-free. Outdated style in correct size, shipping option
I recently bought an old style item from OQIUM in the right size, and I chose to have it shipped to me. The price was reasonable, and I found the shipping cost to be good value for money. I was happy that they let me know early on that there might be a delay, but then they gave me a delivery estimate and the item actually arrived within that time frame. Excellent service, issue with sales team, suggest free returns
I was really impressed with the service I got from the team at this store. There was one problem though - the sales team didn't pick up the phone which was quite annoying. I think if they worked on improving customer service in this area, it would make a big difference to how customers feel. Shoes arrived in good condition
The shoes I ordered from this shop came in good nick in general. But when I took them out of the box, I saw that the box had already been opened. I was a bit let down as I would have liked it to be sealed. However, the shoes themselves were fine and just as they were described, so that was a good thing. All in all, I was happy with the shoes I got.

This place is fantastic for NBA fans! They've got such a massive range of jerseys. I managed to snag 2 at a really good price. The communication with them was top-notch and the delivery was super quick. I placed my order on Saturday and got it by Tuesday. I'll definitely be returning for more!
Shoes in limited sizes
The range of shoes at OQIUM is really impressive, especially when you compare it to stores in Germany, but I was a bit let down to see that a lot of the amazing deals didn't have my size. If there were more sizes available, I would definitely buy more because the prices are unbeatable.

Oqium has such a great atmosphere, I really enjoy it. The staff there are always friendly and helpful, and the products they offer are really high quality. The only downside is that occasionally there's a bit of a wait for your order, but in my opinion, it's totally worth it.
Delayed shipping
I bought something on sale from that shop the other day and I was a bit annoyed by how long it took to arrive. Normally it's just 1-2 days, but this time it took almost 2 weeks! It was really frustrating and inconvenient, especially as I was keen to get it quickly. But when it finally turned up, it was all good and met my expectations. So, yeah, the product was fine in the end, but the whole shipping thing wasn't great, to be honest.

Delayed Order
My experience with this company was awful. They didn't deliver my order on time, and then had the nerve to ask for more money before delivering it. It was a total disaster and I was really let down by their service. I won't be shopping with them again for sure.
Quick delivery disappointment
I ordered some stuff on the 3rd of May and they didn't rock up until the 22nd. I get that shipping can be a bit unpredictable, but they only actually sent it out on the 10th, a whole week after I made the order. In this day and age, waiting a whole week for something to even be sent out is just not on.
Shoes with limited warranty
I bought a pair of shoes from this shop not long ago. The delivery time was fine, but I had a problem with them less than a year later. I found out the shoes only had a warranty for 6 months, which was pretty disappointing. If I had bought them straight from the brand, I'd have got a 2-year warranty instead. It's important to mention that this shop isn't an official seller for the brand, so the warranty doesn't count here.

I kept checking the tracking information and it seemed like it was moving really slowly. It honestly took weeks for the shoes to arrive. I recently bought some shoes from this retailer, but I was really disappointed with how long it took for them to arrive. Even though they said the shoes were in stock when I ordered them, it took way too long for them to ship them out. By the time they finally arrived, I didn't even need them anymore and had to send them back. What was even more frustrating was when I asked for a replacement item that was also in stock, it ended up taking ages to be sent out and then it went out of stock! Their shipping and order process really needs to be more efficient, it definitely affected how happy I was with the shopping experience.
Shoes not delivered
I bought some shoes from this shop and they haven't arrived! They've taken my money and now I'm gutted because I still don't have my shoes! I've sent them loads of emails but they're not getting back to me! It's just not right!
Non-delivery of goods
I'm really frustrated about the whole situation with my order not turning up! I put in the order back on May 27th, and even though I made sure to provide my address clearly, the stuff just never showed up. According to the tracking info, it says it was delivered, but I never got my hands on it. I don't know what to do or where to turn to try and track down my missing order.
