    Birkenstock Premium Zermatt

    After reading mixed reviews, I was hesitant, but decided to take a chance and order these shoes. I’m pleased to say that I had a fantastic experience! The shoes arrived safely, exactly as described, beautifully packaged, and they even arrived within a week, including a bank holiday. There was a slight delay in tracking updates, but I think that was probably due to customs clearance. Once the shoes were in the UK, I was quickly informed of the delivery day and time, and they arrived right on schedule. The shipping was fast, the service was good, and most importantly, I finally have the shoes I’ve been wanting and I absolutely adore them. Thank you, Printemps, you’ve made my year! 😊

    Sessun and Claudie Pierlot corner visit

    I popped into Printemps on Saturday, April 27th and checked out the Sessun and Claudie Pierlot corners. I was really happy with what I bought, but what stood out the most was the fantastic service I got. I had never been to the Sessun corner before, and the lady who welcomed me was so lovely and knew her stuff. I'll definitely be going back there. And as for the Claudie Pierlot corner, it never fails to impress. I always enjoy having a natter with the super friendly saleswomen. Big thanks to Printemps Velizy for a top-notch shopping experience!

    Corner Made in Design, Catherine, Excellent experience

    I had a great time at Made in Design recently, especially thanks to Catherine who provided outstanding service. She was really friendly, helpful, and knew a lot about the products they had. She went out of her way to help me find exactly what I wanted and gave me some valuable suggestions. The selection at Made in Design was really impressive, with lots of stylish and modern items to pick from. The whole shopping trip was easy and I'm so happy with what I bought. I'll definitely be going back there again.

    I bought a really cool jacket from this place, but it ended up not fitting me properly when it arrived. I completed the form to request a refund, but they took nearly two weeks to send me the return label! I had to send them multiple emails and even messages on messenger to ask where my label was. It would be so much better if they included the label with your order so you don't have to wait so long.

    Returning items that I don't want is an absolute nightmare! It's all so tricky and confusing. The website is no help whatsoever, and I just can't seem to reach customer service at all. It's like I'm never going to manage to return these items. It's just so frustrating!

    Mobile phone lost, found by super kind people

    We were in the store when I accidentally dropped my phone, it was a complete disaster! But then, oh my goodness, the people on the 7th floor were incredibly kind and helpful. They really understood our situation and even found someone who spoke English to assist us. It was so awesome! They persevered until we found my phone, I am so grateful for their amazing service. They were the best!

    I popped over to the shoe section in Printemps and was assisted by a lovely lady called Melanie. She was so friendly and managed to find me the ideal pair of shoes. She listened to my preferences and even recognised me from my previous visit. I was treated like a VIP! I'll definitely be returning for more shoes in the future.

    I bought a bag from a store recently, and it's been a total nightmare. I placed the order six weeks ago, and when it finally arrived, it was an empty box! I refused the delivery, but then the same empty box showed up on my doorstep again. I tried contacting the company through email, Instagram, and Facebook, but got no reply until I posted on social media. Even then, they haven't done anything to sort it out. I haven't got the bag I paid for, or a refund, and there's no sign of any customer service. The lack of responsibility and communication from the company is really disappointing and not on at all.

    Online order with returned item

    This company is a total scam! I bought something online, sent it back, and now they're saying it wasn't in the box. I had to get in touch with them lots of times before they finally confessed that the item was there all along. But it's been 2 months now and I still haven't got my money back. Their customer service is terrible and they're really dishonest. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of them!

    I recently bought a handbag from their website and unfortunately, my experience has been far from ideal. I placed my order on January 24th with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 days. However, it's been 9 days now and there have been no updates on the shipping information. I've contacted customer support several times, but I'm yet to receive a response. I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and slow order processing. If my order isn't shipped in the next 24 hours, I'll have to escalate the issue and file a complaint with the relevant authorities.

    Gift purchase for my fiancee

    The website was dead easy to use and had a cracking selection of stuff, which made it a right good option for finding gifts. But, I've had a right mare with the delivery of my order. I placed my order and coughed up the dosh on 29th December, and it's been almost three weeks now with no sign of my order. What's really getting on my nerves is the radio silence - I haven't had any updates on where my delivery is at. I've tried getting in touch with Customer Service a load of times, but I've had no response. The lack of communication has left me feeling proper worried and uncertain about when my order will rock up. As someone who forked out a fair bit for a gift, I was expecting better service and support from Printemps.

    I bought something online not too long ago, but I'm having problems with getting it delivered. I placed my order on a specific date and it was sent out a few days later, but it's been held up and hasn't arrived yet. The tracking info hasn't been updated for a week now, and I'm getting worried because I don't know where my package is.     Luxury fashion items

    I was really let down by the store. Even though I live in Germany and am a loyal customer, I had to wait for over three weeks for my order without any clue where it was. The website said one delivery service would handle my order, but it turned out to be a different one, making me even more confused and worried. It's just not on for a luxury store to provide such poor service. On top of the delivery problems, the customer service was really disappointing too. Their responses were slow and didn't seem genuine, which left me feeling really annoyed and disappointed with everything.

    Incorrect item sent

    I had a pretty bad time with this company recently. I ordered one thing but got the wrong one. When I got in touch with customer service to sort it out, they told me they didn't have the item I wanted in stock anymore. I had to wait ages for a shipping label to send back the wrong item, and even now, I still haven't got a refund for the one I never got. The customer service team has been useless and not replied to me at all, which has been really annoying and inconvenient. I wouldn't suggest buying from here because the customer service is rubbish and there's no communication.

    Unresponsive Customer Service

    My experience with Printemps has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. When I contacted them about a problem with my purchase, I was informed that an investigation would take 15 days. I was not happy with this response, so I asked to speak to a manager. However, since then, I haven't heard anything back from the company. It's clear that they are ignoring my concerns and not providing the level of service you'd expect from a trustworthy company.

    As someone who works in customer service myself, I know how important it is to communicate promptly and effectively with customers. Printemps has failed miserably in this aspect. Their behaviour is unacceptable and feels almost like they're trying to deceive customers. Once they have your money, it seems like they disappear and don't take responsibility for their actions.

    I strongly advise against buying anything from this company, as they have shown themselves to be unreliable and untrustworthy.

    2 items, 1 too big

    I bought two things from this company recently, but one of them turned out to be too big for me. I tried to return it following their online process, but I was told I'd get a return label from the courier. It's been more than a week now, and even after reaching out multiple times through their online form, I still haven't got that label. Printemps's lack of communication and slow response has really made this whole thing a hassle.
