Rosehip bioregenerate oil omega 3,6,7&9
I recently decided to give the rosehip bioregenerate oil omega 3,6,7 & 9 a go, as I was on the lookout for something different from night creams for my combination skin. I was a bit unsure about using oils at first because I was worried about getting breakouts, but after doing some research, I thought I'd give this product a shot. At the beginning, I think I was using too much oil, but once I adjusted the amount, I started to see some really great results. My skin tone became more even, fine lines started to fade, and I noticed a big decrease in breakouts. Plus, the oil is all-natural and vegan, which was a nice surprise for me. It sinks into my skin really nicely and leaves it looking plump and glowing. I can't believe I waited so long to try oil-based products, as this one has completely changed my skin for the better. I would definitely recommend it to anyone dealing with fine lines, acne, pigmentation, dullness, dryness, or combination skin. Eye cream and moisturiser
As someone with sensitive skin, I've always been a bit wary of trying new skincare products. However, after hearing great things about the brand's expertise in caring for sensitive skin, I decided to treat myself to an eye cream and moisturiser. The packaging was really nice and it arrived on time. Unfortunately, the pump on the eye cream wasn't working, so I got in touch with the company. They were sorry about the issue and quickly sent over a returns form for the faulty product. I was a bit taken aback when they asked me to return the faulty product rather than just accepting photos like other companies usually do. Nevertheless, they were really nice about it and sent a replacement without any hassle. Overall, while I'm grateful for their good customer service, I wasn't expecting to have to go through the trouble of returning the product, especially considering the brand's higher price range.
Light Work oil based water soluble cleanser kit
I recently bought the Light Work oil based water soluble cleanser kit and unfortunately, one of the bottles was leaking when it arrived. I got in touch with customer service, and they were quick to respond and offered to replace the faulty bottle straight away. I was really impressed with how they handled the issue so efficiently, within just an hour or so. The products themselves are really good quality, and I like that the brand is committed to sustainability with their packaging and recycling efforts. Although the products are a bit pricey, I find that they work well and don't contain any harmful chemicals, which is important to me. But, the cost does add up, so I'll have to see how my bank balance holds up in the long run. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and the excellent customer service I received.
Organic skincare products
After deciding to switch to chemical-free skincare products, I stumbled upon these really great organic products. I ended up buying the 'Love & Haight' moisturiser and the Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin C drops. Even though they cost a bit more, the results have been absolutely fantastic. My skin, which usually gets dry, now looks all youthful and feels super refreshed. By using just a small amount of product each day, I can tell that these products will last for ages. Plus, since I started adding the vitamin C drops to my body moisturiser, I've seen a big improvement in the acne scars on my back. And to top it all off, the packaging is totally recyclable and you can send the bottles back through their recycling scheme - how great is that?
Subscription discount troubles
I tried to get a really good discount by signing up to their service, you know? But when I tried to use the discount code they gave me, it just didn't work at all. I reached out to them through email, sent them a message on WhatsApp, did everything I could think of. And still, no response. I gave them the code, but all I got was silence. Seriously, what's the deal, Pai?

Avocado & Jojoba Hydrating Moisturizer
I was really disappointed with the Avocado & Jojoba Hydrating Moisturizer. It cost a lot but didn't do much for my skin, just gave it a basic level of moisture without really making it look any better. I reckon there are cheaper organic creams out there that work way better. So, I wouldn't suggest getting this product to anyone, sadly.
Rosehip cleansing oil
Wow, this product is absolutely fantastic! It's like a little bit of magic for my face. I love how clean and soft my skin feels after using it, without feeling dry at all. The customer service was amazing too, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Also, the delivery was really quick, my order arrived in no time at all. I really rate the skincare products from this brand, they are seriously good! I'm totally obsessed with their Vitamin C oil, it's done wonders for my skin. All in all, I'm really happy with the quality of their skincare range.
Sunscreen sample
I got the most shocking surprise in my sunscreen sample - a bloody pad instead of the product I was expecting. It was really traumatic and just not on. When I got in touch with customer service, they didn't offer to replace it or give me any kind of compensation for the mistake. As a customer, I was really impressed by the eco-friendly packaging of the skincare products at first. This sneaky trick not only fooled customers into thinking they were getting more, but also added to the plastic waste issue. In this day and age where we care about the environment, we can't accept unethical practices like this.

I recently picked up a toner and serum, and they are amazing! The toner smells lovely and feels incredibly refreshing on my skin. The serum is so silky and leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft.
