Orthopedic Anti-vomiting Cat bowl station
I recently bought the Orthopedic Anti-vomiting Cat bowl station with two extra bowls. I found it to be well-priced and very well made. These bowls are different from the ones I've used before, as they are not only raised off the floor but also tilted, which has been good for my cat's digestion. Dog toy purchase
The dog toy I bought was really good looking and brought lots of fun for my furry friend. But, it didn't last long in terms of staying strong. Just two days in, my dog somehow managed to tear the top layer with her tooth and the casing for the battery would always come loose whenever she picked it up. I'm hoping I can mend it because she loves playing with it so much. Perhaps changing the fasteners to poppers instead of Velcro for the battery section and using a stronger canvas material could make it last longer and keep her entertained.
Puppy rucksack
After looking everywhere for a good backpack for my big, hefty puppy, I eventually came across the ideal one on this website. The communication during the ordering process was top-notch, I was kept in the loop with updates on when it was sent out and where it was at during delivery - all of which was done in a really friendly and easy-going way that I really liked. Cat grooming comb purchase
I bought a cat grooming comb that's like a super de-furring and massage tool for our long-haired cat. It doesn't get rid of a ton of hair, but our cat adores it. It's gentle on her fur and feels lovely when she gets a scratch, making grooming time a nice experience for her. Even though the product arrived a bit late, they kept me updated through emails which was reassuring. In the end, I'm happy with both the comb and the service from the company, and I'd think about buying from them again down the line.
Fluffy cat bed
I bought a new fluffy cat bed that came all the way from overseas. It wasn't cheap, but the quality seems really good because Chilli, my cat, loves it. She spends a lot of time playing and sleeping in it, so I think it was a good purchase for her happiness.
Two well-made items
I bought two things from this shop recently and I have to say they are really good quality. They seem to be strong and fit well with some nice adjustments. I like that my boys don't mind wearing them, which can be a problem with other similar things. Not having any writing on them, like my dog trainer suggested, really seems to help with any worries my boys might have had. Even though I thought they would arrive faster without any customisation, I'm still happy with my purchase and would suggest it to others.
Faulty floppy fish replacement
I had a really good experience with the customer service at this company recently. I had a faulty floppy fish, but they sorted it out quickly and efficiently, even though it was over Christmas. They responded to my emails quickly and were really helpful. They've already sent out a replacement. I'm really impressed with the service I got and I wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again. Absolutely fantastic!
XXL harness purchase
I've bought a few XXL harnesses from different companies, but none of them fit my 60kg dog properly until I ordered one from this company. The sizing was spot on, and it really helped with controlling my dog's pulling on walks. The delivery was fast, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive extra name tags a few days later. All in all, the service was top-notch, and I'll definitely be buying from them again.
Toy purchase for my cat
My order took a bit longer to arrive than expected, which was annoying but I get it - Christmas is a busy time. PlayPaw kept me updated and even offered to refund the delivery costs because of the delay, which was really nice of them. Their customer service really turned things around for me. When the cat toys finally arrived, I was happy with the quality and thought they were definitely worth waiting for.
Harness, leash, hair removal gadget
I bought a harness, lead, and hair remover tool. The harness fits my dog really well and is really good quality. However, I still haven't got the lead and hair remover gadget even though I ordered them on the 24th of December. I know there might be a bit of a delay in the industry, but it's still a bit disappointing. But all in all, I'm happy with the product I did get.
Large rucksack for puppy
I got this massive rucksack earlier this year to carry my puppy when he's too tired to walk. Can you believe it? The strap broke after only a few times using it! Seriously?! I was really let down because I thought it would last longer, but nah. And when I asked for a refund, they only gave me a voucher for the same amount. What am I supposed to do with that? Buy another rubbish bag? No way! And they don't even have anything else I want in stock. Ugh. I sent them an email ages ago and still no response. So, yeah, avoid wasting your cash on this shoddy rucksack! 😡
Dog carrier backpack
I bought a backpack carrier for my 5-month-old cockapoo to use on long walks when she gets tired. Even though there was a small delay in delivery, I really appreciated how the company kept me updated. It's nice to see a company that values keeping customers informed. The backpack itself is better than I expected - great quality and a lovely colour that makes it easy to spot my pup wherever we go.
PlayPaw adventure pouch purchase
I bought a cool adventure pouch for my dog from this pet brand I like. It was meant for dogs up to 12Kg, but my 10Kg dog had a safety issue when we used it for the first time. The clips on the straps kept opening up by themselves, which could have made my dog fall out. I stopped using it straight away and asked for a refund from customer service. It took a while, with me having to send pictures and videos, but I did get my money back in the end. It was a bit of a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend this product to other pet owners.
Puppies car safety leash
This product is amazing, it's honestly a game changer. The bright green colour is not only fantastic but also adds an extra level of safety for my little pup in the car. Cave bed purchase
The cave bed I ordered arrived quickly and I was really happy with all the cheerful updates about when it would come. Unfortunately though, my cat isn't a fan of it and won't go anywhere near it. It's a bit of a shame, but you know what they say, you can't force someone to like something if they don't want to.
Dope car harnesses
I bought these car harnesses for my dogs, and they're really great! My older dog is always fidgeting in the car, but with these harnesses, he can relax and has more room to move around. Also, the company responds to your messages quickly, unlike other places that can take ages. So impressed!
Papoose for dog
I bought a papoose for my elderly dog, but it turned out to be too big for him. I got in touch with them, and they quickly exchanged it for a smaller size. The customer service was fantastic, and their communication was excellent. Now my little Yorkie, who can't walk much due to heart failure, seems so happy in it. I would definitely recommend this product, it's brilliant!
