Two tracksuits
I ordered two tracksuits a while ago, but they never turned up. When I saw the delivery picture of my front door with no parcels, I got really confused. I've been messaging them constantly, but all they did was tell me to fill in a form and then they ignored me. The customer service is so bad, I don't think I'll ever receive my order or get a refund.
Amazing quality and materials
The products I bought were such good quality, and they were a breeze to wash. I was thrilled with my purchase and I'll definitely be grabbing more in the future.
Black trousers purchase
I bought some black trousers from this place not long ago, and honestly, it was a total waste of money. I wore them just four times and followed the washing instructions, but they ripped at the back. It was so frustrating and I was really let down by the poor quality. I wouldn't suggest getting clothes from there, as it was a huge disappointment.
Bought 5 things, only got 4
So, yeah, I grabbed 5 items from this place, but only 4 actually showed up in the post. The package was all torn and sealed with tape, so it seems like someone might have swiped my gear. I gave the company all the details and sent over some pics, but they reckoned it would take a whole week to sort it out. And now, my son's only got half of his tracksuit. I wish they'd just sent a replacement pronto, you know?
Online purchase of tech equipment
I bought some tech stuff online and had a real problem with the delivery. They missed the delivery date, and I didn't get any updates about my order. I had to go online myself to find out that they left my package by the bins in my front garden, which got stolen. The lack of communication and how they handled the delivery was awful. Now I'm stuck without my stuff and not sure what to do next.

I've been a loyal customer of this brand for a while now, and I have to say, the quality of their clothing is pretty good. But I've noticed that the prices are starting to go up recently. Luckily, they have some really good sales happening right now. The service they provide is excellent, my order was sent out quickly. All in all, it's been a really good experience shopping here.

I was really excited to come across a discount code for my top podcast at Technicals! The code was spot on and saved me some money. Parcel Delivery Experience
I've had a bit of a nightmare with a parcel delivery service that was supposed to deliver my order from an online company called Evri. I placed my order on the 24th of November and still haven't received it. It's been impossible to get hold of Evri, and even the online company I bought from, Technicals, hasn't been much help. It's really put me off buying things online in the future because of the terrible communication and lack of help with this whole situation.
Good quality clothes
I really enjoy shopping at this place! The customer service is fantastic, they are quick to respond to all my questions and really friendly. The prices of the clothes are reasonable and my little brother always likes everything I buy for him. I've been shopping here for a year now and they have never disappointed me. I hope they continue to provide great service!
Child's coat purchase
I just bought a coat for my child from this company, and I have to say I'm really happy with how it all went. The coat was exactly how it was described online, and the quality was excellent. Quick delivery disappointment
I recently had a really bad experience with Technicals. I ordered a Christmas gift with next day delivery, but it didn't turn up on time. I get that things can be delayed around the holidays, but I was hoping for at least an update on my order. I tried emailing, messaging on Instagram, and calling, but didn't get any response or tracking number. It was really annoying not hearing back, especially since my purchase was time-sensitive.
