    I was a bit unsure about ordering from this website because of some bad reviews I'd seen, but I thought I'd give it a go because the prices were really good. I decided to pay with PayPal just in case anything went wrong. I was really pleasantly surprised when my order turned up in just 2 days, much quicker than I thought it would. I got the toy I wanted at a discounted price and I'm really happy with how everything went. Despite what I'd heard, my experience was actually really easy and problem-free.     I got this Toy Set from an online shop not long ago and I must say, I was really impressed by how helpful the customer service was. So, I accidentally deleted the email confirming my purchase, and decided to ring them up. Well, they answered the phone pretty quickly, and the person on the other end managed to find my order straight away and resend the email in no time at all. Also, I dropped them an email with another question and they replied super fast and were really helpful. Honestly, the customer service I got was top-notch, I'd give it a perfect 10 out of 10!

    Toy purchase for birthdays and Christmas

    The selection of toys at this place is absolutely fantastic! I always have trouble finding little gifts to fill up my kids' stockings, but PoundToy has such a wide range that caters to all ages. I've managed to find ideal presents for birthdays and especially for Christmas. Surprisingly, the quality of the items is really good considering the prices they charge.     Folks, the service I received was really awful. It took way too long for my toys to arrive, like over a week! I had ordered these toys for the big school party and they didn't arrive in time. It's so frustrating! And when they finally arrived, the party was already done. Now I have to pay to send them back, like, seriously?!

    I placed an order back in November for some bits for the Christmas stockings, but they were taking ages to arrive so I had to get in touch to find out what was going on.     I ordered some Christmas crafts on the 8th of October and eagerly waited for them to arrive. I got in touch with customer service just before Halloween and they told me about some issues at the warehouse. They offered me a refund or a £10 voucher, but I decided to wait for the Christmas crafts. However, I've just received an email saying that my order has been cancelled and I've been refunded. It's quite disappointing, especially since I've had great service from them before. I'm hoping for better service next year when I order Easter crafts.

    I am absolutely appalled by the recent experience I had with this company. I bought several items on a BOGOF deal they had advertised, only to find out that they had cancelled some of the items from my order, even though they were still in stock on their website. Not only did they cancel the items without a good explanation, but they also wouldn't give me a refund for the amount owed. It wasn't until I threatened to take further action that they finally refunded me. This whole situation has really upset me.

    I have been shopping at this place for years and they have always been brilliant. The service is fab, the prices are reasonable, and the delivery is fast. But this time, I placed an order on 25/11 and it still hasn't been sent out. I get that they might be having some difficulties at the moment, but I really hope my order comes in time for Christmas. I get that they must be super busy dealing with loads of questions and orders, so I'm grateful for how quickly they sorted things out for me.     I purchased a really awesome toy in October, but unfortunately it somehow got lost during delivery. I tried reaching out to the delivery people numerous times, but I didn't receive any responses. Eventually, in January, I decided to ask for a refund and was told it would be processed within 3-5 days. After waiting patiently, I followed up again, and thankfully, I received a message confirming that my refund was on the way. Hopefully, this time it actually goes through! If not, I definitely won't be buying from this company again until they fix their issues.
