I've just signed up for a monthly beauty box from Roccabox which focuses on skincare, haircare, and bodycare products. Make up box
I think Roccabox is one of the best things that has happened to me as a make up lover even though at privately used level. Why I've fallen in love with their box is because of the unique contents in it which without doubt is difficult to find elsewhere. Having been satisfied with their products as a private user, I knew by extension more people would like it too and so I decided to introduce it to a friend of mine who is into make up at commercial level. Just as my thought, she has been testifying how the products are so good and meeting the needs of her customers no matter their skin complexion. Roccabox is a sure box for all make up artists and private users.
New product discovery
I recently gave a beauty box from this company a go and I must say, it was absolutely brilliant. There was a great selection of products, including well-known brands and some more unique ones. It was a fab way for me to test out new products and find brands I hadn't come across before. I also liked that there was something for everyone in the box, suiting different preferences and skin types. The small packaging was a bonus as it slipped right through my letterbox with no fuss. I love trying out different beauty boxes, and recently, I gave Roccabox a go. And let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised by all the amazing products in the box, and at such a reasonable price too. The quality of each item was top-notch, and I was really impressed.

Roccabox was absolutely fantastic before! I used to really look forward to receiving my surprise box every month with all those lovely things I wouldn't usually treat myself to. It felt like having a mini Christmas each time! But recently, it just doesn't have the same charm. The items are becoming pricier and less special or enjoyable. I really miss that feeling of being amazed!
Disappointing product experience
I've been with this subscription service for a while now and always loved what I get each month. But, gotta say, the June box wasn't up to scratch for me. The Revolution XX Bright Light primer I got had this weird fish-like smell, total deal-breaker. I got in touch with the company on Facebook, but no reply at first. Had to send another message offering to return the item for a replacement, still waiting on a fix though. Pretty disappointed cause the primer was the highlight of this month's box. If this doesn't get sorted soon, might have to start looking elsewhere.
Gift box purchase for employees
I've recently bought three gift boxes from Roccabox for my team as a Christmas present, along with some other treats. They absolutely loved them and said it was one of the best gifts they've ever received. They were so pleased that I even decided to get them an annual subscription. Two 3-month subscriptions
I recently bought two 3-month subscriptions from Roccabox. Sadly, I didn't have a great experience. I got some boxes that were the same, some that went missing, and others that arrived late. While my sister-in-law liked her products, I wasn't happy with mine. When I got in touch with customer service, they were quick to help sort things out. The only issue was when Royal Mail lost my delivery, which wasn't Roccabox's fault. If they had given me tracking information, I could have checked on the missing boxes sooner. Despite their efforts to fix things, I've decided not to renew my subscription.

Three-month subscription order
Unfortunately, I was really let down by the three-month subscription order I got for my daughter. They said there would be discounts on shipping, but I had a hard time figuring out how to actually get them when I placed the order online. On top of that, when I tried to ask some questions about it, I didn't get any response at all, which just left me feeling annoyed and unsure if this company is even legit. And all the advertising emails they keep sending me aren't helping, so I'm thinking of just blocking them altogether.
