My household items are mostly from Studio
Studio sells all kind of houshold items which includes like a lot of thing. These things, in my perspective define your home, your sense of living and style. After primary furnitures or even except furniture, these are more necessary.
However, they sell that too, so perfect spot to get bedroom, dining furniture specially, and further the curtains, bathroom stuff, display units etc.
The cost is nearly as the market price, so won't feel less or more. but there are offers, gift coupons and all.
Awesome quality and moreover great durability.Invoice issue
When my parcel arrived from the studio, I realised that there was no invoice included. So, I decided to get in touch with their customer service team to sort it out. I was glad that they quickly replied to my email and sent me a copy of the invoice. It really came in handy because I had to send back everything apart from one item from my order. The whole returns process was easy and straightforward, all thanks to the helpful support from the customer service team at Studio.
Furniture for home
I recently bought some furniture for my house from this Studio. I have to admit, the quality of the products is top-notch and I was really happy with the prices and special offers available. Being able to pay in instalments made it so much easier for me to buy without worrying about money. However, I was a bit disappointed with the delivery service this time. I know it's not entirely the studio's fault, but it definitely affects the whole shopping experience.
7 long sleeve tops for less than £20
I can't believe it, I managed to snag seven long sleeve tops for under twenty pounds, and that even included delivery! I was utterly shocked, lost for words, completely amazed! And you know what? They came really fast as well. Some might assume that they must be poor quality for such a cheap price, but no, they're actually top-notch and fit me like a glove. I challenge anyone to come across a better bargain than that, it just can't be done!
Online purchase of various items
I recently made an online purchase and had a fantastic experience. The order was processed really quickly, and I got an email saying that my parcel was on its way. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything I had ordered was in there, and the colours were even more vibrant than they looked on the website. I am really happy with my shopping spree and highly satisfied with how it all turned out.

The hoody I bought was spot on, mate! The colour was just what I was after. I've actually bought a few of these hoodies in different colours over the years and they've never let me down. The price was brilliant, especially for such a quality product. I've told all my gym mates about these hoodies because they always say how nice they look.
accidental overpayment
I made a mistake and ended up overpaying on my account. I got really worried, but then I phoned the store's customer service. The woman I spoke to was really lovely and empathetic. She reassured me and promptly refunded the extra money. It was such a relief to receive such excellent service during a stressful time.
Fashionable items
The clothing on offer is really fashionable and on-trend, great for anyone wanting to spruce up their wardrobe. I found the delivery service really quick and my stuff arrived in no time. But I was a bit let down by the returns process, it can end up being quite pricey, especially if you need to send back a few things.
Paid delivery for an out-of-stock item
I bought something from this studio and paid extra for delivery. But now, they've run out of stock even though I shelled out £220. I've been trying to contact them for a refund, as I should be able to. But they're not answering. Customer service said they would reply in 1-3 days, but I've heard nothing. It's really annoying and disappointing that they're not keeping their word and leaving me hanging like this.
Sneaky double items
I bought some stuff not long ago and was really looking forward to getting them. But when my parcel arrived, I was gutted to see that two items had been put together, making it look like a great offer. As it happens, it was only for one item and I felt like I'd been tricked. Recent purchase experience
I recently bought something from the studio and had some problems with the delivery. I paid a lot for delivery, but I was let down when I found that one item was missing, another was late, and a third hadn't even been sent out. What bothered me more was the lack of communication and customer service - I only spoke to a bot that couldn't help much. I thought for the amount I paid for delivery, I'd get a better and more reliable service. In contrast, I had a better time with a different company that charged way less for delivery and got my item to me the next day.
Pre-ordered shed
I ordered a shed in advance and was meant to get it on the 6th of June. Sadly, it never showed up, and when I tried to cancel the order, the person I chatted with wasn't very helpful. It's annoying to be asked for payment for something I never got. I won't be using this company again for sure.
Cheap curtains, multiple postage fees
I got these curtains for a really good deal and they looked fab in my house. But, I messed up and got the wrong size, so I ended up having to fork out loads for delivery a few times. Luckily, the delivery was quick and I got my money back for sending back the wrong items.
Mattress order delay
I ordered a mattress more than a month ago because I really needed it. Sadly, the delivery took way longer than I thought, and I was quite disappointed by the lack of communication about when it would arrive. I tried to get in touch with the studio to find out what was going on, but I didn't get any response. I've been a loyal customer for years and have always had good experiences with getting my orders on time, but this time has left me feeling really let down.

I was really disappointed with the service I got from this studio. I paid extra for next day delivery, but it took over a week for my order to turn up. I tried getting in touch with customer service a few times, but they couldn't give me a clear answer about where my order was. And when it eventually arrived, the packaging was all battered and the product wasn't what I had in mind.
