I've just bought party supplies and decorations for my son's birthday bash from this company. At first, I was a bit unsure because I'd seen some bad reviews online. But after chatting with Bekki, their customer service rep, I felt better about it and went ahead with my order. And I have to say, it was a great decision. The customer service I got was excellent, Bekki was really helpful and answered all my questions quickly. Plus, the delivery was super speedy, turning up in just two days. I was really impressed by the quality of the products, especially considering the low prices. I'd definitely recommend PoundToy to other mums and dads looking for reasonably priced party supplies.
Discount toy purchase
I was a bit unsure about ordering from this website because of some bad reviews I'd seen, but I thought I'd give it a go because the prices were really good. Toy Set
I got this Toy Set from an online shop not long ago and I must say, I was really impressed by how helpful the customer service was. So, I accidentally deleted the email confirming my purchase, and decided to ring them up. Well, they answered the phone pretty quickly, and the person on the other end managed to find my order straight away and resend the email in no time at all. Also, I dropped them an email with another question and they replied super fast and were really helpful. Honestly, the customer service I got was top-notch, I'd give it a perfect 10 out of 10!
Toy purchase for birthdays and Christmas
The selection of toys at this place is absolutely fantastic! I always have trouble finding little gifts to fill up my kids' stockings, but PoundToy has such a wide range that caters to all ages. I've managed to find ideal presents for birthdays and especially for Christmas. Surprisingly, the quality of the items is really good considering the prices they charge. I'm constantly amazed by how quickly they deliver, and their customer service is excellent. I would definitely encourage all parents to check out PoundToy!
Cool toys
Folks, the service I received was really awful. It took way too long for my toys to arrive, like over a week! I had ordered these toys for the big school party and they didn't arrive in time. It's so frustrating! And when they finally arrived, the party was already done. Now I have to pay to send them back, like, seriously?!
Order placed on 11th May
I ordered something on the 11th of May, but then I found out the company has been shut down. Now I'm really worried and stressed about how to get my money back. It's so annoying and I'm really not pleased with what's happened.
Christmas toys
I got some Christmas toys from PoundToy recently and I was really happy with what they had to offer. Their website was easy to use, and paying for my order was quick and easy. I placed my order on the 31st of November and it got to me in time for Christmas. The toys were well-packed and just like they looked on the website. I was so pleased they arrived on time as it saved me a lot of stress during the busy festive season. All in all, I had a great time shopping at PoundToy and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

My baby love to play with new toys, my family always gift her something but sometimes she gets too bored with same toys. My friends asked me to try this website for once. Here are lots of interesting toys, dolls, puzzles and even they offer costumes and dresses which i too good, i Loved it. Seriously, my baby girl loves her toys now and i am happy too as this is the quick way to get the toys at the simple price.

I placed an order back in November for some bits for the Christmas stockings, but they were taking ages to arrive so I had to get in touch to find out what was going on. In the end, I decided to cancel the order on December 19th. I'm still waiting on my refund despite sending them several emails. It's a shame because I had no problems using their service last year.

Christmas crafts order
I ordered some Christmas crafts on the 8th of October and eagerly waited for them to arrive. I got in touch with customer service just before Halloween and they told me about some issues at the warehouse. They offered me a refund or a £10 voucher, but I decided to wait for the Christmas crafts. However, I've just received an email saying that my order has been cancelled and I've been refunded. It's quite disappointing, especially since I've had great service from them before. I'm hoping for better service next year when I order Easter crafts.
BOGOF deal
I am absolutely appalled by the recent experience I had with this company. I bought several items on a BOGOF deal they had advertised, only to find out that they had cancelled some of the items from my order, even though they were still in stock on their website. Not only did they cancel the items without a good explanation, but they also wouldn't give me a refund for the amount owed. It wasn't until I threatened to take further action that they finally refunded me. This whole situation has really upset me.
Stocking fillers for 3 children
I have been shopping at this place for years and they have always been brilliant. The service is fab, the prices are reasonable, and the delivery is fast. But this time, I placed an order on 25/11 and it still hasn't been sent out. I get that they might be having some difficulties at the moment, but I really hope my order comes in time for Christmas. I can't splash out on new gifts right now. I am trying to keep my spirits up and think about all the good times I've had shopping there before.

Some people left bad reviews, but my experience was good overall thanks to the team fixing the issue so fast.

I purchased a really awesome toy in October, but unfortunately it somehow got lost during delivery. I tried reaching out to the delivery people numerous times, but I didn't receive any responses. Eventually, in January, I decided to ask for a refund and was told it would be processed within 3-5 days. After waiting patiently, I followed up again, and thankfully, I received a message confirming that my refund was on the way. Hopefully, this time it actually goes through! If not, I definitely won't be buying from this company again until they fix their issues.
