Flaky itchy shampoo and conditioner
I've finally made the decision to purchase the flaky itchy shampoo and conditioner, as I've been struggling with scalp issues for months now. I've always been quite sensitive when it comes to hair products, but after noticing some improvement in my scalp condition after using them just once, I am absolutely convinced that these products are worth every penny. I haven't tried the tonic yet, but I'm optimistic that it will work just as effectively as the shampoo and conditioner. I'm thinking about booking an appointment at the clinic in London for more advice on my scalp problems. All in all, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend these products to anyone facing a similar situation.
Recent hair care purchase
At first, I wasn't sure about trying out this new hair care brand, but I'm really happy that I did. I've been dealing with a dry scalp for ages, but after using the product they suggested once a week, my scalp problems have totally disappeared. I also gave their elasticizer treatment for split ends a go, and it did wonders for my hair. There was a little hiccup with one of the conditioners, but their customer service team sent me a replacement super quickly, which I was really grateful for. All in all, I'm really impressed with how well their products work and the exceptional service they offer.

I had a really good time at this place. Even though there was a little mistake in my order, the staff fixed it straight away without me having to say anything. I thought it was really nice of them to be so quick to help, it made me feel important as a customer. And to top it off, they even gave me a little gift, which was a lovely gesture. It's not often you find businesses that are so thoughtful, and I'm grateful for it. I'll definitely be coming back and telling others about this place. I have to tell you, these products are honestly the best I've ever used on my hair. I am really happy with the results I've seen since I started using them. My hair feels so much healthier, shinier, and easier to manage overall. I've tried lots of other products before, but none of them have been as good as these. And on top of the amazing products, I was also really impressed with how fast they were delivered. It was quick and efficient, which just made the whole buying experience even more great. I recently bought some hair care products from this company but I was disappointed with my experience. I ordered quite a few items and was told they would arrive in 5 working days. However, after a week, I still hadn't received any tracking details or updates on my order. When I contacted customer service, I faced delays, conflicting information, and unhelpful suggestions. It took several emails back and forth before I finally got the tracking info, which then led to another delivery delay. The lack of transparency and poor communication throughout the whole process was really frustrating. Even though the products were good quality, the overall experience was ruined by the bad service.
Vitamin C hair treatment packets
I recently bought some Vitamin C hair treatment packets and at first, I was happy with how they worked. But, things went downhill when I saw that some of the packets had gone all hard and black before I even had a chance to open them. Worried about the quality of what I'd bought, I got in touch with customer services for some help. To my surprise, they questioned if what I had bought was even real and asked for photos as evidence. Sadly, I'd already thrown away the bad packets so I couldn't provide any photos. Because of that, they just closed my enquiry without sorting it out. I wasn't asking for my money back, I just wanted to get some replacement packets for the bad ones. The way customer services dealt with me made me feel let down and annoyed. It's also got me wondering about how well the products are made and if they're safe to use.

I bought some hair products from this company not long ago and sadly, I wasn't very happy with how things turned out. I made the order on the 21st of June, expecting my items to arrive in 2-3 working days as promised. However, they ended up being delayed for nearly a month because of problems with ParcelForce's distribution unit. I tried reaching out to the customer service team several times but didn't receive any helpful responses or updates. Their lack of communication and support left me feeling really let down and annoyed with the whole situation.

I just want to say that I was really disappointed with the way my order was handled at this place. I bought some haircare products recently, and honestly, the whole thing was a bit of a letdown. Firstly, they only have Royal Mail for delivery, which seems a bit old-fashioned, especially with the postal strikes going on. I don't get why they don't use a better courier for faster delivery. Plus, they charged me a whopping £5.99 for postage on a tiny bottle of product and said it would take 3 to 5 days to arrive. It's 2021, surely they can do better than that? I expected more from a big company like them.

Philip Kingsley hair treatments are honestly amazing, seriously! I found them on QVC for a great price and my hair has never looked better. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Anne Marie McCarthy from Cork definitely knows her stuff!

I'm feeling quite frustrated because I placed an order for some hair care products more than a month ago, and I'm still waiting for them to arrive. When the delivery finally came, it was the wrong order. The customer service has been really disappointing - slow, unapologetic, and basically non-existent. They're not handling my complaint professionally at all. I have all the emails to show how they're not taking responsibility for their mistakes. I've already reported this issue to my bank on September 19th, but I'm still waiting for the refund. I even sent back the wrong order myself on October 21st, but there's still no sign of any refund coming my way.
Long wait, poor customer service
I'm really disappointed with my experience at this company. It's been two months and my order still hasn't arrived. I've been in touch with customer service several times, but all they say is that my order will be sent ASAP. As someone who also works in customer service, I'm shocked at the poor communication and efficiency in dealing with my problem. Although I love their products, I won't be buying from this company again because of the terrible customer service. If I could, I'd give them 0 stars.
Kitchenware purchase
I recently ordered some really cool kitchen gadgets online and it was absolutely great! I was a bit worried that my new items would arrive broken, but the packaging was fantastic and kept everything safe with bubble wrap. And to top it off, they sent it out really quickly! I received my order just three days after placing it. How awesome is that!
